How long does it take to get E-License support?

I need some E-License support because my old computer no longer works and I want to play my Wrestling Spirit 2 game. The E-License is active on the old computer and not my new one. So I can't play the game. I have sent a support ticket on the E-License page (with all the info required) as well as a direct email to scott@greydogsoftware.com (with all the same info) . It's been a couple days now and I haven't heard anything back from either source. Can anyone tell me how long this process usually takes. Thanks.

You won't get a reply from Elicense, they aren't involved. As per the FAQs, all support queries go to Scott (and should have me CCed in, otherwise they may not reach him) and he deals with them. Usually it's between 1-2 working days for a reply. As far as I'm aware we have nothing currently outstanding, so it sounds like you may not have CCed me in or your mail never reached us.
