WWE 2014 - Levesque At The Helm(sley)

Recommended Posts

When the WWE Network launched in 2014 to a lukewarm response, and with so much riding on it, Vince McMahon starts to wonder if he is starting to lose his touch creatively.

After sacking Jay Gibson, who was overseeing all writing, he decides to give his son in law Triple H almost full control over the direction the company will be taking over the next 6 months. Triple H had been overseeing NXT as of late, which continues to go from strength to strength, with more focus being on in ring quality, while still allowing workers to have some input into their character development. How will the main roster benefit from Triple H's leadership, if at all?

- The Authority, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, come to the ring to some loud boos. They were hoping Daniel Bryan would be able to be there to defend it, but unfortunately upon doctors orders that he is in no fit state to compete, they have no choice but to strip him of the title! The crowd go wild with booing. They declare the WWE WHC Title as vacant, and say that at MITB, there will be a 6 man ladder match for the title. We will be getting qualifying matches over the next few weeks to confirm the participants, and infact tonight we have 2 matches! Sheamus will take on Bray Wyatt, and Big Show will compete against Cesaro for the first 2 places in the MITB match!

Seems like a good direction you're heading and I like the succinct match descriptions and the overall simplicity of the layout. Not too fancy, but not boring.

Thanks. Obviously kinda adjusting to it as I go. Got a feeling I might struggle to keep everyone involved but will do my best to stick to my main storylines. For the first while it will probably resemble real life stories, but have other stuff planned once they have played out.
