jwt13 Posted June 25, 2015 Share Posted June 25, 2015 No real backstory AWF was a promotion I created in January 2014 C-Verse as Phillip Leroy the multi million dollar TV Station owner who was dying to have a wrestling promotion. It is now April 2014 and we are about to have AWF Cage Fury and that is where we will start off. The roster right now is basically Super Indy with Joey Minnesota who I stole from TCW when his contract came up. Also just because I'm playing as the rich guy I have not edited any extra money into the company, I've went with the 1 mill I started with. The Preview for the PPV with be up in the next post. CQ: That's right Rock man, we will see five titles be defended tonight, and three of those will take place inside of a steel cage. So Rock lets start breaking down the action will we see later on tonight. RD: Indeed Cat lets break down the AWF Womens championship match, we will see “The Main Event” JoAnne Rodriguez Vs Grace Harper in a Steel Cage Match this should be a good one. Cat, your the female wrestling expert who do you have? CQ: It's hard to bet against J-Ro Rock, this woman is one of if not the best things to happen to the sport of professional wrestling, she's one of a kind. You don't see many wrestlers put their bodies on the line in big time matches like J-Ro, she is a joy to watch. You can't sleep on Grace Harper though Rocky. RD: Without a doubt she is a 21 year vet, with 3 AAA Championships under her belt along with a NOTBPW Championship also on her resume. After the match the two women had a stare down. Week 2: J-Ro returned the favor by interfering in Harper's match against Shiori. They then proceeded to brawl into the back. Week 3: Harper came out to the ring with mic in hand and said that she had beat J-Ro before and she can do it again and she wanted it to be for the AWF Womens championship on next weeks AWF Takeover, J-Ro agreed. Week 4: Harper and J-Ro were having there match when all hell broke loose the official ruling was a double DQ with both women beating the hell out of each other all around the arena. MK: What's up Rocky boy ,and your welcome for being here and doing this by the way. RD: So Matt, What is your game plan going into tonight's match? MK: The name is Matthew, and do you really think I'm telling you my plan? I thought you were smarter than that kid. Listen, I was a fan of Steve Flash when I was in my early teens. Pops would take me and I would marvel at how technically sound Steve was. I look at Steve now and it's like seeing a price winning horse who was once the best out, but as time went along age, and injuries slow the horse down. Rock tonight I take Steve to the ring and I will put him down. RD: Thanks for you time Matthew. The two guys had been wrestling for about 3 minutes when the lights went out and unknown music hit, we then see Joey Minnesota at the entrance ramp where he announces that is in AWF to stay and according to Phillip Leroy he is now in the Match. The match was a great one which ended with Minnesota getting the win and becoming the new AWF World Heavyweight Champion. Week 2: Black comes out and says that Minnesota robbed him of his chance at winning the Championship and that he wants his rematch. Black then says he will not stand for the racism in the AWF and will file charges if he doesn't get his rightful one on one match for the belt. He gets no response from anyone in the back and leaves the ring. Week 3: Joey was in the back cutting a promo with Rock and out of no where Black comes through with a steel chair and hits him over the head. He continues the beat until officials break it up, Phillip Leroy announces that he will get his match but Joey gets to pick the stipulation. Week 4: Joey comes to the ring with a noticeable limp and says that he feels like he got hit by a mack truck but will be facing Black in a Cage Fury match where you have to beat your opponent until he can't beat a 10 count, the you still have to climb the cage. RD: I'm not sure Joey made the right choice Cat, I mean you have to admit Black go the best of him a few weeks ago. CQ: Yeah it will be intresting to see who this match really works for, Black is coming in fully healthy while Joey is less that 60%. jwt13 Posted June 25, 2015 Author Share Posted June 25, 2015 AWF Cage Fury http://i.imgur.com/XcC4vp3.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/fRI9YUd.jpg April Sunday Week 4 2014 Attendance: 5,000 Sellout Match 1: Red Cobra Vs Antman http://i.imgur.com/1M71q7j.jpg VS http://i.imgur.com/BNJDWhK.jpg This was a match where the action was good but the fans couldn't get into it as both of these young guys haven't been exposed to the AWF crowd as much as in Cobra's case the Japan crowd. The match was a good technical match that lacked on the chemistry that makes matches special. Cobra also really carried the match on a psychology basis which is expected with a you guy like Ant who is still learning. Cobra did a good job helping highlight Antman's skill set and making him look like a good threat to the AWF X-Division title but Cobra was far too much for the young gun and won after he locked in a Cobra Deathlock. Winner: Red Cobra Rating: 58 Match Highlights Match 2: Joanne Rodriguez © Vs Grace Harper Cage Match http://i.imgur.com/5CtVaa8.jpg VS http://i.imgur.com/L1uOCA6.jpg These two women went all out and really impressed the AWF locker room and fans alike. It was a solid back and forth where at one point we saw Grace Harper hit a reverse DDT to J-Ro off of the steel cage. Even after that incredible move J-Ro was too much for Harper in the end Hitting a Ro-Ryder and then climbing over the cage to retain her title. Winner: Joanne Rodriguez Rating: 65 http://i.imgur.com/k8RhouC.jpg Roger Cage is shown backstage RC: Tonight Roger Cage shows the world how great he truly is when he steps into the ring. Because the Star of AWF will shine bright with Roger taking over the night. See Roger dodges nobody and Cage always brings the rage, so Hernandez you better watch your back baby, because no matter where Roger goes the poor hags in attendance know I'm the greatest thing to step into a ring, and when the fat lady sings, Roger will be king. Rating: 54 Match 3: Roger Cage Vs Mainstream Hernandez ( C ) http://i.imgur.com/k8RhouC.jpgVShttp://i.imgur.com/l8p1lSG.jpg In a match that started off with great pace and skills being shown these two men really pulled the crowd into it. Roger tried his best to use every dirty trick in the book but it wasn't enough as Hernadez would hit a Apparition #14 for the win and earn his forth title defence. MK: Tonight we will see the end of a cult hero, we will see the end of a man who had teens in the 90's wanting to be just like him and had a young Matthew Keith interested in wrestling. I feel bad every time Steve Flash steps into a ring because I see a man who is dying to be put out of his troubles, a man who should be in Florida playing golf instead of in a pro wrestling ring. Steve I'm doing you a favor when I send you out in a stretcher tonight, because it's best for you, it's best for the three kids and the new grandchild you just had, it's best for pro wrestling. You're Welcome Steve, it'll be my pleasure. Rating: 57 Match 4: Matthew Keith Vs Steve Flash http://i.imgur.com/Bo5Q29Z.jpg VS http://i.imgur.com/OYR7zBh.jpg Steve came out like a ball of fire, but that didn't last long. Keith started dominating Flash early on and did not stop. Keith hit three straight piledrivers and then rolled Flash out side the ring. Outside was much of the same, which included multiple ddt's onto the concreate floor before he rolled Flash back into the ring. He hit a nasty powerbomb and the ref has stepped in and called this match after Keith refused to pin Steve Flash, and continued the assualt. The winner of the match was announced as Matthew Keith via injury stoppage as the medics came out to get Steve Flash. Winner: Matthew Keith Rating: 55 http://i.imgur.com/Etro0gW.jpg We get a video hyping up Joey Minnesota Rating: 80 Match 5: Zone Out Vs Coulrophobia for the tag team championship in a steel cage http://i.imgur.com/PYHINcE.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/xeDUy0K.jpg VS http://i.imgur.com/XGFnqoN.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/Zbo2Pd2.jpg This match starts with all four men in the ring and they were battling it out. Coulrophobia took an early upper hand but Zone Out would go onto even the odds and gain back control Coulrophobia won the match however when Pierrot threw a fire ball at both members of Zone Out and escaped the cage to retain. Winners: Coulrophobia Rating: 59 We get a in depth look at the events leading up to tonight's main event And explaining the rules of a Cage Fury match, you have to beat your opponet bad enough to where he can't get up after a 10 count and the climb over the cage. Rating: 64 Main Event: Joey Minnesota Vs Greg Black for the AWF World Heavyweight Championship. In a Cage rage match. http://i.imgur.com/Etro0gW.jpg VS http://i.imgur.com/owaWpfZ.jpg We start off with Black going straight to the injured left leg of Minnesota, he does this for the first few minutes of the match before he lifts Minnesota back up and hits him with a Black Shot. The Ref is starting the count but Minnesota is up at the 5 count, then things start to get heated the two men battle around the cage each man taking shots to the head from the walls of the steel cage. It's almost 10 minutes into the match and Black is already split open. Minnesota keeps the aggressive attitude going and is now racking Black's face against the cage. Black gained control again by using a pair of brass knuckles he had hidden, and that knocks Joey down but not out as he gets up by the 7 count. Black gets irritated as he has put everything toward this match and Joey is still getting out. Black loses control after he goes for a neck breaker but Joey reverses and hits one of his on. Joey hits him with the Brass Knuckles and the follows it up with a reverse russian leg sweep into the steel cage. The Ref starts the count, 1..2..3..4..5..6..7...8..9....10 Joey now rushes to the cage and gets to the top but Black is almost caught up to him but Joey kicks him off the cage and goes to the outside and will leave Cage Fury as defending AWF World Heavyweight Champion.
