GridironGamer
Going through my game logs i am seeing some STUPID playcalling on defense. Second or third and long are no problem to gameplan for. But say i'm playing a balanced team for the most part. And that team comes out in QUADS on 1st down. Meanwhile i'm in a 4-3 = bad defense against this type formation. Is there a a way for my defense to see what the offense is coming on the field with, and therefore match up accordingly. Because at the same time i dont want to call alot of nickel and dime on first down and then the opposing team decides to line up in the I- Formation and start pounding my pass defense on the ground. There should be a way to see what offensive personnel are coming on the field and then match up to that. This is how the real game is played. Right or no? jbergey_2005
You are absolutely correct. I think at this point the only way to get around this is to actually play out the games otherwise have to deal with that situation. I would guess, if you arent playing out the games, when your offense comes out in an unusual formation the computer defense isnt always set up correctly, so it probably evens out.
