PRBoricua
Hello, Simple question here. I tried searching around, to no real avail. I have a small question. I purchased TEW 2010 a while back and since then have had to replace my hard drive after it died. Somewhere along the way, I no longer have the e-mail that provided my order ID so I can re-install the game. How do I go about recovering that order ID? I've tried sending some private messages here at GDS, and I've also sent some e-mails, but I haven't gotten any response. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Adam Ryland
You need to contact Scott, as per the Technical Support pinned FAQ.
PRBoricua
I've sent Scott a private message, as well as an e-mail. Nothing so far, I'm sure with it being the weekend he probably doesn't check it as much but I sent the private message a few days ago, Thursday night, I believe. But I'll try again. angeldelayette
Just a question, since the topic is already open. If i i have license problems should i also adress them to Scott or to Arlie? "I have read through the FAQ and have not been able to solve my issue." All licensing issues are handled by Grey Dog Software's Scott Vibert (Scott@greydogsoftware.com). Please contact him by e-mail or private message, giving him details of your problem. ...
shawn michaels
... That was exactly my question. I was wondering if licenses and order id's, wich are different were handled by the same guy or not. A simple yes would be enough.
Emark
And just remember to be patient. It may take Scott 2-3 days to respond but I've had nothing but positive results with license issues, etc.
