Bischoff has a mic and he says that the notion that Kevin Nash and Scott Hall could ever just throw him out of the nWo is ridiculous, HOWEVER...they can keep the name if that is what they really want because Bischoff doesn't want it anymore. He says that the nWo, much like Nash and Hall, is a thing of the past and he is looking to the future. Bischoff then looks at the two men standing next to him, the World Heavyweight Champion Scott Steiner and Jeff Jarrett, and informs everyone that right now they are looking at the future of WCW. They are looking at a group that is going to dominate the world of professional wrestling. They are looking...at 'The Elite'!

Bischoff hands the mic to the World Champion and Steiner cuts a promo on Sting, saying that he is going to put an end to Sting's dreams of becoming the World Champion at Halloween Havoc and he is going to make sure that Sting will never be the same again after Halloween Havoc. Steiner then goes on to announce that the WCW owner, Eric Bischoff, has decided that the third and final match between him and Sting is going to be....an I Quit match! And Steiner vows that nobody in this world could ever make him say those two words! Steiner then hands the mic back to Bischoff, who is standing right next to him, watching Steiner make the announcement with a huge grin on his face. Bischoff adds a less than genuine "good luck with that, Stinger" to Sting, still grinning from ear to ear.

Jeff Jarrett then gets on the mic and his first target is Lex Luger, saying that Luger is so far over the hill that it is not even funny anymore--it is just pathetic! Jarrett says that it is time to put him out of his misery once and for all and he officially challenges Lex Luger to a match at Halloween Havoc...which Eric Bischoff is quick to approve and make official right there on the spot, still with a self-satisfied, smug look on his face. Double J vows to beat Luger again at Halloween Havoc and prove to Luger once and for all that his time is over! Bischoff then takes the mic again and he encourages the fans to stand up and applaud 'The Elite', the group that will go down in history as the single most dominant group in all of professional wrestling! The fans respond with a chorus of boo's as The Elite leaves the ring and heads to the back as we get ready for our first match of the night. (B-)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/ShaneHelms.jpgvs.http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/BuffBagwell2.jpg

The first match of the night saw Buff Bagwell take on Shane Helms in one on one action and Buff Bagwell was able to continue his recent success in the ring by picking up another one here tonight, hitting the Buff Blockbuster and scoring the pinfall victory in what was a solid and pretty even match.

Buff Bagwell defeated Shane Helms at 6.34 by pinfall following a Buff Blockbuster (C-)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/BuffBagwell2.jpg

The match is over but rather than leaving the ring and heading backstage, Buff Bagwell calls for a mic and he receives one. Buff repeats his statement from last week saying that he is going to dominate WCW and points out that he has continued his streak of dominance here tonight by defeated Shane Helms in impressive fashion. Buff says that there is not a single person in this business that he cannot beat and so he is issuing an open challenge to anyone who is willing to step up and face him in the ring at Halloween Havoc! A few moments pass and then a somewhat surprising music hits and out walks....

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/EricBischoff3.jpg

The owner of WCW, Eric Bischoff. Bischoff informs Bagwell that his challenge has already been accepted and that he is scheduled to compete at Halloween Havoc...but he won't find out who he is facing until the show itself! Bischoff admits that he could reveal it now, but he would rather wait because if people want to know who it is they are just going to have to tune in to Halloween Havoc! Bischoff smiles as the fans boo him again, clearly wanting to find out tonight who Buff's opponent is going to be, but Bagwell just plays it off as if he doesn't care who he is facing. Bischoff wishes Bagwell good luck at Halloween Havoc and heads to the back as we cut backstage. (D)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/BillGoldberg2.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/Sting3.jpg

In the back, Sting is seen approaching Goldberg. Sting says that they worked well together last week against Scott Steiner and Jeff Jarrett and he hopes that they can continue their good teamwork here tonight. Sting extends his hand to Goldberg but Goldberg just stares at Sting's hand and sneers. Goldberg says that he will team with Sting tonight, no problem. But as far as he is concerned it doesn't matter who is World Heavyweight Champion after Halloween Havoc because whoever it is, Steiner or Sting, that person will be NEXT! Sting says he's got no problem with that and extends his hand to Goldberg again and this time Goldberg accepts the handshake as the two of them seems to be on the same page again tonight. (C+)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/RickyBanderas2.jpgvs.http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/NormanSmiley.jpg

El Mesías has looked impressive so far in WCW, picking up wins against Jamie Knoble and "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan and he impressed again tonight by making short work of Norman Smiley, putting on a dominant performance and finishing Smiley off with the same Sitout Crucifix Powerbomb that did in both Knoble and Duggan as well.

El Mesías defeated Norman Smiley at 4.02 by pinfall following a Sitout Crucifix Powerbomb (D-)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/EricBischoff3.jpg

The WCW owner, Eric Bischoff, is backstage in his office with a smile on his face. Bischoff says that it is time for him to take care of some business once again as he has decided that the WCW Tag Team Titles, currently held by The Outsiders, will be defended at Halloween Havoc by The Outsiders against....Diamond Dallas Page and Kanyon. Bischoff says that, while he loathes the idea of giving any kind of opportunity to DDP and Kanyon, this really is a win/win situation for him. If DDP and Kanyon wins then The Outsiders lose the Tag Team Titles, which he would love. And if The Outsiders win then DDP and Kanyon will be out of the Tag Team Title picture, and he would love that as well. And since he really doesn't like any of these four men very much, Bischoff has deciced that the match will be...a Steel Cage match! Once again looking very pleased with himself, Bischoff adds that he doesn't really care who wins as long as all four of them beats the holy hell out of each other! ©

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/ErnestMiller.jpgvs.http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/Rick_Steiner11.jpg

The third match of the night saw Ernest Miller and Rick Steiner go one on one, but a lot of attention was also directed toward ringside as....

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/TedDiBiase.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/LanceStorm2.jpg

The WCW United States Champion, Lance Storm, and his manager, Ted DiBiase, made their way down to ringside, seemingly on a scouting mission as Storm prepares to defend his US Title against Ernest Miller at Halloween Havoc. The announcers all agreed that Storm and DiBiase had no business being out there, but the duo ultimately did not have any impact on the mach and Ernest Miller picked up the win after hitting the Feliner on Steiner to end an even match.

Ernest Miller defeated Rick Steiner at 8.20 by pinfall following a Feliner (D)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/ErnestMiller.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/TedDiBiase.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/LanceStorm2.jpg

With "The Cat" Ernest Miller standing victorious in the ring, he quickly turns his attention to Storm and DiBiase, obviously expecting a sneak attack. It does not happen, however, as Storm and DiBiase simply walks back up the ramp, seemingly satisfied with what they have learned from scouting the match. As they reach the top of the ramp, Storm points back at Miller and raises the US Title high in the air and Miller points right back at Storm and mouths the words "see you Sunday night!"

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/DiamondDallasPage.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/ChrisKanyon4.jpg

DDP and Kanyon are backstage discussing the surprising announcement by Eric Bischoff earlier tonight that DDP and Kanyon will once again challenge for the Tag Team Titles at Halloween Havoc. Kanyon agrees, saying that it is time to put an end to this rivalry once and for all, and it is time for DDP and Kanyon to finally claim the Tag Team Titles. DDP and Kanyon readies themselves for a fight but Nash assures them that if they were there to fight DDP and Kanyon would already be on the floor. Nash says that they couldn't help but overhear their little conversation and they are there to tell them that they're wrong! The reason that DDP and Kanyon didn't beat them for the titles wasn't because of the nWo--it was because they just weren't good enough to beat them! Hall adds that DDP and Kanyon can talk themselves up as much as they want but, when it all comes down to it at Halloween Havoc, they are going to come up short just like they always do! The Tag Champs then walks off and DDP and Kanyon exchange glances with a "we'll see about that" kind of expression on their faces. ©

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/DustinRhodesIggy.jpgw/http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/RoadDogg.jpgvs.http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/BamBamBigelow2.jpgw/http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/MikeSanders.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/StacyKieblerHeel.jpg

The fourth match of the night saw Dustin Rhodes take on Bam Bam Bigelow in what was an even, back and forth match. Mike Tenay adds that the series is even at one after Steiner won match one and Sting took match 2, but Tenay also notes that Sting seems to have the upper hand against Steiner as of late. Dusty Rhodes also weighs in, saying that with everything that has been going on with the nWo splitting up and Eric Bischoff creating The Elite instead, is Scott Steiner as focused on this match as he should be? Dusty is not sure. Schiavone agrees with Dusty, but that they will find out for sure in tonights main event. He says that DDP and Kanyon has come up short every time they have had a shot at their titles and tonight is going to be no different. Hall adds that when the night is over the Outsiders will still be the Tag Team Champions and there is not a damn thing that DDP and Kanyon can do about it because, like it or not, there's nobody in this business who can hang with the Outsiders! (C-)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/TonySchiavone3.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/MikeTenay3.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/DustyRhodes.jpg

Back at ringside Tony Schiavone informs us that in a few short minutes it will be time for the tag team match between the team of BG James and Dustin Rhodes and Mike Sanders and Bam Bam Bigelow. BG James eventually fought back into the match and made the hot tag to Dustin Rhodes who took the fight to Bigelow. The finish of the match came when Mike Sanders, who still had not tagged into the match, was pulled down to the floor by Dustin Rhodes who had had enough of Sanders' rather cowardly display. We then see footage of Sting fighting back valiantly but eventually succumbing to the numbers game as Nash hits the Jackknife Powerbomb and Steiner hits the Steiner Flatliner for the pinfall victory. Tony Schiavone reminds everyone that Buff Bagwell issued an open challenge on Monday Nitro for anyone to face him tonight, and that Eric Bischoff had come out and said that the challenge had been accepted, but he did not say by who. Luger says that ever since he turned his back on the nWo to help his friend, Sting, Eric Bischoff has made his life a living hell. Week in and week out, it has been nothing but one brutal attack after another and Luger says that he is getting sick and tired of it. Sick and tired of always having to watch his back. Sick and tired of always getting screwed over. And sick and tired of Eric Bischoff and his cronies always getting away with it. But enough is enough, Luger continues, saying that tonight he is putting his foot down and taking a stand, tonight he makes sure that Eric Bischoff and his cronies DOESN'T get away with it anymore. Once inside the ring Bischoff gets on the mic and tells everyone to get ready to witness the dominance of The Elite up close and personal. Bischoff even goes as far as to outright guarantee that The Elite will be successful tonight, that Jeff Jarrett will beat Lex Luger and Scott Steiner will beat Sting and retain the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, because that is exactly why they are the founding members of The Elite--because they are the best of the best in the business today, not has-beens like Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, or a never-was like Diamond Dallas Page or Lex Luger, but the very best this business has to offer. Bischoff then goes on to say that when, not if, they have taken care of business here tonight, they will continue on to Monday Nitro tomorrow night where they will celebrate their success here tonight...but they will also be celebrating the fact that they are bringing a fourth member into The Elite. Bischoff then encourages everyone to enjoy the rest of the show, and The Elite's inevitable success, and reminds everyone once again to tune into Monday Nitro tomorrow night to find out who the fourth member of The Elite is. Tenay says that he does not agree with everyone that Luger has done in his career, but he doesn't think that Luger deserves the treatment that he has gotten from Eric Bischoff lately. Dusty chimes in as well, saying that Luger had to know what he was getting himself into when he turned against Eric Bischoff and the nWo because Bischoff is not a very forgiving person. Schiavone agrees, but says that the constant two on one attacks, ambushes and interference in Luger's matches are ridiculous and he hopes that Luger gets some payback on Jarrett here tonight.

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/LexLuger5.jpgvs.http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/JeffJarrett.jpg

Lex Luger came out like a house on fire for this one, taking the fight to Jarrett right from the get-go. Schiavone agrees with Mike Tenay, but Dusty then adds that, while Luger certainly deserved payback here tonight, Jeff Jarrett simply straight up beat him here tonight, no outside interference. The final shot of the video package is the final few seconds of the match that followed immediately after Nash's interference where both Steiner and Sting struggled to get back to their feet before the count of ten, with Sting just barely making it and Steiner almost making it before collapsing to the floor and thus the match went to Sting who evened the series at 1-1 (C+)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/TonySchiavone3.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/MikeTenay3.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/DustyRhodes.jpg

As the video package comes to an end we go back to the announce table where Tony Schiavone informs us that the Steel Cage match for the WCW Tag Team Championships is up next. This grueling, brutal brawl of a match came to a finish when all four men were down, worn out by the match. Nash and Kanyon were first to their feet and they began exchanging blows in the center of the ring while DDP and Hall were stil down. As the bigger and stronger Nash started to get the better of Kanyon, DDP and Hall slowly stirred back to life and as Nash nailed Kanyon with a knee to the gut and set him up for the Jackknife Powerbomb, Diamond Dallas Page went to stop him, only to be cut off by Scott Hall who grabbed DDP from behind and flung him face first into the side of the cage, allowing Nash to hit the Jackknife Powerbomb and cover Kanyon for the hard fought victory.

The Outsiders defeated Diamond Dallas Page and Kanyon at 13.43 by pinfall when Nash pinned Kanyon with a Jackknife Powerbomb. The match went back and forth and back and forth and neither man seemed to even so much as consider saying those two words that would bring an end to the match and the Three Stages of Hell series. This was also the longest match that has taken place in WCW since it's return from hiatus and when the end finally came both men had taken so much punishment that they could barely stand on their feet. The finish of the match saw Steiner lock Sting into the Steiner Recliner and Sting was simply too exhausted to get to the ropes to force the break, yet he still refused to give up. Steiner kept applying more and more pressure, literally using every ounce of strength he had left in his body to apply as much pressure as he possibly could, but Sting still refused to say those two words that Steiner was looking for. Then, after Sting had been locked into the Steiner Recliner for what seemed like an eternity, the referee finally called for the bell--not because Sting had said "I Quit", but because he had actually passed out from the pain and exhaustion and the referee had no choice but to award the match to Steiner.

Scott Steiner defeated Sting at 17.42 when Sting passed out while locked into the Steiner Recliner.
Halloween Havoc is officially up. The show got hit pretty hard by the main event tanking the show due to the repetitive booking thing, especially since it was very much a show that was relying rather heavily on the main event delivering the goods. It's a shame because I really liked the match but that's the way it goes sometimes.

Prediction contest results and the next Nitro card will be up within the next 24 hours.

When I got the warning about the repetitive booking thing I actually did consider a last minute change/addition to the main event but I really did not want to do that so I hoped that Steiner and Sting could top themselves and it would all work out but obviously that did not quite happen.

Call me a cheater, but i always turn repetitive booking off... It always seems to catch me out when I'm not ready, like in the Main Event of a pay-per-view. And in the WCW (and certainly WWE) there is a LOT of repetitive booking. How many times has Daniel Bryan taken on Luke Harper in the last few weeks? Or CM Punk against Dean Ambrose? For the game, it limits your chances of doing a best of three series, and just generally annoys me! lol

"The Chosen One" Jeff Jarrett vs. Goldberg

Oh, I thought I'd done this one! Guess not whoops! lol

"The Chosen One" Jeff Jarrett vs. Goldberg

Diamond Dallas Page vs. Vampiro

"The Cat" Ernest Miller vs. Scott Hall

Rey Misterio Jr. and Billy Kidman vs. The Impact Players

Tough call here, going with the Players based on titles held.

Konnan vs. El Mesías

Can't picture Konnan being happy about doing the job, though.

WCW owner, Eric Bischoff, has a mic in his hand and cocky smirk on his face as he tells everyone "I told you so" in reference to The Elite's success last night at Halloween Havoc with Scott Steiner retaining the WCW World Heavyweight Championship and Jeff Jarrett defeating Lex Luger. Bischoff then mockingly requests for Sting to come out and face them, knowing full well that Sting is not here tonight due to what happened last night at Halloween Havoc, and Bischoff goes on to say that last night Sting, along with everyone else, found out exactly what it means to go up against The Elite and the only reason Sting is not here tonight is simply out of fear. But not everything went according to plan. Bischoff says that Goldberg's ego and ambition has just landed him in a world of trouble and he will pay for his actions last night.

Bischoff then hands the mic off to the WCW World Heavyweight Champion, "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner, who has some choice words for Goldberg as well. Steiner calls Goldberg a coward for what he did last night at Halloween Havoc and adds that the only reason Goldberg did what he did is because he is afraid to be face to face with the 'Genetic Freak' so he had to ambush him. Steiner then stares intently into the camera and tells Goldberg, in no uncertain terms, that he will NEVER get his hands on the World Heavyweight Championship. "The Chosen One" Jeff Jarrett then gets on the mic and says that after he gets done with Goldberg tonight, the World Heavyweight Championship will be the last thing on Goldberg's mind!

The mic then goes back to Eric Bischoff who says that, now that that unpleasant matter has been addressed, it is time to focus on some happier news again. He says that last night at Halloween Havoc he promised that a new member would join The Elite tonight, live on Monday Nitro...and he meant it! Bischoff then encourages the fans to put their hands together for the newest member of The Elite, and all eyes are firmly locked on the entrance ramp as Bischoff points toward it with a huge grin on his face.........

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/RicFlair2.jpg

IT'S "THE NATURE BOY" RIC FLAIR!!! The fans in attendance seems torn as Ric Flair struts toward the ring as some fans are cheering with excitement at the return of "The Nature Boy" but most are booing Flair for alligning himself with Eric Bischoff and The Elite. As Flair approaches the ring, Tony Schiavone notes that we haven't seen Ric Flair since the Souled Out pay per view, and Mike Tenay wonders what could possibly have made Flair join forces with Eric Bischoff, considering that the two of them don't exactly like each other. As Flair enters the ring, Eric Bischoff is applauding "The Nature Boy" with an arrogant, obnoxious grin on his face and as Flair's music dies down "The Nature Boy" receives the mic from Bischoff.

"WOOOOO!!!!!!!"

Flair says it feels damn good to be back in a WCW ring and he is more than ready to go to work. Flair says that nobody cares more about the well-being and success of WCW than he does and that is why he accepted Eric Bischoff's offer to join The Elite. Flair says that The Elite is all about being exactly that--the elite, the very best in the business, and nobody is any better than "The Nature Boy"! Flair says that the four men who are standing in the ring right now are men who will ensure WCW's future success by getting rid of those people who are standing in the way--people like Goldberg, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Lex Luger...Flair says that these men only care about themselves while The Elite cares about what is best for WCW. And---

Flair is suddenly cut off as Lex Luger's "Slammer" theme starts playing throughout the arena and....

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/LexLuger5.jpg

As "The Total Package" walks out from the back the fans are cheering for Luger, who has a mic in his hand as well, but The Elite seems anything but thrilled at Luger's interruption. Luger says he has just one question for Eric Bischoff: what the hell is it that he wants? Luger says that Bischoff has been punishing him ever since he left the nWo, but what is the point of it all? What is his goal? Bischoff replies that what he wants is to get rid of Luger once and for all! But since he would still have to pay him what's left of his contract if he just fired him, meaning that he would be paying Luger to sit on his ass at home, he would rather make sure that each and every single moment that Luger has left of his career in WCW is as miserable and painful as it can possibly get because that is what Luger deserves! Luger then stares at The Elite in the ring as the segment comes to an end. ©

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/Konnan2.jpgvs.http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/RickyBanderas2.jpg

The opening match saw Konnan take on El Mesías who has picked up three dominating wins so far since arriving in WCW and this one started out exactly like El Mesías' previously three matches: with Mesías absolutely dominating and looking to make quick work of Konnan, just as he did with Jamie Knoble, "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan and Norman Smiley. But Konnan fought back and became the first guy in WCW to get any real offense in against El Mesías. Konnan looked good for a while but then El Mesías just snapped and began pummeling Konnan, beating him down mercilessly while completely ignoring the referee's repeated warnings, which eventually earned Mesías a DQ.

Konnan defeated El Mesías at 6.29 by DQ when Mesías failed to heed the referee's repeated warnings (D+)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/RickyBanderas2.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/Konnan2.jpg

The match may be over but El Mesías is far from done as he doesn't even react to the sound of the bell ringing--he just keeps pummeling Konnan. Eventually the referee tries to get Mesías off Konnan but Mesías just tosses the referee across the ring with the greatest of ease and then goes back to work on Konnan, picking him up and delivering the same move that he used to beat Knoble, Duggan and Smiley, the Sit-out Crucifix Powerbomb! Konnan is laid out in the middle of the ring and El Mesías stands above up, staring eerily down at his latest victim as we cut backstage. (D-)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/EricBischoff3.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/MikeSanders.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/BamBamBigelow2.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/StacyKieblerHeel.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/BuffBagwell2.jpg

Backstage in Eric Bischoff's office, Mike Sanders, along with Bam Bam Bigelow and Stacy Keibler, and Buff Bagwell are both trying to get the owners attention first by yelling louder than the other guy, creating quite the noisy scene. Mike Sanders is complaining about the "out of control antics of BG James", demanding that Bischoff do something about it, while Buff Bagwell is complaining about having to face Davey Boy Smith last night at Halloween Havoc with no time to properly prepare which, according to "Buff Daddy", is the one and only reason why Davey Boy Smith won that match. Having listened to this for a while, Bischoff finally tells both guys to shut the hell up! Bischoff says he has enough to deal with without having to listen to them bitching and then, just like that, Bischoff books two matches for WCW's upcoming Mayhem pay per view; Mike Sanders versus BG James and Buff Bagwell versus "The British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith! Bischoff then tells them to get the hell out of his office and they are quick to do so, but neither of them looks particularly happy about the matches that the owner just booked (D+)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/ReyMysterioMask.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/BillyKidman2.jpgvs.http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/LanceStorm2.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/MikeAwesome3.jpgw/http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/TedDiBiase.jpg

The second match of the night saw the cruiserweight team of Rey Misterio Jr. and Billy Kidman take on The Impact Players, Lance Storm and Mike Awesome. DDP enters the ring and throws up the Diamond Cutter sign to another great reaction from the crowd before grabbing a mic. DDP says that last night at Halloween Havoc he and Kanyon failed to win the WCW Tag Team Titles and that, according to Eric Bischoff, that meant that the Tag Title situation was resolved and that DDP and Kanyon would not get any more shots for the time being. Page says that he can accept that, and that he does, indeed, think that the tag team title situation was resolved last night as The Outsiders did beat them fair and square, but there is still one situation that is far from resolved and that is the situation between DDP and "Big Sexy" Kevin Nash. Page says that this whole thing got started when Scott Hall returned to WCW and Nash decided to stab his, at the time, tag team partner in the back and join up with Hall instead, and he hasn't forgotten that. DDP says that there is still unresolved issues between himself and Kevin Nash and he thinks that it is high time that they settle the score between them once and for all. Page then issues the challenge to Kevin Nash to face him one on one in the ring at the upcoming Mayhem pay per view and settle the issues between them once and for all! The crowd cheers at the thought of seeing DDP and Nash finally go one on one and all eyes turn to the entrance ramp as everyone fully expects Nash to come out and respond to DDP's challenge....but he never does. DDP waits and waits but Nash never shows up and Page eventually leaves the ring with his unanswered challenge still hanging in the air. (B-)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/LexLuger5.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/EricBischoff3.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/ScottSteiner.jpg

We cut to the back where Eric Bischoff and the World Heavyweight Champion, Scott Steiner, approaches "The Total Package" Lex Luger, who immediately readies himself for a fight. Bischoff tells him to calm down, however, saying that if they were there to attack him he would already be on the floor. Luger does not let his guard down, but Bischoff tells him that he has been thinking about what he said about Bischoff punishing...and maybe he has a point. In fact, the reason they are there is to make Luger an offer. Luger seems less than convinced but Bischoff tells him to hear him out. Bischoff says that he wants to offer Luger an all or nothing match, a match with everything on the line. He asks Luger how he would feel about headlining Monday Nitro two weeks from tonight against "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner...with the WCW World Heavyweight Championship on the line! Luger immediately asks what the catch is and Bischoff admits that, yes, there is, indeed, a catch. The reason that this is an all or nothing match is that if Luger wins, he's the new World Heavyweight Champion. But if Luger loses to Steiner...then Luger has to agree to a mutual termination of his contract, meaning that Bischoff wouldn't have to pay Luger what's left on his contract. In other words; Scott Steiner is putting the WCW World Heavyweight Championship on the line...and Lex Luger is putting his career on the line! "All or nothing" Bischoff says, and he then informs Luger that he has until the end of next week's Monday Nitro to decide whether he is man enough to put it all on the line in return for one more shot at glory. Bischoff and Steiner then walks off, leaving Luger standing alone as he contemplates everything that Bischoff just told him. ©

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/ErnestMiller.jpgvs.http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/ScottHall2.jpg

The third match of the night saw "The Cat" Ernest Miller go one on one with Scott Hall, who came to the ring alone instead of with Kevin Nash by his side as usual. As Nash approaches the ring, DDP, visibly tired following his match against Vampiro, readies himself for a confrontation with the man who was once his tag team partner--the man he issued a challenge to earlier tonight. Nash steps over the top rope into the ring and stares at DDP, but then, rather than attacking Page, he asks for a mic instead as the announcers speculate that it looks like we are about to get an answer from Nash regarding Diamond Dallas Page's challenge. Nash raises the mic up to his face, ready to speak, but then he suddenly kicks DDP in the gut and before anyone even realizes what's going on, Nash drives DDP into the mat with a devastating Jackknife Powerbomb! The crowd sends a chorus of boos toward Nash as the big man reaches down and picks up the mic once again...."Challenge...accepted!" he simply says and then he tosses the mic to the floor and the nWo music starts playing again as Nash stands tall in the ring, posing above his fallen enemy, Diamond Dallas Page. (C+)

http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/TonySchiavone3.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/MikeTenay3.jpghttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t1/bigdaddycool2sweet/Euro%20Wrestling/WCW/DustyRhodes.jpg

We cut to the announce table where Tony Schiavone says he cannot believe the disrespect that Kevin Nash continues to show Diamond Dalls Page. Mike Tenay adds that he can totally believe it as it is just Kevin Nash being Kevin Nash, but naturally he does not agree with Nash's actions. Dusty Rhodes says that Nash may have blindsided DDP here tonight, but he's not going to be able to blindside him at Mayhem and after what Nash did here tonight, Dusty thinks that DDP will be even more motivated for that match. Tony Schiavone briefly hypes up the Mayhem pay per view, reminding everyone of the three matches that are already confirmed for the event; Kevin Nash versus Diamond Dallas Page, Buff Bagwell versus "The British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith and Mike Sanders versus BG James, and Mike Tenay adds that he is looking forward to all three matches, while Dusty says that he cannot wait to see Kevin Nash finally get what he deserves at the hands of Diamond Dallas Page! Just wanted to give a quick update and say that I'm hoping to have the show up at some point during the weekend. I swear every time I announce when the next show will be up something comes along and screws up my plans

I'm about halfway through the show, though, so there's a good chance I'll have it done within the next day or so :)
