Jim Ross and Danny Kingman (Gavin Loudspeaker) stand center ring and introduce Ground Zero to the crowd. They run down the tournament brackets and promise that a Mid South Heavyweight champion will be decided. They leave the ring to provide internet commentary.

Doug Williams w/ Corey Stevenson (Joey Eastman) vs. Afa Anoa'i Jr.

The first match of the evening matched up wrestling machine Doug Williams, joined at ringside by his agent Corey Stevenson, against 2nd Generation Superstar Afa Anoai Jr.The match was a clash of styles with Williams using suplexes and holds to try and slow the big man down, but Afa's strength and willingness to use his body as weapon kept the match going until a distraction by Stevenson allowed Williams to hit the Chaos Theory for the win.

Drew Galloway vs. Rhett Titus

Galloway and Titus had a back and forth match with both men getting several near falls, with Titus getting the crowd behind him with his mix of grappling and hard hitting brawling Galloway had to resort to using shortcuts throughout the match to get the upper hand. Eventually the former WWE star was able to get the pinfall after delivering a Future Shock DDT to Titus.

Hernandez vs. Stevie Richards

Our next match brought together two stars who have plied their trades on a national level. Hernandez overpowered Richards, who had to use desperation measures to even mount any offence on the big Mexican. After over 7 minutes of action Richards was caught with the Border Toss to give Hernandez the victory.

PJ Black vs. Trevor Murdock

The final quarter final match was a match that was certainly quicker than anything we had seen up to now, as PJ Black used his speed and aerial ability to keep the bigger Murdock off balance, whereas the Rednecks offence consisted of clubbing blows. Our finish came when after a superkick floored Murdock Black was able to land his 450 Splash for the three cout.

Drew Galloway vs. Hernandez

The first semi-final match was a back and forth encounter that went over the ten minute mark. Galloway took the victory after he was able to slip out of a Border Toss attempt and rolled Hernandez up and grabbed a hadful of tights to make sure Hernandez stayed down for the three.

Doug Williams w/ Corey Stevenson vs. PJ Black

These two wrestlers put together a clinic with holds and counters. Black was able to use his speed to take the advantage and Williams targeting the South Africans legs to negate this. Black kept checking on Corey Stevenson at ringside, showing that he must of been scouting earlier. The end came witha 450 splash and a victory for PJ Black.

Drew Galloway vs. PJ Black

Our Main Event tonight consisted of two men who still have bright futures in this industry. After both men had competed in two grueling matches to reach this championship match they both came in a little weary, and went about feeling each other out for the early stages of the match. Galloway managed to take the advantage after countering a top rope dive with a dropkick. He then proceeded to wear the young South African down. Despite this he was unable to get a three count, and eventually his frustration got the best of him and went to rip the top turnbuckle pad off, but after managing this he was hit with a springboard drop kick, and Black took the match to him until a double clothesline lead both men being down on the canvas. Once both men were back to their feet Galloway manages to hit a snake eyes on the exposed buckle leaving Black open to the Future Shock DDT and the 1-2-3 after 20 minutes of action

Galloway celebrates his championship win in the ring, whilst PJ Black stares up from the canvas not quite able to fully understand what has happened, as we close the broadcast.
