New Fed Added - United States Championship Wrestling (USCW)

Current Financial Position: +$42,000

Small Sized Fed based in the Southeast US

This dynasty picks up two months into the game. I purchased a new fed with $50,000 and burned through about $15,000 with initial costs. It was modestly financed, and begins with established talent from competing NWA:Wildside and some mid-south and mid-atlantic talent.

The following has happened so far...

http://www.accelerator3359.com/Wrestling/pictures/candido.jpg

Chris Candido won the USCW World Championship, and currently at war with Onyx.

The Mid Card US Championship is still vacant.

Shane Helms is arguably the biggest star of the fed, with E+ popularity in the Southeast and D- elsewhere. He was robbed of a chance to defeat Candido at the last event when his arch nemesis Adam Jacobs interfered. Jacobs vs Helms is a D- storyline so far.

Two Upper Mid Carders doing well are Jeremy Lopez (Heel) and Low Ki (Face).

On the lower card, Chris Chetti is working a program with CM Punk (E- so far).

Two heel managers are in USCW. Lisa Shortskirts is a newbie with good sex appeal and some mic skills who is representing Candido. Bill Alfonso is managing Jacobs and Chetti.

Other Heels - Austin Aries, Billy Fives, Brian Kendrick, Reckless Youth

Other Faces - Andy Douglas, Caprice Coleman, Jason Cross, Jimmy Rave

The most direct competition for USCW is NWA:Wildside, which is also based in the Southeast US and is Small size. I know TNA will debut in our backyard next year, and rumor has it they have a few million dollars of financing to play with. This is a big concern for our longevity. We need to make an impact soon.

Syndication Television Deal - One show per week for 24 months. We tape on Monday nights and it airs on Tuesday evenings in the Southeast. So let's get to our first show!

USCW Breakout - Premier March 2001

The big match tonight will see Chris Candido challenge Caprice Coleman for the vacant US Championship. There are 881 people packing the South Carolina CSU Field House for tonight's show.

The show opens with...what's this? Yes it's Reckless TV! Reckless Youth is in the ring with a microphone, talking about his groundbreaking show. There are a smattering of boos. Youth announces his first guest is Low Ki, who gets a modest positive reaction.

Reckless Youth grills Low Ki with ridiculous questions, and when he pushes his insults too far, Low Ki finally has had enough and has to be restrained. Meh. F+

Onyx looks to set the situation right. He comes down to ringside for his match with The Reckless One. Onyx has been a roll lately, and he finishes off Reckless Youth with a pinfall in 4:36. E+

A video reminds the fans that this Wednesday night, Adam Jacobs will be facing off with CM Punk and there are still tickets available. Jacobs is becoming one of the top heels in USCW. E-

Something is happening back stage. Uh oh, Chris Chetti sneak attacks CM Punk! Chetti busts Punk wide open and leaves him a bloody mess, continuing their feud. Poor segment. F

Now that order has been restored, the announcers (Daniel James and Ed Ferrera) take us back to last Wednesday night. The video shows Shane Helms about to capture the championship belt from Candido. But Helms' arch rival Adam Jacobs hits him from behind when Brian Hebner is not watching. Candido gets the cover, 1-2-3 to retain the belt. E-

Speaking of Shane Helms, he's ready to wrestle Brian Kendrick. Kendrick is already in the ring with the microphone, boasting to the crowd that he will make short order of Mr. Helms. The crowd boos Kendrick, who is doing a decent job on the mic. E-

Helms hits the ring in a fury, causing Kendrick to bail like the weasel he is. When he returns, the two put on a spirited match. Helms gets the victory at 7:46 with a Vertebreaker. Good match! D-

The ring clears out, and here comes Bill Alfonso with Adam Jacobs. Alfonso does most of the talking. He hypes Jacobs, talks about how Jacobs will tear apart CM Punk on Wednesday, and takes a few shots at Shane Helms. Alfonso works the crowd well. D-

Chris Candido is back stage with manager Lisa Shortskirts, confident he will win the US belt tonight against Caprice Coleman. E

Candido and Coleman hit the ring for the main event. It's a good one too, and Coleman is showing some performance skills after working with skilled Candido. Chris Candido hits the Blonde Bombshell and takes the victory at 12:22. E+

Chris Candido is now the World Champion and the US Champion. What will this mean for his giant sized ego? How long will he be allowed to wear both belts?

Final Show Rating: E+

It should help improve our popularity. Woot we pulled a 0.00 rating!

Wednesday arrives in the first week of March 2001.

USCW is in Dothan, Alabama at the Alabama-Birmingham Jefferson Theater. 446 people are on hand to watch the action, which features Shane Helms challenging Reckless Youth and Adam Jacobs taking on CM Punk. We have just been given word that Chris Candido will defend his World Championship belt tonight against Andy Douglas.

The first match features red-hot Onyx taking on Billy Fives, who is coming off a win of his own. These two work the crowd, and show great chemistry together. A solid outing by both ends when Onyx gets the win at 8:51. E

Backstage Brian Kendrick comes bumbling along and bumps into Low Ki. The two exchange words, and it looks like this isn't going to end peacefully. A match is agreed to later tonight. E

Next up Jeremy Lopez takes on Jimmy Rave. Jeremy Lopez starts to show some rumbling skills improvement, and he gets a win to stay on a roll. E

Woot! It's Reckless TV time! Reckless Youth has the microphone, and he is inviting Shane Helms (his opponent later tonight) to join him on his "TV Talk Show." Helms comes out to the crowd's approval. This isn't going to end well, is it?

Dastardly Reckless Youth berates Helms on the mic, then sneak attacks him! Clearly Reckless wants to hurt Helms before their match. After a good beat down, Helms gets to his feet and chases Reckless Youth to the back. E-

Chris Candido is ringside with manager Lisa Shortskirts to defend the world title against Andy Douglas. Shortskirts is working well at ringside, and Candido keeps winning. A Blonde Bombshell takes care of Douglas after 12 minutes.

Wait a minute...here comes Onyx. He's got a banana. No wait, it's a microphone. Candido is due some serious payback, and Onyx wants to deliver it right now. He wants a match, and he challenges Candido to put one of his titles on the line. Candido accepts, and will defend the US Championship in 2 weeks against Onyx when USCW visits Florida. Solid segment. E+

Next up Chris Chetti, with manager Bill Alfonso, will wrestle Jason Cross. Cross looks like he has Chetti in trouble, but Alfonso distracts him just long enough for Chetti to recover and hit the Amityville Horror. Great match between these two! D-

Here comes Brian Kendrick for his match with Low Ki. Kendrick calls announcer Danny James up to the ring because he has some things to get off his chest. Kendrick makes fun of Low Ki's bald head, and says unkind things about one of his pets too. Not a good idea, because here comes Low Ki and he is pissed. E-

Not very good flow in this match. Low Ki gets his revenge with a victory in 10:49. Not bad. E

Bill Alfonso is backstage with Adam Jacobs. He cuts a promo on CM Punk, and talks about how Jacobs is going to take Punk to school tonight. Gotta love Alfonso on the mic. E+

Jacobs is working with a mild strain which he should be over in a few days. But it does slow him a bit in his match with Punk. These guys put on a great show and really get the crowd involved. CM Punk rallies and has Jacobs in a lot of trouble. Alfonso is yelling at the referee about something. Uh-oh, here comes Chris Chetti. You had to know Chetti was going to show his face. Punk swings at Chetti who is on the ring apron. Big mistake! Jacobs takes him out from behind and gets a big win. D-

CM Punk can't believe it. Jacobs and Alfonso head for the hills, but Chetti is too busy showing off to the crowd and doesn't see Punk get to his feet. CM Punk attacks Chetti and chases him backstage, where he lays another whipping on him. Meh. F+

It's main event time. Shane Helms and Reckless Youth battle for over 16 minutes. Each are starting to drag toward the end, but they put on a very good battle. Helms is picking up on Youth's rumbling skills, and Youth is improving his aerial attack. Win-win! Helms survives for the victory, and the crowd loves it. D-

Overall: E+

The crowd thought the angles weren't that great, and that Reckless Youth was overused. Good show otherwise.

USCW Break Out TV - Episode 2

We're at Archer Hall in Georgia tonight in front of a rowdy crowd. It's a near sell-out with 976 people in attendance to watch Break Out.

Shane Helms is here tonight to take on Austin Aries. We're told U.S. and World Champion Chris Candido is also here. Let's get right to the action.

Bill Alfonso and Adam Jacobs come down to the ring and shoot on Shane Helms. Alfonso says Helms wants no part of Jacobs. The crowd boos the bad guys. E+

Shane Helms comes down next and doesn't look too happy about what Alfonso and Jacobs said about him. But he better focus on Austin Aries, his opponent. It's a decent match, which Helms wins decisively. E+

Helms grabs the mic and cuts a promo on Jacobs, questioning is manhood. He'll take on Jacobs anytime and anywhere. Helms ends with "Wooooooooo!" and the crowd says "Yayyyyyyyyy!" E+

Bill Alfonso is backstage, and now he is with Chris Chetti. Alfonso talks about how it is just a matter of time before Jacobs and Chetti are holding all the titles in USCW. Alfonso owns. D-

Wait a minute, I see Eye Candy! Yes, it is Lisa Shortskirts. She's in the ring with a mic, and she issues an open challenge to anyone who thinks they are man enough to fight Chris Candido tonight. To sweeten the pot, Candido will put BOTH titles on the line tonight to anyone who answers the challenge. E

Here comes Caprice Coleman. Shortskirts isn't impressed, and says Candido is going to tear him apart. Coleman gets the crowd behind him and promises he will take both titles off of Candido tonight. E

Jimmy Rave takes on Adam Jacobs next. Jacobs is still moving a little slow from his recent minor strain. These guys don't click at all, and the match is dragged down by poor chemistry. Jacobs gets the win. E

Next up we see a video which covers the feud between Chris Chetti and CM Punk, and the dastardly things Chetti has done to him. Meh. F+

The video ends and CM Punk is being interviewed backstage. Punk cuts a promo on Chetti and guarantees Chetti will pay a very serious price soon. Good interview by CM Punk. E

images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSLmjN34zyfYR2fXfdMVLeMClQ7xmlxkIh-9SGR-D4L9xxNa0Bz

Punk exits stage left and Onyx comes in to replace him. He tells Danny James that he can't wait to get Chris Candido in the ring. He wishes Caprice Coleman luck tonight, but says he will be wearing the U.S. Title very soon no matter who he has to take it from. E+

Main Event Time. Chris Candido puts both titles on the line against Caprice Coleman. Coleman gives Candido a run for his money, but Candido is too much tonight. Blonde Bombshell, victory. E+

A Successful Show: E+
