January 1998

As I was making my rounds, inspecting the building, I still couldn't believe this was mine. From the plush seats and club boxes to the MMA cage, all this was my investment.

After a few final stops, I headed towards my new office on the building's top floor. Reading over and signing various contracts, I then called my boss Sandy.

"Sandy," I began "I'm calling about my security requirements for the two events I have coming up."

"Mack," she replied "I have the memo you emailed me on my desk. I presume it's a special, right?"

"Yeah," I replied "since it's an event night, they'll be payed double the regular post rate.

"Thanks Mack," Sandy said "Oh by way, will you be coming in tonight?"

"Of course I am," I said with a smile "just because I inherited over 50 million dollars from my grandfather doesn't mean I gonna just quit going to work."

Putting down the phone, I looked over my roster of fighters. With GAMMA and ALPHA-1 dominating half of the MMA market, I decided to go after the other half.

And so the journey begins...
