UWF A STAR IS BORN

http://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/UWF/TheBody_zps825f495d.png

Jesse Ventura:
"When I left WWF in '90, I had one thought in mind: Revenge. Vince McMahon was destroying wrestling, with a backstage inner circle that ran rampant."

Jesse Ventura:
"McMahon was the golden boy. He had everything handed down to him: a territory including the largest city in the country, the great Madison Square Garden, and gobs of talent he pillaged from well-meaning owners. In three years, I would watch him destroy all of it, and take the business down with it, by doing nothing at all."

http://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/UWF/LouAlbano_zpsd40407f0.png

Jesse Ventura:
"Lou and I were outlaws. We sought to bring wrestling forward by harkening the golden days of the sport. We brought Wrestling to Hollywood, with story and characters from the silver screen."

Jesse Ventura:
I couldn't have done it without him. Lou was a creative genius, a mastermind, and he had the mind to rebuild the industry."

Jesse Ventura: *Laughs* All the world wanted...

"Was a man with the balls to do it..."

Lou Albano was in the smoke filled basement. He had several pictures on a large corkboard, pinned down with thumbtacks.

Lou:
"Jesse, you can come in."

The boss, Jesse Ventura, entered the room.

Jesse:
"Lou, who the h##! are these guys? I don't recognize a single one!"

Lou:
"Jesse... they're the newest members of Lou's Hollywood Stars, real-life "movie characters" brought in from Hollywood."

Several sketches are laid out upon the table. One was of a greasy Cuban, "The Razor" Ramon. The other two were assassins known as "The Hit Squad"

Jesse:
"Lou, these seem quite odd, even for you. Now, for the men who play them: Can you tell me when these guys will hit the mainland? None of these guys work in the lower 48."

Lou:
"I'm in contact already. I want them to be our production, our show".

Jesse:
"Ay-Ay, Captain." jibbed Jesse. "I'll have them ready for work soon."

http://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/UWF/TheBody_zps825f495d.png

Jesse was in his house, one afternoon in January, with the sun retreating over the horizon, and a purple haze masking the horizon. Jesse Ventura stared towards the front door, in anticipation.

KNOCK..KNOCK..BOOM!

A very large, and clumsy man, stumbled through the door, and fell down on his knees. The man uncomfortably tried unsuccessfully to regain his footing.

http://i1316.photobucket.com/albums/t602/SoulshineSeeker/UWF/Andre_zpsf57d8de4.png

"Jesse!"
screamed the Giant Man
"Why you cut me, a legend of wrestling? I made it clear to you, I need money!"

"Andre, I am perfectly willing to keep you on the payroll, provided you waive your creative control. You cannot perform at the level required to main event in UWF."
stated Jesse.

"Jesse.."
stated Andre
"I no lose to Jobbers! I lose to Dr. Death, Mr. Wonderful, maybe. I no lose to man who just entered United States!"
.

Jesse looked up.
"I'm the boss, Andre. I don't care what Hulk taught you in WWF. You do what I say, Andre, or you go without."

Andre charged towards Jesse.
"You bad man, Jesse. I am legend of industry, you make big mistake!"

Jesse simply pushed the big man down, and he tumbled backwards, and slammed his back on the ground. Jesse offered Andre his hand. The Giant rebuffed.

Andre walked under the door.
"Jesse"
said the parting legend
"you make big mistake. You rue day you fired The Giant!"
