If it has a thread on here, please post it here, and I'll link to it also.</p>

<p>Does anyone have any suggestions as to which mods out of these are some of the best? Maybe one, or a few specifically?</p><p> </p><p>

Down for anything but pretty much just been browsing the real world mods, might try out the feb. 1988 to begin</p>

Can't remember who made that. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> j/k</p><p> </p><p> My personal favorite right now is Justtxyank's Rising Storms mod(January 1991). It's hilarious to see some of the AI booking decisions that WCW makes with Jim Herd in power. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> And right now, I'm giving Rick Rude a run with the WWF Title, with Paul E. Dangerously managing him, Mr. Perfect and Arn Anderson, appropriately named the Dangerous Alliance. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> I still managed, I think it was an A or A*, grade for the match I had between Hogan & Rude for the strap at SummerSlam even with keeping Hogan strong. He didn't complain since Rude had already built up the same amount of pop as Hogan, but I didn't want Hogan losing much pop as I have plans for Hogan vs. Flair at WrestleMania VIII.</p><p> </p><p> I haven't had a chance to fire up a proper game with Fleisch's Real World Chronicles(August 2013) yet, but from what little I got to play of his earlier betas, it definitely looks promising. I can definitely see myself having a long term game with that one like I have with January 1991.</p>

<p><span style="color:#FF0000;"><strong>Update:</strong></span> Main post is fully updated. I've heard back from everyone that makes the real world mods, and they are all "free" to use for bases, but please make sure that you give them mod makers credit when you use their data!</p><p> </p><p>

I've added the the 9000-Verse DLC thread and the ThunderVerse Alt & Render thread also.</p>

Now i saw the list again, and i thought about the great work that the community is doing. This is one of the best mod lists that i've ever saw, and it's not stopping. It's a honor to be part of this forum, the guys are very nice, they work a lot and still let the people use all of their work. This is great :D

I think I counted 24 mods that are ready to play, and that obviously doesn't include the ones that are currently being worked on. Add to the fact there isn't a single ego in the mod making community, everyone is quite happy to help out, and everyone is as friendly as anything... Truly one of the best gaming communities around.

Things weren't always like this, in fact they were pretty much the opposite. It's the very reason I started modding in the first place, and the same reason I started the Mission Thread in the first place. Great to see the community all come together, it only took 8 years but we got there :p

Oh yeah, I totally agree. I remember, must have been around TEW2005 - TEW2007, a lot of mod makers were very anti-sharing. I don't want to throw names out, but there was one guy that I remember who was very much against letting other people use his data. A real shame. I do think it was your approach of "hey, here's my data, use it as you wish" that paved the way for others to do the same.

Although I already confirmed it to Ray, ANDA is freeware. That doesn't mean I won't be releasing a new version when I comeback full time, but I don't mind people using it as a base at all. That is actually why I made it in the first place, because there weren't that many bases for a recente RW mod at that time. I've always though that the "Can't use it" approach is mostly wrong, but hey, everyone does with their work what they want. Glad to see that after so many years, we finally got to a better place.
