WWE Network presents WWE BattleGround 2014!!

Pyro went off in the Izod Center , and the camera panned of 20,000 plus excited fans.We go to the announcers table where Michael , Jerry and Joey are.

Michael Cole: What a night we have ahead of us ! title matches, grudge matches and much more for you.

Jerry Lawler : Yes indeed Michael we sure do and probably the most personal feud going right now is Seth Rollins vs Dean Ambrose!

Joey Styles: And we all know those two are gonna try to kill each other till no end.

After welcoming us to the show , they remind us we have a quick pre show match , that debuts another world-wide star in KENTA!

Fandango VS KENTA

As soon as the match was underway KENTA came out his corner punching Fandango several times in the face , and beating him into the corner. While Fandango was in the corner KENTA lit his chest up with about maybe 50 kicks , he followed this up by running to the other turnbuckle to hit a dropkick in the corner but as he charged Fandango got his feet up and slammed KENTA to the mat. Fandango started to work over KENTA’s midsection with kicks and shoulders to his midsection. He followed this up by hitting a Falcon’s arrow on KENTA but only gets a 2. Fandango was clearly getting upset that a newcomer could put up this much of a fight. Fandango started to slam KENTA’s head into the mat repeatedly until the ref told him to stop. Fandango climbed to the top rope slowly but KENTA pulled the ropes down to crotch Fandango. Kenta got up and delivered a huge kick to the face of Fandango on the top rope , pulled him off the ropes with Fandango on his shoulders as he looked to hit a GTS, which the crowd absolutely popped for. Fandango knew what was coming and slid down Kenta’s back and ran off the ropes but got hit with a brutal looking kick to the face http://cdn.makeagif.com/media/6-25-2015/MaDiQS.gif

which knocked Fandango completely out. KENTA covered him for the 1-2-3.

After the match KENTA celebrated with fans , as he got one of the biggest pops of the night!

<hr> <hr>We head to our Main Show with Jack Swagger in the ring with a microphone.

Jack Swagger talked about how Rusev injured Zeb , that Zeb couldn’t be here, but Jack said when he visited Zeb in the hospital , he promised to beat Rusev for him and for the USA. The crowd popped for this as Jack Swagger asked everyone to put their hands over their hearts and say “WE - THE- , the chant was cut off by Rusev’s music as he came to the ring with Lana by his side. As the fans booed , one fan stuck a USA flag in Rusev’s face , to which Rusev tore it up. This angered Jack Swagger and Swagger didn’t even bother to wait until Rusev got to the ring. Swagger ran outside and took down Rusev with with straight haymakers , as Lana screamed. Swagger picked up Rusev and threw him into the ring , and the bell rung.

Jack Swagger vs Rusev w Lana

Swagger immediately went to work by cornering Rusev and beat him down with kicks , and punches, but Rusev started to throw some of his own and it wasn’t before long that the brawl spilled outside. Swagger and Rusev continued to punch each other but Swagger threw Rusev over the barricade and into the fans , Swagger climbed over and continued to work over Rusev. They eventually brought it back to the outside .When Swagger’s head was near the steel post Rusev tried to kick it, but Swagger moved out the way and Rusev’s ankle hit the post. Swagger threw Rusev back into the ring and worked Rusev’s ankle over some more. Swagger tried to lock in the Patriot Lock but Rusev thumbed in the eye to get him off. Rusev could barely stand which allowed Swagger to blindly boot Rusev to the ground. Swagger tried to hit his Swagger bomb , but Rusev got his feet up , BUT Swagger caught them and locked him in the Patriot Lock! Rusev screamed in pain as he brushed his hand slightly over the mat to signal he might tap out. Lana pushed the ropes towards Rusev , and he grabbed them but Swagger pulled Rusev away from them and to the middle of the ring .Rusev turned over and struck Swagger enough to get him off. Lana shouted Rusev CRUSH! ,and Rusev wobbled his way to his feet and kicked Swagger in the face. Swagger turned over enough for Rusev to lock in the Accolade , Swagger tried to fight submitting but had no choice but to tap out in the end.

After the match Rusev and Lana left to boos that echoed around the arena. Swagger eventually got to his feet and got a standing ovation for his performance. Swagger left the ring disappointed but hugged some fans at ringside.

Jerry Lawler:

What a hard fought battle but Swagger just couldn’t do it tonight.

Joey Styles:

Yes indeed ,but the Bulgarian Brute is victorious once again.

Michael Cole:

But you do have to wonder if Rusev can be taken down!

Bad News Barrett vs The Big Show

These two didn’t waste any time getting into it , with each giving the other blow after blow. Show gained control by throwing Barrett in the corner , telling the crowd to “SHHH” , and slapped Barrett’s chest multiple times as it echoed throughout the arena. Show pulls Barrett out the corner and hits a huge clothesline for a 2. The camera zooms in on Barrett’s pink chest where the imprints of Show’s palm are. Show unleashes more anger by throwing Barrett out the ring and into the steel steps.With Barrett down ,Show takes up the steel steps and seems like he is gonna hit Barrett with it , the ref talks Show out of it which gives Barrett the chance to kick the steps into Show’s head.Barrett boots Show , and throws him into the barricade. Barrett throws Show into the ring and pulls off his elbow bad. As Show gets to his feet , Barrett charges at Show but gets hit with a KO Punch! The crowd pops , but before Show can pin Barrett , Barrett rolls out the ring. Show rolls out as well and throws a groggy Barrett back in , Show waits for Barrett to stand and hits him with a chokeslam! Show pins Barrett for a

Alberto Del Rio vs Rey Mysterio

These two have both hated each other for years , both trading victories every time they faced off. This one though was to prove who was Mexico’s greatest! Del Rio started by trying to attack Rey’s arm , but Rey managed to dodge and kick his way out of Del Rio’s attempts. Del Rio got pissed and left the ring , but Rey caught him with a baseball slide to stop him. Rey got out the ring and onto the apron and hit a moonsault on Del Rio. Rey picked Del Rio up but , Del Rio threw him shoulder first into the steel steps. The referee checked on Rey , but ADR pushed him out the way and smashed Rey’s arm on the steps again and again as Rey screamed in pain. Both me eventually got back into the ring , and Del Rio tried to lock in a Cross Arm Breaker. Rey reversed it by dropkicking Del Rio into the ropes and hitting a 619 into a splash , but Del Rio got his knees up and reversed it into a Cross Arm Breaker, Rey was screaming and wiggling and the fans tried their best to keep Rey in the match but Rey eventually tapped out to the devastating move . ADR refused to break the hold until multiple wrestlers including Zack Ryder , Austin Aries, Sin Cara and Samoa Joe came to break it up.

Kevin Owens vs Kofi Kingston

Kevin Owens has been an a undefeated streak as of late and Kofi Kingston looked to break it, while Kevin Owens looked to break Kofi Kingston. The match started off with Kevin pounding away on Kofi Kingston , giving him no time to breathe or fight back. Kofi did fight back eventually by dropkicking Owens to create some separation. When both men got back to their feet ,Owens ran at Kofi which only led to Kofi jumping over Owen’s head landing on the top turnbuckle and hitting a Moonsault CrossBody for a 2 count. Kofi continued to stay in control until Owens started unloading on Kofi with clotheslines, and threw him out ring. Outside Owens looked to do the same thing he did to Sami Zayn and powerbomb Kofi on the apron, but Kofi punched Owens until he let him go which led to Kofi jumping on the steel steps and dropkicking Owens from there! The crowd started to chant “Kofi” “Kofi” for his impressive athleticism , Kofi threw Owens back into the ring , where Owens played possum and kicked Kofi straight in the face. Owens tried to hit a powerbomb again but Kofi reversed it into a SOS for a

Owens kicked out and Kofi got straight back up to his feet and waited for Owens to stand. When Owens got up Kofi bounced off the ropes but ran straight into a boot that turned him inside out! Owens knew this was the end , picked Kofi disrespectfully up by his dreads , threw him off the ropes and hit a Pop - Up PowerBomb to Kofi! He made the cover and the ref counted

Stardust and Goldust vs The Uso’s

These two teams have been at each others throats for weeks, costing each other matches , beating each other down and more. The hatred translated over to this match where Jey and StarDust squared off , Jey started the match off by unloading with punches to Stardust, the two brawled around until Jey hit a stalling suplex on StarDust. Jey and Jimmy tagged out and Jimmy got more offense in for The Uso’s until StarDust raked his eye and hit an Alabama Slam for a 2 count. StarDust rolled Jimmy outside the ring and threw him against the steel post! he tried to do it again but this time Jimmy threw him face-first into the steel-post. Jimmy ran back into the ring and Jey joined him , and as Goldust went to check on his brother both Uso’s hit a dive to Gold and Star on the outside ! Jimmy rolled StarDust back in the ring and waited until he got up to hit a Superkick!
Jimmy tagged out to Jey and he went to the top rope and hit a Splash on Stardust!

Cesaro w Paul Heyman vs Rob Van Dam

Both these men have a deep hatred with each other , with each saying they were the better Paul Heyman guy and no doubt did the hatred show in this match. The match got started when the first thing RVD did was roll out the ring and chant ROB-VAN-DAM with fans. This got Cesaro mad and he hit RVD with a kick to the back of the head on the outside!

Cesaro rolled RVD back in the ring and showed off some of his power by lifting RVD above his head and slamming him face first into the mat! Cesaro once again picked RVD up and this time hit a powerbomb for a 2 count! Cesaro wore down RVD some more with straight strikes to the head, but RVD got back into it when Cesaro tried to run the ropes and RVD reversed it into a spinning wheel kick. RVD unloaded on Cesaro with left and rights in the corner , did a backflip and thrusted his shoulders into Cesaro’s midsection. RVD then hit a monkey flip for a 2 count. RVD lifted Cesaro onto the top rope and looked to hit a superplex , but Cesaro punched enough for him to lift RVD into a suplex position turn around and hit a brainbuster on the turnbuckle!

While Ziggler thought Sheamus was a good friend who wouldn’t blindside someone from behind , he ended up wrong when Sheamus turned his back on Dolph and the WWE Universe. Sheamus started this one off by cornering Ziggler and pounding on him with strikes and kicks. Ziggler exploded out the corner with a huge clothesline and punches of his own , but Sheamus threw him off and hit a clubbing blow to the face of Ziggler. Sheamus started to work over the smaller Ziggler by wrenching on his back and neck to keep him grounded.Sheamus then picked Ziggler up and threw him face first into the turnbuckle and onto the apron. Sheamus then bounced off the ropes and hit a Brogue Kick! that knocked Ziggler off the apron! Sheamus was trying to get the cheap victory as the ref’s count reached 9 Ziggler managed to crawl his way back into the ring to a big pop.Sheamus went straight back to work and lifted Ziggler up for the White Noise , but Ziggler slipped out the back and kicked Sheamus in the ass. This infuriated Sheamus and he charged at Ziggler , but Ziggler hit a Spike DDT on Sheamus for a 2 count. Ziggler got back up , ran off the ropes and almost hit a Famouser but Sheamus caught him with a Irish Curse BackBreaker for a 2 count. Sheamus then picked Ziggler up and hit a White Noise! Sheamus went to the corner and chanted “Brogue” “Brogue” “Brogue” , but as he charged at Ziggler he got caught with a SuperKick! ,Ziggler covered Sheamus for a

Dean Ambrose comes out to a huge pop and enters the ring and takes down Seth Rollins , Triple H and Orton leave the ring but Ambrose hits a suicide dive on both of them!

Roman finally recovers and continues fighting with Randy and Triple H , while Ambrose and Rollins continue brawling inside the ring. Officials and security come out and break up Reigns , H and Randy. Triple H ORDERS them to take Reigns out the building . Reigns tries to fight but about 18 security guards finally force him out the building. Triple H then orders them to ring the bell and get the match underway.

Dean Ambrose vs Seth Rollins w Triple H and Randy Orton

The match gets underway with Ambrose trying to rip Rollins hair out his head , but the ref pulls him off , and Rollins takes advantage by spitting in Ambrose’s face! But before Ambrose can kill Seth, Seth smartly rolls out the ring where his companions are. Ambrose rolls out with him and throws him on top of Triple H and Randy Orton! Ambrose takes Rollins by the hair and smashes his face into the steel steps and throws him across the announce desk! he then climbs on top the announce table and jumps on Rollins throwing rights and lefts , he finally gets Rollins back in the ring and Rollins tries to beg for mercy , but Ambrose pushes him in the corner and unloads with punches! when the ref pulls Ambrose off Rollins takes advantage by smashing Ambrose head first into the turnbuckle. Before the match even started Bray Wyatt brought John Cena’s kidnapped girlfriend to ringside. And had her tied in his vintage rocking chair outside the ring. The first thing John Cena did was try to untie his girlfriend , but Bray rolled out the ring and attacked Cena from behind. Bray threw Cena into the steps over and over all while laughing as Nikki Bella was forced to watch. Bray kept in control as he threw John back into the ring and delivered a massive clothesline to John Cena which got him a 2. He started to work over John with submissions to keep him grounded , but Cena hit some punches and a headbutt to Bray to gain control. The match started off with Daniel hitting some kicks to Jericho’s chest that could be heard around the world. Jericho put a stop to it when Daniel attempted a next kick and Jericho grabbed his foot and socked him in the mouth. Jericho then went on the offense with some chops of his own while the crowd chanted “woo”. Jericho then hit a neckbreaker and tried to focus on the not so stable neck of Daniel Bryan .Jericho continued to do this until Bryan reversed a Code Breaker attempt with a RoundHouse kick that got a 2 . Bryan then sent Jericho off the ropes but Jericho reversed it and threw Bryan to the apron, Jericho then did a springboard dropkick that made Bryan fall to the outside floor. Jericho and Bryan continued to do battle outside until Bryan backdropped Jericho over the barricade and onto the concrete floor! Jericho screamed in pain as Bryan climbed the announce table and hit a Diving Headbutt to Jericho! Bryan threw Jericho back in the ring and headed for the top rope . Jericho got to his feet but got hit with a Missile Dropkick , and Bryan kipped up as well! Comments on PPV: Personally I loved it! Everything from the hilarious theme song, all the way to how the matches were written, and clearly I enjoyed how many matches played out just how I predicted! I actually love Wyatt winning the WWE title and Jericho getting the WHC! Jericho is my favorite of all-time and Wyatt is incredibly entertaining and deserving of a real-life World title run.

Titus has been a dominant force on every RAW Pre-show and looked to continue his streak. Gabriel wasn’t going to allow Titus to dominate him , and hit Titus with kicks , and grounded Titus with a STO. Gabriel headed to the top rope and attempted to hit his 450 splash but Titus booted him off the ropes and hit a Clash of a Titus for a 3 count!

The announcers put over Titus’ dominance on RAW lately, and then said he has a big opportunity to prove himself soon on RAW! They then showed us our next pre-show match as both Kofi and Diego came out to big cheers.

As neither men are powerhouses this was a fast paced match from the beginning .Along with that Diego wanted to prove he could hang in the singles and tag divisions, and he did exactly that by giving Kofi everything he had and more , and at one point hit his signature “Backbreaker” but Kofi rolled out the ring to avoid a pinfall. The end came when Diego tried to hit a top rope move but Kofi caught him in mid-air with a Trouble in Paradise for a 1-2-3!

This was obviously a punishment for Tyson and Tyson knew it, Show was visibly upset about his loss last night and took it out on Tyson , throwing him in the corner and making his chest purple with each chop. Show threw Tyson around until Natalya distracted him , giving Tyson a chance to take Show’s legs out. Tyson tried to lock in the SharpShooter but Show simply kicked him off and delivered a huge Choke Slam! Show signaled for a KO punch and knocked Tyson silly . Show covered Tyson for a 3 count as Natalya
screamed.

After the match Bad News Barrett came out and started attacking Show. Tyson joined in on the beatdown until Rey Mysterio came out and hit a 619 on Tyson but Barrett escaped. Rey stared down Barrett and Show and Mysterio celebrated as we went to a commercial break.

Before the match even started AJ started bragging about already beating Dolph and asking Dolph why he needed to defeat him anyways. Dolph physically replied with a Superkick to the mush of AJ for a 2 count. AJ rolled out the ring to prevent Dolph from doing anymore damage. AJ got back in the ring and gained the advantage over Dolph by targeting Dolph’s eye from , after Sheamus attacked it at BattleGround. AJ started stomping on Dolph and set up for a Styles Clash , but Dolph reversed it into a Spike DDT and then a Famouser! But even after that AJ kicked out at 2. Dolph tried to set up for a Zig Zag , but AJ poked him in the eye . But Dolph started swinging and managed to hit another Superkick to AJ , AJ rolled out the ring again and grabbed a chair from under the ring. Dolph rolled out as well holding his eye but as he grabbed AJ he was hit with a chair to gut and the ref called a DQ win for Dolph. AJ smacked Dolph with the chair some more before hitting a Styles Clash on the chair.

After the match as AJ left the ring and Sheamus ran down to the ring to multiple boos. Dolph struggled to his feet still holding his eye and when he turned around , he got hit straight in the face with a Brogue Kick! Sheamus raised the US title above his head to a huge heat.

Del Rio and Hero started the match off by punching and slapping each other until Hero gained control with a huge bodyslam. Hero wanted to make this one a short one and attempted to hit a Death Blow but Del Rio reversed it into an enziguri to the arm. Hero regained control however when Del Rio attempted the Cross Arm Breaker but Hero reversed it into a Death Blow! But Del Rio outsmarted Hero by rolling out the ring.Hero rolled out and attempted to get ADR back in but Del Rio threw him arm-first into the steel steps! Del Rio rolled Hero back in and locked in the Cross Arm Breaker . And in the end Hero had no choice but to tap out.

Although Rusev cheap shotted Rose , Rose started to fight back with hard punches but Rusev became too much for Rose , and Rusev started to pound away. Rusev ran off the ropes and tried to hit a wheel kick but got caught with a huge lariat that floored him! Rose got up and put Rusev in position for a Party Foul but Rusev pushed him off into the ropes and hit a huge wheel Kick! Lana then shouted “RUSEV CRUSH”! and Rusev did exactly that by locking Rose in the Accolade and making him tap out.

It was obvious from the very start the Young Bucks were pissed that they were cheated out of a Tag Team title shot, but the veteran tag team of Londrick weren’t going to let the youngsters beat them. This match went back and forth until Brian Kendrick failed to hit Sliced Bread and instead got hit with a Superkick from Matt Jackson! Matt tagged Nick in and Nick waited for Brian Kendrick to stand but before he could hit a Superkick , Paul London came in and knocked Matt off the apron . Nick superkicked London out the ring which gave Brian Kendrick the chance to roll up Nick for the 1-2-3!

This match was physical from the start with KENTA trying to prove he belonged in the WWE and Luke Harper straight up trying to hurt people. Luke Harper was unloading on KENTA with shots that would make Japan wrestling look bad. KENTA wasn’t going to take this though and started coming back with stiff kicks and punches to Luke. Kenta tried to hit his running kick but Luke caught him with a Huge boot! Harper then manhandled KENTA from there . Harper tried to run at Kenta with another boot but got caught with a huge kick to the face! Harper was only dazed and KENTA ran off the ropes and hit another Running Kick! but still Harper didn’t go down. KENTA then ran off the ropes and hit a Busaiku Knee to Harper! He covered Harper for the 1-2-3.

As KENTA celebrated his huge win Alberto Del Rio jumped the barricade and attacked KENTA! Del Rio unloaded with kicks , punches and more on KENTA. Del Rio then finally threw Kenta shoulder-first into the steel post and locked him in The Cross Arm Breaker, and when Del Rio released the hold KENTA was crying in pain!

The announcers welcomed the new World Heavyweight champion , Chris Jericho, to commentary while Daniel and Sheamus stared him down in the ring.

The match got underway and Sheamus started to unload on Bryan with stiff punches and threw him around the ring. Bryan, however , came back with forearms to the face of Sheamus . Sheamus pushed him off and hit a Brogue Kick that knocked Bryan out the ring! As Sheamus beat on Bryan on the outside Jericho told the announcers while he thinks Bryan is great he knows he isn’t better than him. Sheamus then came up to Jericho and slapped him. This allowed Bryan to hit a Knee Plus on Sheamus! Bryan threw Sheamus back in the ring and locked in the Yes Lock! Sheamus tried to reach for the ropes but they were too far away and the US champion had no choice but to tap out!

The announcers welcomed us to Monday Night Raw as the pyro went off on the stage . The announcers then ran down the card and hyped up the return of Fernando and that the Los Matadores were competing on the Pre-Show against the impressive Young Bucks!They also hyped the World Champ Chris Jericho and announced our Main Event would be Kane vs Chris Jericho! Barrett then pulled down his elbow pad and almost hit a Bullhammer but Hero reversed it into a swinging neckbreaker for a 2 count! Hero then set up for a Death Blow and ran at Barrett but got hit with a WInds Of Change! Barrett covered Hero for a 2 and a half count. Barrett then pulled Hero up and sent him off the ropes but got hit with a dropkick! Hero and Barrett both pulled off their elbow pads and both hit each other with their finishers! He then set up for a KillSwitch but got hit with a Superkick instead. This allowed Ziggler to regroup and tried to hit a Zig Zag but Christian threw him off and hit a Spear! Christian covered Ziggler for a (1 (2 (Kickout! Christian is in shock and started slamming the mat in frustration, he then picked up Ziggler by the hair and set him up for a KillSwitch again but this time Ziggler pushed Christian off and hit a Zig-Zag! Ziggler crawled his way over and placed his arm over Christian’s chest for the 1-2-3! AJ then started to wear down Kofi with suplexes and slams until Kofi came back with a huge enziguri that out AJ down. Kofi then went to the corner and tried for his “Trouble in Paradise” but AJ reversed it into a modified T - Bone Suplex that landed Kofi on his head! AJ then picked Kofi up and hit a Styles Clash! for a 1-2-3! Kendrick hit a suplex and tried to mimic his partner by doing a 450 but Goldust threw him off and hit a Spinebuster! Goldust then picked Kendrick up and was about to hit a Final Cut but Kendrick slid behind and rolled up Goldust for a 1-2-3! Tyson started to grow frustrated and argued with the ref, which gave Bryan the ability to hit a roundhouse kick that knocked Tyson silly,pulled him to the ground and locked in the YES Lock! Tyson tried to get to the bottom rope but failed and had no choice but to tap in the end! Rating-B </div></blockquote><hr>After the match Bryan got to his feet and took a mic and said he wasn’t going anywhere and that he wanted to watch Jericho’s match! the crowd popped and Jericho and Kane made their entrances. Kane was as per usual pissed and showed that all while Daniel Bryan listed reasons he was better than Jericho and this distracted Jericho allowing Kane to start the match off with a ChokeSlam for a 2 count. Kane tried for a Tombstone but Jericho elbowed his way out of it .From there Jericho threw Kane to the outside and tried to throw him into Bryan but Kane reversed and threw Jericho into Bryan! Kane then got Jericho back into the ring and tried for a second ChokeSlam , but got a CodeBreaker ! for his troubles. Unsurprisingly Kane didn’t fall from the move and Jericho tried for a second but Kane reversed it into a second ChokeSlam! and pinned Jericho for a 2 and a half. Kane got really upset and choked Jericho until he got up , but Jericho took advantage and hit a second CodeBreaker! Kane fell but Jericho only got a 2.Jericho then tried for the Walls of Jericho but Kane punched him off and threw him off the ropes only to receive a 3rd CodeBreaker which floored him.
