I started my first save in TEW 2013 with NOTBPW and I am still playing it. I am in January of 2015 and I am still national. I am slowly making my way towards international my popularity in Canada is pretty much at a stand still while my popularity in the US is growing.

The best thing I can reccomend and you already said it is get a B show, most companies that are above Cult (TCW, SWF, and now NOTBPW and USPW plus SOTBPW if you want to throw them in there) can not survive with just one show.

Also this really has nothing to do with your size but I would start signing younger guys that way when the old guys start retiring than you can have some guys to fall back on but you have to build them up first.

Hopefully this helps, NOTBPW is a lot harder to run in 2013 than it was in 2010 them being National instead of Cult but you can still manage to get good grades if you know what you are doing.

As Taker says, you need to raid the indies for their young talent. Bringing in someone like Davis Wayne Newton could go a long way toward ensuring your future viability. You're looking for workers like that ideally: people who can go in the ring.

Oh yeah raided the indies, was just that by the time a B show had been arranged/agreed I'd dropped to Cult.

DeColt and McFly were putting on matches between C and B so naturally others below them were doing worse and that's what I found difficult.

First thing I do with NOTBPW is look at my Time Decline list. Anyone on that list is going to get their match ratings penalized. Therefore they shouldn't be in your main events. You don't need to job them down the card. They're still useful. However, the main event is the biggest part of your final rating, so keep them on the undercard. Unless you've drawn a bad hand, you'll still have a few main eventers left capable of B+ matches.
