What resparks your TEW love?

So basically when you take a huge break and come pack with company/time era/project, is it really easy for you to get into and rope you back into.

For me its TNA in 2006, im addicted after like a 5 or 6 month break i started this save because i remember loving TNA in real life at this time. What roped me in is that the Tag and X Divisions are loaded and theres plenty of good youngsters not signed to wwe yet like Nigel McGuinnes, Bryan Danielson and Chris Jericho come back from Hiatus.

<p>What keeps me coming back is the same thing that ruins every game I run.</p><p> </p><p>

When I get bored, I just load a different mod and start over.</p><p> </p><p>

The problem with that is I have about 50 saves over the last 2 years on a dozen mods that mostly don't break the 1 year mark in game time. <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

I haven't taken a huge break with TEW 2010 maybe a day or two where I dont play it but otherwise I play it whenever I can.

I am really into my NOTBPW save right now, I am currently in 2018 and I cant wait to get to 2021 (When Lucy Stone McFly makes her debut) the main reason I am playing my current NOTBPW save is because I want to get to at least 2021 so that I can use Lucy, hopefully by then Alicia Stone hasn't already retired because I really want to do a match between the two. Once I have done that match I will be satisfied with said game but will keep going.

Sometimes with long term games its hard to stay interested but I am just focused on getting to 2021 and beyond. Its the best save I have ever done and I have had at least fifty matches in said game that have scored between a 90 and above.

Almost the same for me.

Before all the "stars" came, I keep a strong X Division.

2 others scenarii I like :

I start in 1995 with a company like this TNA and i made it grow up.

I start "now" (2012) and I made TNA became what it was.

<p>I love different variations in product.</p><p> </p><p>

I ran SWF and TCW games simultaneously for a while and currently I have a USPW and PGHW running.</p><p> </p><p>

Derek B the other day with his post in the saves thread makes we want to fire back up my SWF game but my recycled bin deleted it but not my TCW game, so I'm back to that after the Elite Series 2011</p>

<p>mine is quite childish i see what people are playing in the "Whats going on in your game" thread and i wish i could have that much fun</p><p> </p><p>

i start off playing whatever mod and then from there, try to simulate what they do and then, i usually find a promotion i like better and have a big game that way</p><p> </p><p>

AAFW wanted to do what Comradebot did with AFPW</p><p> </p><p>

NYCW after a diary i think by Dragonamack? and the Ballad of Henry Lee</p><p> </p><p>

and i can't remember the poster but it was in the whats going on thread, he had a real world cult promotion that sounded awesome</p>

<p>TRying something easy, yet quite different. Why not try Traditional Lucha Libre? It's exactly as it sounds...</p><p> </p><p>

Key Feature: Traiditional, Lucha Libre</p><p> </p><p>

It's not so difficult as to put you off, giving room for mistakes, yet different enough from North American style promotions.</p>

How do you feel about the Naturals? I always push them because ive always wanted a serious naturals vs motor city storyline over the tag titles which i have a chance to do now

Sometimes I'll open the game while I'm bored or really mad at something (it's been my stress reliever since earlier versions) and I'll start going through scenarios, seeing where I was at when I last played... Nine times out of Ten I always wind up back at my June 2010 RW Data and pick back up from where I left off with my ROH game (Currently at Week 4 May 2013) and it has been my longest running game, my only problem right now is that some of the characters that I have are starting to leave, but Cary Silkin won't allow me to hire anyone with a lower psychology or otherwise, so building a brand new star is kind of hard. Now I have only Rhett Titus & Kyle O'Reilly that I'm really grooming to move up the card.

I have a few fun games going on right now, but Hive is gearing up to release his 1994 mod and I have a feeling I'll be dumping a lot of time into that.

WCW had sooo much potential at the time. Austin, Triple H, Pillman, Young Bagwell, and sooo many other possible future stars are on their roster at the time.

I've already got storylines brewing.

What brings me back? Well, two saves for the most part, my WWE game with 312 shows booked (I checked) and my TNA diary game which both are tons of fun for me. I have a bunch of other saves, all in various states, but these two are the main reason for me to keep playing.

I was a huge Naturals mark fan.

Unfortunately, their gimmick wasnt strong enough.

When I book them, I give them a strong manager, like when they were the "Franchised Naturals" with Shane Douglas.

And I really love to have a tag team, or a trio, or a stable with young wrestlers with a legend with them.

Or once, I made a fusion of the Naturals and the Hot Shots (just named as Naturals), using Chase Stevens, Andy Douglas and Cassidy O'Reilly as a trio ( I always create a Trios Division).

Anyway, in a "dream Naturals match", I think it would have been better with the Young Bucks.

Ha. I was too.

Don't think I've ever spoken to anyone else who liked The Naturals.

Given I loved Bret Hart too I'm beginning to think that all a worker needs to do to impress me is wear black, white and pink.

The Naturals are awesome i currently run them as underdogs facing teams with bigger guys ( Team 3D, AMW and The James Gang) and they just captured the tag title after chasing it for three months. :D

I try not to break for too long myself, but one of the reasons I'll get back into it and pumped is when I get to a live TNA show(I live near Impact Zone) or a live WWE event, saw Mania this year and it made me want to play it again.

True, but I guess what Im saying is I haven't gone more than 2 years without a new Adam Ryland wrestling game release in almost a decade!

I get a kick out of this... then again 2010 was such a cosmic leap over 2008 that I think we can give Adam a break if he takes an extra year to top himself.

Usually it's the desire to change history with a mod. I rarely play C-verse games, usually I play real life mods from various past time frames. Just today I came back after a big hiatus (about 4 months) to a 2001 game where I'm running my own company. (With the idea of eventually competing against WWF/E ... considering I'm having trouble making it to Cult, direct competition with WWE is some way off.)

But usually the thought of running a company that completely changes the path real life took motivates me.
