Does sending good workers down as trainers actually increase the speed at which workers learn skills. Because if they are learning skills already pretty quickly and sending down a trainer doesn't do something for them, then why even send folk down to as trainers (unless of course you looking to get them off TV and you don't want them to complain).</p>

Follow up question, does a trainer need to be an active worker? I guess I always thought sending a retired worker down to training would help as they would "train" the worker.
