fatmup
In the 1st WMMA, which I played extensively until my hard drive crashed, there was a very handy button in the Booking section called Meeting. It showed a list of all potential fights and the expected interest in said fights. It was very useful to be able to check what your top drawing fights would be at a very quick glance. Now I know longer had the game I wanted to try WMMA 3 to see if it was worth buying but I can't see a similar in the demo. Has this feature been taken out now, or am I just missing it? theemrbeefy
That feature is gone, I missed it in 2, hoped it'd be back in 3, but either way dont let that stop you from buying the game.. its more than worth the 34.95 yu pay for it.. games been out 6-7 months now and Im still playing it 10-15 hours a week. fatmup
Thats a shame. It was the most useful screen in the game, Why take that out? Sometimes people just want to play a few games quickly and have a bit of fun, with that one screen you could see what your best fights would be, and you could book them all on the same screen. Why take that away and increase the amount of work/clicks you need to accomplish the same task? The great Si Games' Football Manager series started to lose its appeal for me when they started adding so much stuff that it overwhelmed you and took you 3 times as long to complete a full season. Think back to the best game in the series, which most people would say was Championship Manager 01/02 and it had so much more playabilty, because you could play through games without getting swamped down with features that after a while grew tiresome and just slowed you down. NWO4until01
I hear you on your argument (TEW10 is a bit clunky IMO), but WMMA3 isnt that bad as far as too many clicks go. There is a fan feedback button that gives you exactly what you seem to be looking for in the add match screen. And the Roster Analysis screen gives you a top to bottom list of fighters as far as their drawpower goes.
green poncho
Just downloaded the demo, really wish this feature was in WMMA3 would have made life a lot easier. Also, it appears that the useful Advice option was removed and the Talk to Worker was renamed Advice.
IWWROCKS
I would like to see this back in a different sense. I think it'd be cool if every now and then fans started demanding a certain matchup and if you give it to them you get a boost, but then it could be a downside of having one of your stars losing all his momentum (im thinking like Silva/GSP)
brashleyholland
I wasn't a fan personally as it was almost like having the computer play the game for me. An 'Autopilot' button, almost. No fun in that. Personally, I find it fairly easy to figure out what would make a good main event based on popularity, winning streaks etc...and there's always the 'Fan Feedback' to make sure. Black Dog
I never used that feature as it always lagged my entire computer and took forever to load, only to tell me mostly things I already knew. The high interest matches are always the obvious ones anyway. One thing I do miss from WMMA1 is the adviser who would tell you when a match had potential to be particularly boring or exciting. Helps when deciding what makes the main card and what goes on the prelims, although even that is pretty easy to figure out.
