I just started my first proper game with this dataset. 1991 is quite a bit before the time I started to watch wrestling, the only reference I remember to this time period is a VHS my uncle had of Hulk Hogan which I believe was a compilation video of his matches. I'm pretty sure it had his WrestleMania II match on it with King Kong Bundy.

Anyway, I'm only a couple of weeks in, but I'm enjoying it so far. I've opened two developmental territories, one for all the guys that I already had on my WWF roster, and one for the guys I wanted to sign to developmental. I was surprised to find that guys like The Undertaker, Bulldog, Road Warrior's, etc. were quite happy to go to developmental.

I'm going to work on building up the Next Generation of WWF SuperStars slightly earlier than 1995, as I know a lot of my Upper Card won't be around for too long - guys like Snuka, Duggan, Slaughter, etc. Also going to work on building a decent tag team division, with The Hart Foundation being the centre peice.

It's really amazing looking back at how many stars were NOT created until the beginning of the Attitude Era. There's this gap 1991-1995 or so where not many new talents were pushed. I'm having the same issues. Have Steve Austin/Brian Pillman/Owen Hart/etc pushed to upper midcard by mid 1992 when they probably didn't get there til 1995. Oh well, it's how it should have been!

When I bring them up, I'm going to team them together in a "blood feud" with The Hart Foundation, which will eventually lead to them becoming a stable at some point down the line.</p><p> </p><p> Austin & Pillman I am in negotiations with to bring in as a team, and I'm also hoping to get Lance Storm to team with Chris Jericho.</p>

Eddie Guerrero, William Regal, Dean Malenko, Terry Funk and Yokozuna are some others I'd recommend. All very easy to get over imo although it could just be my save or how I booked them <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Just finished 1991 here, as now my save isn't going to be a dynasty anymore in any way. Now, on the first Raw of 1992, there will be lots of things: Shawn Michaels is going to finally turn heel like IRL (except that it's going to be on the Body Shop instead of the Barber Shop), Brian Pillman is going to take the title off Chris Jericho after an accidental Stan Hansen punch to start tension between Jericho and Hansen so Jericho can go solo and his popularity can skyrocket as i'm building him to be the 1992 King of the Ring, and much more. Sting is going to win the Royal Rumble match and defeat Savage at WrestleMania, and is going to lose the gold to Rick Martel at SummerSlam, and Martel's going to lose it to Hogan who's going to lose it to Mr. Perfect a month later who's going to stay champ for the rest of the year. Yeah, i have the entire World Title lineage of 1992 decided :p

<p>That just ruins the fun for me... if I already know what I'm going to do why book it if it's already booked in my head?</p><p> </p><p>

An example is that i had a tag team title run planned for The Texas Foundation (Texas Tornado & Jim Neidhart), but Texas screwed with it twice. I already mentioned that he did it once, but funny enough, like last time, he's caught with drugs after two wins. Now he's on to job to rising stars and jobbers at the start of the year, and enter a last storyline with his brother Chris and Chris Jericho (he'll get Y2J over of course) before being dumped for good.</p><p> </p><p> EDIT: And another reason for the depush is that he stays bitching about everything. Savage went over Warrior at the 1991 Rumble, Hogan over Savage at WrestleMania VII, and Sid is being groomed as the monster heel to face Hogan at WrestleMania VIII after winning the 1992 Royal Rumble. So long as Sid is over enough then, he'll go over Hogan and then most likely feud with a face turned Savage or British Bulldog over the title.</p>

Von Erich is tough to work with if you have a drug policy but you can change it around. I've suspended him a few times and he's at the midcard but who knows. He's younger than Bret Hart at this point with just as much talent, I'm not letting WCW have him <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<p>I am thinking about having Warrior drop the belt at WrestleMania to Ted Dibiase possibly.</p><p> </p><p>

Then I am thinking about putting Texas Tornado and Ultimate Warrior into a team known as High Energy. Not sure what I will change Texas Tornado's ring name to though.</p><p> </p><p>

Legion of Doom and Demolition will be in a feud for a long time over the tag team titles before one of the teams loses it to someone else because of this feud. Then this feud will continue without the titles. I want this feud to be the greatest tag team feud of all time.</p>

I'm neither pushing him nor burying him. He's in my upper midcard (as Kerry Von Erich) who goes over my midcard and jobs to my main event. He's a good hand so long as I don't use a drug policy.

He's being a pain in the ass here. Chris Jericho is going to win the 1992 KOTR and dump Stan Hansen shortly after it, and Texas is going to enter a last storyline then after this. I will call Chris Von Erich to the main roster and Jericho is going to humiliate him, disgracing the Von Erich family. Then, Kerry is going to put his Von Erich pants on and become Kerry, and is going to be a good storyline in my opinion, but just to put Y2J over. Then i'll dump Kerry, continue pushing Jericho and i have no idea on what i do with Chris Von Erich after the storyline.

Give Chris the Super Cyclone gimmick...rip off of the Texas Tornado...and have him job because of his brother.

That's what Vince would do.

I hVe him feuding with Randy Savage (I'm in April 1991). Randy is A* across the United States, and not in any major storyline at the moment, so I threw these two together. I'm hoping it will help raise Kerry's entertainment skills and overness, while keeping Savage relevant until I decide to use him for another major program.

My main program is Hogan and Sid. Hogan won the '91 Rumble, and then best Savage for the title at WrestleMania. The following night on Raw, Sid attacked Hogan, and I'm going to feud these two together until the next WrestleMania. I'll throw in guys to keep the storyline interesting over the course of time, but ultimately it will always come down to these two.

Also I turned The Ultimate Warrior heel (now going by just "Warrior"). He's having a mental break down, and blames everyone (especially Hogan) for not being on top any more. He's taking his beef out on Jake Roberts for now, but he'll be involved with the Sid/Hogan story soon, too.

LOL, that's awesome, but let's see...i don't know if i'll even keep Chris after the storyline, as his physical abilities are the second worst i ever saw in TEW for a active worker, after Andre, i think.

Dude, the Warrior storyline is just gold! Here he's feuding with Rick Martel and Lex Luger, as Martel cost him his re-rematch against Randy Savage for the World Title at WrestleFest and Luger cost Warrior his match against Martel at SummerSlam. Warrior got his revenge at One Night Only in UK defeating Luger and at the Survivor Series, as his team defeated Martel's. Now i'm in January 1992. My Main Storyline is Randy Savage vs. Sting. I'll post more about my storylines now in 1992 soon.
