This is a thread where when you want ideas for people or guidelines to follow in your games, you can come here to ask for them. I got the idea off of extreme warfare battlegrounds and i will post some examples of these from that site to give you all some ideas on how this works:

 

 

Can I get rules for a WWE 2011 game, starting on Jan. 1st?

 

 

1. You may not officially unify the World Titles until 2013. Double champions (who are recognised as such) may still occur though.

2. However, you may unify the United States & Intercontinental Championships whenever you wish, however, whoever unifies the titles must be a first time champion for the belt they're winning (So The IC Champion must have never been US Champion before, and vice versa).

3. Should you buy out a company (that is not TNA), their World Championship must become one of your lower-card titles, and be treated as such for at least two years from which you bought said company out.

4. If you buy out TNA, their World Title must be treated as a separate world title. All of their other titles must be suspended indefinitely.

5. Your winner of the Royal Rumble must be one of the following: Kofi Kingston, Wade Barrett, Dolph Ziggler, John Morrison, CM Punk or Jack Swagger

6. If a face wins your Royal Rumble, then their brand's champion must keep their title until Wrestlemania. If a heel wins, then their brand's champion must lose the title before Wrestlemania to someone with less than 90 OVR.

7. You may only hire two workers per month from the "Other Workers" list. If you hire someone from TNA or "Steal" someone from their promotion then you may not make any other hirings for that month (with only one hiring from TNA/Steal per month).

8. Daniel Bryan must be booked as a strong champion, and as such should not lose the United States Championship for at least a year UNLESS his OVR exceeds 90, at which point he must drop the title to someone with less than 90 OVR and be immediately thrust into the World Title picture (So he must face the RAW Champion at whatever PPV is next after his US Title loss).

9. Santino Marella, Mark Henry, Evan Bourne, Alex Riley

- One of these men must be pushed strongly, with them getting a World Title shot at a PPV within 1 and a half years.

- One of these men must only be featured sparingly, only being used to elevate other talent or to fill a hole on your card.

- One of these men must never win a match throughout the rest of 2011.

- The last man may be used however you see fit, but must not become World Champion for 3 years.

10. Should you choose to fire more than three people from development per month, then you must also fire one person on your active roster, or send two people on your active roster back to development, where they must stay for at least a month.

11. Nexus cannot break up before the start of 2012. Before then, one of it's members must become World Champion at one point. You may move Nexus to Smackdown! After Wrestlemania, but you aren't obliged too.

12. No new members will be added to Nexus, and only one person may leave the stable. The person who leaves cannot be Barrett, Gabriel or Slater.

13. Should Undertaker announce his retirement at any time, his final match must be against either Triple H or Kane on whatever PPV is up next. If both of these men have retired before the Undertaker, then Undertaker must face the World Champion of his brand, and lose.

14. By SummerSlam, the Tag Team Titles must have changed hands at least three times.

15. Natalya must lose the Divas Title by Wrestlemania. She may not lose it to McCool, Layla or Beth Phoenix.

TNA 2011. I want to do a Team Flair vs. Team Dixie vs. Team Immortal. Go nuts.

 

 

 

1 - The three teams will form around different styles. Flair centred with Fourtune (Styles/Kaz/Beer Money), Immortal around Hogan's golden boys (Hardy/Abyss with Jarrett), and Dixie around the Originals and those standing up for the company. Each team should have around 5 central members each at a different title (World Heavyweight, TV, X-Division and a Tag Team), but can include more.

 

2 - Flair and Immortal should split by Against All Odds, and at this point the 3 way war begins fully. Both should be Heel for at least 3 months, after which only one stable may become faces. Team Dixie shall always be Face.

 

3 - It shall develop as such that one stable is eliminated by (or at) Bound For Glory 2011 (NOT Team Dixie). The other two will continue on to at least the next Lockdown, but must end by BFG 2012. The winners gain control of TNA, with the "leader" being authority.

 

DIXIE RULES

- If possible Christopher Daniels should be signed as co-lead star alongside Samoa Joe. He will return as the Fallen Angel and should have at least one PPV match with Styles before Lockdown.

- Another "legend" of TNA should be signed to the stable as a "surprise opponent" of a rival faction on iMPACT! before February.

- MCMG should be the tag team of the stable. They can only lose the tag titles to one of the other stables teams, and not until they have defeated both cleanly at PPVs (not essential that they lose immediately, you may give them a long reign).

- Matt Hardy (if you choose to sign him) should joing Dixie or Immortal.

 

IMMORTAL RULES

- When making up numbers due to the loss of Fourtune, only one may be from outside TNA, and must somehow be affiliated with a current member of the stable.

- If you choose to sign Matt Hardy, he must join Dixie or Immortal. (As mentioned above)

- In order to continue the push/fued, GenMe should be the tag team of the stable. If they beat MCMG for the titles then Hardy should lose the WH title the same night (unless he loses beforehand).

- One member should be a "shock", and someone that would not be expected to join Immortal.

 

FLAIR RULES

- Fourtune remains unbroken, and Rob Terry shall be bodyguard/team muscle (after his iMPACT appearance as such).

- Towards their demise (whichever option you pick) either Kaz or AJ will be feeding info (by choice) to Team Dixie, which leads to failed attacks etc. It shall be a big reveal, with your chosen member turning face and joining Dixie. They will be replaced by either a member of Immortal (if Immortal split first) or by anyone of your choice.

- If Beer Money win the Tag Titles from MCMG then they will lose them to EY/OJ, Ink Inc or London Brawling cleanly.

- Nobody that has ever left Immortal or Fourtune can ever be a member of Team Flair.

 

4 - London Brawling shall turn face and form a stable with Doug Williams. At all times you must have at least one well-rated British face (to compensate for us always seeming to be heels).

 

5 - KNOCKOUTS

- The Knockouts division must have at least one match/angle per iMPACT, and a PPV match where available. Matches on any other shows optional. You may hire/fire at your leisure.

- The next Knockouts champion should be a first time champion. If it is Mickie James, she can only lose to another first-time champion.

- You are not required to keep the KO Tag Titles, but may if you wish.

- It must never resort to T&A. Try to hire talented females over looks.

 

6 - a) The next Destination X should be what the last one was billed as - An X-Division showcase. You should fill the card with the best of past, present and future. NO match may be outside this rule.

- b) One match should crown the No1 contender for the title (for next PPV - May appear as tournament), one match should be a "dream match" that has never occured, and one should be a rematch of a great match from the past (but not Styles/Daniels/Joe 3way).

- c) The X-Division title match should feature the current champion at that point against someone that has not held the belt in years as "Current vs Great" match

- d) You may have a person/team from outside the division "gatecrash" the show with an attack or two, but only if it leads to a fued with the X-Division similar to the Team 3D/Divine one. If chosen the X-Division will win.

 

7 - X-DIVISION

- You should re-build the credibility. It used to be one of the top draws, but the current bookers have let it slip. Signings are allowed.

- Give them 2 matches per TV show where possible, but at least 1, and at least one match per PPV (can be title).

- By the end of 2011 you should have it back to the levels it was in 2005/6 (high-ratings, talented workers and as valued as the Main Event work)

- If you choose to retire the KO Tag Titles, you may add an X-Division Tag Title belt. For this you should have at least 4 teams that would be eligible, and it should be treated as a secondary tag title.

 

8 - WWE talent is not subject to the 90 day rules, but should recieve name changes where possible (unless the name is either the persons or it is feasible to believe it is owned by the wrestler).

 

9 - TAG TEAMS

- Most is covered in above rules. Added to them, you should create at least one tag team by the end of 2011 and be working them through the ranks.

- There should be minimum 5 teams at all times.

- Further to the new team, by the end of 2011 a former team should re-unite. This will be met by a fued with your top team and a title run.

 

10 - TV

- You may try for a second show at any point. The bigger/better rating potential show will always be iMPACT!, with the lower being Xplosion. A third show (which you may only try for at 50% Global) is free to your choosing.

- Xplosion will be mostly X-Division, with some Knockouts action. This will free iMPACT to be your main show with the top storylines. However, the X-Division and "main storylines" can inter-twine and still appear on the other show (as you may have the X-Div in some major stuff).

- If you do the above, the X-Division Tag titles shall be Xplosion specific and may appear only here and PPV, while the main World Tag can only be iMPACT and PPV.

 

11 - Have fun

I would like rules for a WWE game starting in May 2011 where:

 

John Cena NEVER beat Miz for the title at Extreme Rules.

The Nexus never split-up into The Corre and The New Nexus (Wade leads the group with Heath Slater, Justin Gabriel, Michael McGillicutty, Husky Harris and Big Zeke.)

The Nexus is on RAW.

CM Punk leads a new Straight Edge Society like group with David Otunga and Mason Ryan on SmackDown.

I will hire AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, James Storm, Kazarian, Robert Roode and Samoa Joe from TNA and make them into a group similar to The Radicalz.

Sheamus never dropped the US title to Kofi Kingston at Extreme Rules.

I hired Antonio Thomas and Romeo Roselli to team with Zack Ryder against Curt Hawkins, a returning Caylen Croft and someone else TBD.

I hired Dizzie, Jay Lethal, K-Murda and K-Pusha to development deals.

I'll try this one out.

 

1. Since you hired a bunch of TNA guys already, you cannot hire anyone else from TNA, RoH or AAA for the first year. After that you may only hire two each if you wish. You must rename any hirings made from this point forward and they must have a minimum of eight months in developmental.

 

2. The three strike rule is under effect but is reset from the start of your game. First strike is a 30 day suspension, second is a sixty day suspension followed by no title shots for the first 6 months back. Third strike is fired and not rehired for at least a year.

 

3. AJ Styles, Daniels, Storm, Kaz, Joe and Roode must debut either on RAW or SmackDown! and immediately feud with either the Nexus or the Straight Edge Society depending on which show they debut on. The feud must last until next years Survivor Series where the two teams will meet in a 5 on 5 elimination tag. Two members of the losing team must be fired from the WWE for good and only two members of the winning team can go on to become a world champion in the future. IF you choose to have this group feud with the SES then one member must turn and join the SES during the feud and before the 5 on 5 match.

 

4. Your Wrestlemania 28 card must have The Rock Vs. John Cena and Triple H Vs. The Undertaker. The winners are up to you but one of these matches must main event WM28.

 

5. Big Show, John Morrison, Rey Mysterio, CM Punk, Alberto Del Rio, Jack Swagger, Kofi Kingston

-One of these men must defeat The Miz for the WWE Championship at Summerslam. The winner of this feud must hold the title until at least Wrestlemania 28.

-One of these men must win the 2012 Royal Rumble and be the one to challenge the winner above.

-Two men must team up and challenge for the tag championships at least three times before you can split them. (not Triple H)

-One of these men must eventually defeat Wade Barrett for the Intercontinental champion (assuming he is the champion).

-Two of these men must feud until the end of the year, the loser must leave WWE for at least a year while the winner gets a massive push and an eventual world championship in 2012

 

6. Randy Orton, Kane, The Great Khali, Sheamus, Mark Henry, Cody Rhodes

-One of these men must defeat Christian for the World title at Summerslam.

-One of these men must be the team member of Curt Hawkins and Caylen Croft from your earlier idea.

-One of these men must feud against Teddy Long leading to a 5 on 5 at SurSer for Teddy Long's job.

-Two must feud for the year with the loser going to RAW in a trade for two of: Chris Masters, David Hart Smith, Santino Marella, Vladimir Kozlov, R-Truth, Goldust.

-One must join the Straight Edge Society as the fifth member.

 

7. Sin Cara must be built as the next Rey Mysterio. He must win a title in 2012 and face Rey Mysterio at either the 2012 Summerslam or Wrestlemania 29. The next PPV after that match, Sin Cara must become a world champion. How long he holds the title is up to you.

 

8. Two choices for Daniel Bryan:

-He must be a member of Teddy Long's team in his feud against the chosen superstar and eventually turn after not getting a just reward for helping him. He must then be put with a charismatic manager and become a vital part of the WWE, becoming a world champion at least once in 2012.

-He will go on an undefeated streak until he gets a world title shot but fail his first three times. The only way he can receive a title match is by winning the Money in the Bank or by winning the Royal Rumble from that point forward. He must be the first man to fail in cashing in if he wins the briefcase UNLESS used against The Miz. He can only win the world title off a Royal Rumble if John Cena is his opponent. If none of these happen in the first three years, he must be released.

 

9. Kharma must continuing attacking heel Divas and win the Women's Championship. She must be a face until she drops the title at least. The only Diva that can defeat her for the title is Kelly Kelly after the two create a strong friendship.

 

10. Evan Bourne and Ted DiBiase must hold a title on their respective show at least twice in the first two years of your game. Only one can go on to be pushed though and the other must stay in the midcard for the rest of their career.

2. Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole must have a match at Over The Limit, with the stipulation being the loser must leave the announcers table on Raw. Jerry Lawler must win this match, and it must be the end of their feud.

 

3. John Cena and The Miz cannot be in a match together on PPV until after the next WrestleMania.

 

4. Out of the following: Alberto Del Rio / R-Truth / John Morrison / Dolph Ziggler / Rey Mysterio

 

One must be the next number one contender to the WWE Title, and must headline SummerSlam vs the champion in a Hell In A Cell match

One must begin a feud with Kofi Kingston over the Intercontinental title, where they must trade the title back an forth at least once with each other

One must never win another title in their career

One must start a feud with Santino Marella. If you choose a heel for this, the storyline must be that Santino is being bullied by this worker and is not being taken seriously; if you choose a face for this, the storyline must be that Santino gets jealous of the fans response to this worker and turns heel on them. Whatever you choose, Santino must win this feud.

One may never win a match on PPV for the rest of the calendar year

 

5. After Capitol Punishment, Michael Cole must be revealed as the new Raw General Manager. He must then form a relationship with Vickie Guerrero, in which she dumps Dolph Ziggler for Cole. Ziggler will then turn face. Cole, Vickie and Jack Swagger will then form a new stable with one of the following as the enforcer:

 

Skip Sheffield / Michael Tarver / Tyler Reks

 

6. Out of the following: Evan Bourne / Zack Ryder / Chris Masters / Drew McIntyre / David Hart Smith

 

One must win the Raw MITB contract at the Money In The Bank PPV

One must never win a match again

One must win the 2012 Royal Rumble

Two must form a tag team, with a ladies men gimmick, and feud with Big Show and Kane

 

7. Big Show can not win a singles match as long he holds the Tag Team titles

 

8. CM Punk must start to go crazy, and must attack the members of the New Nexus over the coming weeks. This will end the New Nexus.

 

Out of the members (David Otunga/ Husky Harris / Mason Ryan / Michael McGuillicutty):

 

One must be the last to be attacked by Punk, and turn face and fight back, beginning a feud between the two

One must be fired

One must move to Smackdown and become Ted DiBiase's new assistant/enforcer

One must be sent back to development and repackaged with a new name and gimmick

 

9. Goldust and Vladimir Kozlov must form a comedy tag team

 

10. Kharma must win the Diva's title and remain undefeated until at least SummerSlam, where she will face beth Phoenix in a Last Woman Standing match

 

11. Out of the following: Eve Torres / Gail Kim / Kelly Kelly /Melina / Maryse

 

Two must be fired

One must become R-Truth's new valet

One must win a title that is not the Diva's title before the end of the year

One must be Kharma's opponent for the next two PPV's

 

 

Smackdown Rules

 

1. Chris Jericho must return to Smackdown, and enter into a feud with Randy Orton over Orton outting him out of action. This feud must continue until SummerSlam at the least, where theu must go one on one

 

2. Randy Orton cannot hold any titles for the rest of the calendar year

 

3. Teddy Long must turn heel and align himself with Mark Henry. Henry must then feud with Christian for the World Heavyweight title until at least SummerSlam

 

4. After Capitol Punishment, Teddy Long must be 'fired' as Smackdown General manager. He must stay on as Henry's manager though. His replacement must be one of:

 

Shawn Michaels / Edge / Dusty Rhodes / Kevin Nash / Shane McMahon

 

5. Out of the following: Cody Rhodes / Wade Barrett / Sheamus / Sin Cara / Daniel Bryan

 

One must hold the United States title for the rest of the calendar year, starting after Capitol Punishment (So, if you don't pick Sheamus, he should lose to whoever you do pick at Capitol Punishment)

One must win the Smackdown MITB match at the Money In The Bank PPV

One must go on a losing streak until at least SummerSlam

One must feud with Brodus Clay until SummerSlam, where Clay must win the feud

One must form a tag team with a newly hired worker, and they must feud with Big Show and Kane

 

6. The newly hired worker for the rule above must be one of: Carlito / MVP / Rhino / Shelton Benjamin / Charlie Haas. The rest may never be hired by you.

 

7. Out of the following: Ezekiel Jackson / Ted DiBiase / Alex Riley / Heath Slater / Justin Gabriel

 

One must be fired

One must headline WrestleMania 28 and win the WWE Title

One must face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 28

One must form a relationship with Layla and become a heel power couple

One must be repackaged with a Gay gimmick and feud with William Regal

 

8. Jinder Mahal must hire Shawn Daviri as his new manager, and must feud with The Great Khali, resulting a loser leaves WWE match at SummerSlam, which Khali must lose

 

9. Kane must win every singles match he is in as long as he holds the Tag Team titles

 

10. Out of the following: Rosa Mendes / Tamina / Alicia Fox / Kaitlyn / Natalya

 

Two must be fired

One must become Yoshi Tatsu's new valet

One must become Alex Riley' s 'girlfriend' with the cheerleader gimmick; the two must portray a stereotypical Jock/Cheerleader couple

 

11. By the end of the calendar year, two members of The Corre must have turned face, and must stay face, whilst the two that reamain heel must stay heel.

Rule 1- Bobby Lashley, JBL, and Batista must each do 1 of the following.

 

1) One will win the World Title and hold it for 8 months.

 

2) One will lose every single match unless against someone lower on the card than midcard. Anyone midcard or above though and they have to lose to them no matter what type of match including tag team.

 

3) One must win every single match except title matches.

 

Rule 2- Can't hire anyone away from TNA.

 

Rule 3- Undertaker can't hold any titles and has to win at every Wrestlemania until 2012.

 

Rule 4- The Boogeyman must get a good push and have at least 2 three month title reigns.

 

Rule 5- Sabu and RVD must reunite as a regular tag team and can't be released or disciplined for at least a year. They must be used at every PPV too.

Rule 2- Steiner Bros must have at least 1 tag team title run of at least 4 months.

 

Rule 3- Randy Savage can't ever get a win over Hulk Hogan unless it is for the IC Title or a tag team match.

 

Rule 4- Tommy Dreamer and Sandman... 1 must win the IC Title and 1 can't ever win a singles match unless it is a hardcore title match.

 

Rule 5- Ric Flair must form a regular tag team with someone midcard or below and capture the tag team titles.

 

Rule 6- Brock Lesnar, and John Cena can't be brought up to the main roster until 2002.

 

Rule 7- Can't sign any champions away from any promotions in the US.

Coco/Ginger Gallagher: Specializes in speed. Most over female wrestler on the roster. High Mic Skills. Big on backstage politics. Heel, cult leader gimmick. (Strong hatred of Alexis)

 

Alexis Myers: Eventual Kayfabe Girlfriend of Nathan Myers (have a long build to it). Specializes in Technical. High mic skills. The best female wrestler on the roster. Face, needs a gimmick.

 

Staci Miller: Brawl specialty. Medium Mic Sills. Heel with a Degenerate gimmick.

 

Selena Talbot: Specializes in tech. Little Mic Skills. Heel with a degenerate gimmick.

 

Authority Figure: Bradley Kesler, heel.

Selena Talbot: Specializes in tech. Little Mic Skills. Heel with a degenerate gimmick.

 

Authority Figure: Bradley Kesler, heel.

 

 

Running a weekly show with two titles, a mens and a womens.

 

Backyard feds are tough to make rules for.

 

1) Your main title must be defended on every show.

2) Whoever wins the belt the 1st time must also hold tag titles if you have them at the same time for at least 3 months while still having the main title.

3) You must build up someone to face the champ for 2 years without them facing each other in a single match and he must win every match in this build up.

4) You have to have at least 1 hardcore or ladder match per show.

5) You can only hire 1 new person every 6 months for the first 2 years.

5. Go to war with NOTBPW

6. Don't sign the Keith twins, or Champagne Lover

7. Push Jimmy Fox to the International title

TCW Rules

 

Must introduce a new stable of at least 4 members. None of which who are upper midcard or higher. This stable must stay together for at least a year and at some point each member has to win an active title, and all titles must be held by stable members at one point. None of which can happen all at once either.

 

Koshiro Ino must become a tag team specialist. Must lose every singles match he is in.

 

Joey Bryant and Robert Oxford must win the tag titles once.

 

Tommy Cornell needs to be sent on a 3 month vacation within the year at some point. You can make up whatever storyline excuse you want... filming a movie, injured, retired, or taking a vacation.

 

You can't hire any of the following... Steve Flash, Swoop McCarthy, Acid, American Elemental, or Fox Mask.

 

Must hire one of the following... Giant Redwood, Jim Force, Captain USA, Java & Tribal (together), or Leper Messiah.

 

Are those ok? I enjoy trying to come up with rules.

You must push both Danny Fonzarelli and Giant Tana so that they both autopush as Main Eventers. The catch to this is that they must both be using comedy gimmicks the whole time, and they must both push to ME at the same time.

3) You can't hire Colt Cabana. If you have him you must release him.

 

4) Davey Richards will lose every match he is in unless it is the opening match or dark match of a show.

 

5) Rhett Titus and Eddie Edwards must feud in 2012 at one point.

2) Engyma must hold the World Title until October. Then he must lose it and can't win it again until June of the following year.

 

3) You must hire Leper Messiah and feud him with Jim Force in a good vs evil type of feud. Both men must get over enough to be main eventers but can't win any singles titles for at least a year.

 

4) Giant Redwood must be pushed to main event.

 

5) Can't hire anyone under the age of 30 unless they have charisma and mic skills of at least a C. If they are over 30 then you can hire anybody.

 

6) Must create a floating title that you can't ever pick the winner of the match for. It must be defended on every show you run.

- I Prefer to keep 4 solid full time tag teams on each brand, right now i have 2 on RAW and 3 on Smackdown... Looking for options there.

 

- i LOVE the idea of a group of workers, and each one must do something from this list type things.... AWESOME idea.

 

- ECW will not return in this save, no One Night Stand, nothing.

 

- Yay WWE Draft! Smackdown will become a "B" Brand, much like it is in Real life now, but will still be true to the times as being 2 seperate "Companies". How to divide the roster? Who goes where?

 

- i would like Smackdown! to be full of veterans who never got a chance to shine, and young hungry rookies... and guys on the cusp of greatness.

Victoria must be given a run with the women's title before she retires.

 

When ever a wrestler has a injury longer than 2 months they must return as the opposite of their current heel or face deposition.

 

No one can hold the same championship more then three times in one year.

 

Can't steal any wrestler from any promotion unless they haven't wrestled in at least a month.

 

The Rock cannot hold a championship unless he wrestles 2 matches a month.

 

Lita must break from Edge before she leaves WWE and turn face

 

Undertaker must stay on Smackdown

 

Tag Titles can be unified taking the lineage that has less history. Tag Teams can be featured on both shows but only in tag team matches/angles.

 

John Cena can't be in the Main Event of current years Mania unless he isn't the champion.

 

Chyna , Mick Foley , and Sting must have one more run in the company.

 

Anyone who suffers more then two major injuries in a year you must fire but can be brought back after six months only if there unemployed .

 

CM Punk must start a Straight Edge Society stable preferably with Paul Burchill. Must last into the summer of 07'.

 

If a Main Eventer become unhappy and refuses to resign he must be buried. For every match he wins he must lose the 3 following matches in a row.

 

If the Divas championship is created Lita must be the first to hold both Divas and Women's title not simultaneously . Not at the same time. And she doesn't have to be first hold. Basically no former Woman's champion can hold the title before Lita does.

 

1-2 wrestlers must start a Taker like streak being undefeated at one of the 4 Main PPV's. If you chose Rumble or Survivor Series as the PPV to have the streak be careful because said worker won't be able to compete in the Royal Rumble unless he wins or the traditional Series match unless he wins. Therefore streak would make more sense at Summer Slam or Mania. However it can be story line incorporated with said worker refusing to compete in the Royal Rumble because he doesn't want to risk his streak.

 

No working agreements with TNA.
