I still think 93 works because its the "New Generation" its not the 80's rock n wrestling and its not headed towards the attitude era. Its like right smack dab in the middle of everything. Last remnants of the rock n wrestling era, the start of the new generation era and before we got attitude 93 in both companies is unlike any other years. 93 WCW for my money was pretty awful only saved by Sting and Vader but even that we had Shockmasters, white Castles of Fear, boats being blown up, the racially dense debut of "Kane and Kole", all sorts of Wrestlecrap going on in WCW.
