stupifY_me
So I am using Modern Warriors 4. It's a very good mod, but while playing the game I saw a few things that irked me and a few stats I really disagreed with so over the course of the game I edited the data to what to me was more appropriate for some of the fighters. After going through two years I decided I wanted to start a new game with the proper fighter stats. Sadly I found out that all the changes I made in the game did not change the starting data base. So my question is is there any way for me to take those changes and put them in to the data base it's self so I don't have to individually change every single stat of all those fighters again? Does that option exist?
Daffanka
You have to edit the mod from the main menu, not from within the game. For what it's worth you're not the only one who disagrees with some of the stats in the real life mods.

I accidentally had negotiations collapse with Cain Valasquez and lost him. Couldn't afford to do so and the game auto saved so I cant go back. His demands were insane he had a better deal than anyone despite being less popular than guys like GSP and Lesnar, but he still wanted more. So I can't continue that game letting him go to Strikeforce as my current champ. However, Can't start over because the stats I spent months correcting can not be carried over in to a new game and I will not spend months doing it again. I'm screwed lol Also to be fair to the modders I completely understand not being perfect I imagine it's hard to keep personal bias out of mod making. It is kind of cool to look through the mod and being able to tell who the modder is a fan of or not based on stats. Diago Sanchez being over powered and being able to destroy GSP or Jon Fitch who's only lost to GSP being under powered and going on a 5 lose streak lol. Funny to see Fitch being out wrestled by guys who are not even wrestlers.
Rebby
There are plenty of people who would look at your modifications and think you're being overly bias as well. Can't please everybody.

Highly doubt it. I don't think anyone would consider me bias on anything. I don't have a fave fighter I just watch the fights and enjoy the guys who are good. I enjoy the guys who win. I don't like or dislike anyone other than Tito who has gone way down hill anyway. My modification have merely been fixes like making Fitch actually a good wrestler instead of a barely average one and giving him stamina because I've never seen him act like Roy Nelson after a round 1 yet his stats would indicate that. All I did was give more accurate stats. I don't blindly pick favorites I like the guys who win. It's all about talent for me.
