AWE Cult Following (Forum Diary)

This is a new diary for the forum wrestlers since the other one isn't working out so well. I knew thought the Big 2 would be spread out more, and we would see decent ring time, but oh well..... The year is 2005, October to be exact. I had scored a nice sum of cash from an accident that I had several years ago, and now I have brought one of my dreams to reality. I always wanted to be a wrestler, but I'm just too small, and not charasmatic enough. Well, the settlement is allowing me to do the next best thing, open up my own wrestling promotion. Actually, I don't have enough to really open up much more than a small indy promotion. The promotion was called American Wrestling Entertainment, AWE for short, and we are based in the Great Lakes. I had it started, and I have a good group of young workers who I think have good talent, but we just weren't getting anywhere. But my dad has some connections being in the movie business, and he managed to hook me up with none other than The Rock. He really liked my ideas for the promotion, and thought we could turn it up a notch. I am basically going to be like a silent partner. I have some ideas we'll put into use, but The Rock is going to be the visible owner, and we plan to hire a head booker to run the storylines and such.

Just simming again. I don't want to get burned out doing it all, nor do I want to get anyone upset about their pushes :D I'm hoping starting out smaller will keep us in the ring more. I did bump up the popurity so we just hit Cult. I've gone into almost December, and it looks like it will be a success. Now hopefully we can grow the promotion to rival the big 2.

Yay, I'm one half of The Backroom Boyz and getting a rub frmo Test......... That just sounds wrong, but at least I'm moving up the card, have been gifted the Tag Titles and have lost more title shots than the rest of the roster combined. :) Its fun to read these diaries to see how they go. Derek B must be getting pretty over considering how many matches he's getting (even if he is losing most of them). I'm getting ready to stop jobbing in the midcard pack and start jobbing in the main event pack. Whooooo! Derek B

Haha same with me. Up from opener to midcard. Stupid Derek keeps beating me though. I don't think I have beat you yet man haha. Got some rubs from Mark Jindrak and Dustin Rhodes though haha. I love this diary man, should post win/loss records of the forumers only.
