Russo Posted May 31, 2011 Share Posted May 31, 2011 In May of 2011 WWE somewhat shocked wrestling once again by buying out the number 2 wrestling company in the world TNA. TNA had been hit hard by law suits and Hogan and Bischoff having too much pull in the company. WWE a has released statement saying that expect some new brands soon. The rumor going around is for WWE to bring back the ECW brand along with starting a TNA brand and having a WWE brand also and have different PPV’s for each brand and have all brands on Wrestlemania, Royal Rumble, Summerslam, and Bragging Rights. The way it will work is the winner of the match will choose which brand he wants to be on and gets to pick person or people to join them on that brand (depending on the match). Then after the show more people will be drafted at random. AJ Styles V.s Christan These two guys have been friends and enemys in their runs in TNA, but will happen when they meet tonight. Winner picks one person to join them on the brand they chose. Beer Money V.s The Corre (Slater and Gabriel) Wininng team both go to the same brand and get to pick one person to go with them. CM Punk V.s Alberto Del Rio Winner takes one person Rey Misterio, Mr. Anderson, Randy Orton, and Kurt Angle V.s Triple H, Cody Rhodes, Jeff Hardy, and Rob Van Dam Each man on the winning team gets to go the brand of their choice, and each man from the winning team will pick a person to with them.
