atomzero
What do you do when a worker complains about the booking of a match? Proceed as planned and let them whine? Pay a bonus to make them happy again? Heed their complaints and change the booking? Some of my workers really split hairs, complaining about only minor popularity differences, and I find it irritating.

mitsukaikira
What do I do? I book them the way I want. They are the worker, I am the boss. If they don't like taking the loss now, it's going to really suck for them over the next few weeks then because they will be losing all of their matches. Depends on their place on the card...using protect and/or keep strong makes them less likely to complain, but it does give a small minus to match grade... giving them a bonus and/or vacation also can shut them up... after pay-per-views (or monthly events with smaller companies) you can "make a speech", using one of the positive notes on a worker will improve their moral (pointed out as a good example...praised for great performance etc), although it takes a few speeches for it to begin having an effect... or if they are not that important, or well liked by you, then just job them into oblivion...in an older game using the 1983 data I took over the WWF a year or so in, Jerry Blackwell gave me an attitude after I reprimanded for a backstage incident, so I jobbed him from around 50 popularity down to single digits...and 0 momentum...he finally asked for his release Some of my workers really split hairs, complaining about only minor popularity differences, and I find it irritating. pretty sure this is because of their personality...egotistical and selfish...you may want to consider giving your biggest pushes to workers who are more humble and generous, as they will be more likely to put over workers who are a little behind them in terms of popularity
AfRoMaN36
Keep Strong and/or Protect. This. I generally don't job people to others significantly lower on the card anyway so I get fewer complaints. Even so, I don't put up with whiners and they usually find themselves out of the company or at least out of their own push by the end of it. Just ask Brie and Nikki Bella. atomzero
Thank you, guys. I appreciate all of your great recommendations. I'd have posted this in the minor questions, but I was hoping to get as many takes as possible. Thanks again! I'll probably take all of those points into consideration, and start telling them to pound sand a little more. If anyone else has thoughts on the topic, keep them coming. I slowly decrease a person down the card and slowly increase a persons position. If they complain too much and I don't have any long term plans for them, they'll job and be released shortly after. I'm the booker... not you.
