Could be the money narratives I put in for the WWF back in TEW 2013 because they kept losing money, but not 100% sure if that's what is causing this scenario. I did set Vince McMahon to "Rich" as well in his business settings. I'll set him to "Normal." WrestleMania was a huge risk, after all, so much so that he apparently would've sold his house if it failed. I could also set the money narratives to only happen if a human player is controlling the WWF. If anyone has any other suggestions to keep the WWF from getting too big, feel free to chime in.

Just wanted to come in and announce that after receiving Genadi's permission, I will be taking a look at the locations used in Golden Age and/or Superfly Effect upon release and will give consideration to utilizing the locations from those mods. This will make things much easier for me, especially if they've been updated with open and close dates.

Another course of action I've considered is possibly getting a team of people to look at locations from different parts of the world as I'm not that well versed in locations from Japan, the British Isles, Europe, etc. Heck, I still have to look stuff up for the US locations, and I live here! <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> The main thing would be accurate open and close dates, attendance numbers, and the languages spoken at each location.

All that said, I will look at the locations from Golden Age/Superfly Effect first, then go from there.

I can give an insight of locations in Denmark, Scandinavia.

Although most of them weren't open in the 80's or early 90's <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Hi Matt,

I've noticed that some promotions seem to release workers quite often. Some of them seem to do it every game. WWF seem to release most of their managers withing a coupe of weeks. I've also noticed people like Randy Savage and the Rock n Roll Express get released within a month or two as well. For the life of me I can't think which promotions are doing it, but is there something that can be looked at? I can see which promotions are doing it each time when I get home if needed.

I can do some experimentation and testing to try and figure out what's causing it. As for workers being released by smaller promotions, sometimes that's unavoidable. Again, I can do some experimenting and see what comes of it. Thanks for the heads up! And feel free to take a look when you get home.

No worries, as soon as my son decides he feels like sleeping I'll try and find out which promotions keep doing it.

It's normally because the roster is too high/too expensive to maintain. They have to cull the roster. I know this is why Genadi has historically left guys out of promotions.

What's weird is that I left a bunch of jobbers off the WWF roster. I wonder if it's because I have Vince McMahon's Finance as Average. I'll change it to Flashy, and that, combined with him being set to Rich, might stop that. I could also set Cyndi Lauper as a Personality, and that makes one less manager on the roster.

As for the smaller companies, I could mess around with those and see what happens.

It throws your rosters out of whack and if you're OCD like me and don't like seeing Goldust main eventing on day one of Dec 1997 then it's not worth it. By increasing the size of a roster you are in most cases increasing the number of workers with a main eventer push. In turn workers you had slated for the midcard are often headlining AI cards..... Those are some of things that can be caused by just increasing a bookers roster size preference <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

I have found the best way for functionality and balance is leaving a handful of workers out if necessary. TEW now has the hire a local feature, that may help with semi regular jobbers but if any cuts can be made I always look for the workers who didn't appear often enough to warrant an add. Leaving a note with release listing workers for anyone who wants to hire them or edit to add contracts is something else I include.

As for companies firing and hiring managers, that I am 99% still sure is effected by product. So a company with Mainstream as a key feature at International size will hire around 4-8 managers, while a company with Pure as a key feature at International size might hire 1-2.

Looking at the Estimated Roster, it says minimum two managers, and maximum three. So that's probably why they fire a manager or two. I'm going to set Cyndi Lauper as a Personality as she pretty much only accompanied Wendi Richter to the ring for bigger shows such as WrestleMania and the first Saturday Night's Main Event. They'll probably still fire somebody or two, but that might be the sacrifice I have to make.
