my top face tag team now hate each other, will their matches be worse now or is there going to be no real effects

I think this depends of their experience as a tag team and their personnality and attitude.

 

If they got a good experience, this will remain as a good team, but if they are Selfish or something like that, they will not like work with someone they hate (as a tag team or an opponent).
