jbergey_2005
I have a gard that is frustrated because he doesnt feel all of his intangables and strengths are being used, yet he is in the top 5 in the nation in pancakes. On the top 10 Lombardi award candidates and when I run the ball, I tend to poswer it right though him at RG. Any suggestions on what I could do to make him happy??? Big Dirty
I think there might be a problem with the left guard position. My starting LG was set to play on 60% of the snaps, the RG too. After the first game the LG became frustrated and wanted to play more, so I upped his playing time to 70%. After the 2nd game he was still frustrated, so I upped his time to 80%. But after the 3rd he is still frustrated. So for the 4th game I switched him and the RG and let them both play 60%. After the game my former LG is suddenly not frustrated anymore but now my former RG is frustrated. Why does nobody want to play LG for me? :( ;)
