Joe had always been a wrestling fan, and he had always wanted to be a part of the world of professional wrestling. He got an idea, and he knew the right people to make it happen. It all started with a couple of calls, and six months later the permits had been taken care of. The island prison of Alcatraz had been closed for 51 years, but now it would open again. It was official...
