The C-Verse Rerender Project: 3rd Strike

Recommended Posts

I really like that render and by the looks of it its not a very old render. Can I ask what about it you don't like what you would want to change?

Yeah I feel the same way about it. It's really strong. If I ever did a re-render of it, I would really try to copy it and maybe just relight it or so. The mask could be made to be a little fancier maybe but that's a great render.

I know jtlant is a big fan of Neftis, so checking their page is probably a good idea

http://www.daz3d.com/neftis3d#

At a guess, could be either Kurt Hair, Prince Charming or maybe Noemie Hairstyle with some morphs

It's definitely not Kurt or Prince Charming. I have both of those and they aren't very "flexible" so to speak. It's pretty much what you see and what you get. Noemie looks a little curlier. I'll message Jtlant.

Yeah I'm even ok with the mask being how it is but I do agree that it could be a bit lighter its a tad dark but other than that its a very good render IMO.

I agree the original render is good, even great, but sometimes it feels like a poor fit alongside what I usually use -- from an artistic perspective, I love the detail and nuance, but I prefer to use simplified renders in the game -- I think the aesthetic works better with my writing.

I also feel the render's lighting and busyness sort of limit the character -- I like to think "the Hollywood Luchador" would have a "Rick Money" smirk on his face -- he appears to be brooding -- I've always thought his character resembled The Miz.

Most of the renders I request are characters that could have extended use in diaries and the c_verse -- most were overlooked in the last database, but with the new weight class system, can easily become stars. I think La Estrella could very well be a character a lot of players sign in American feds both in this database or the next.

I love the new Freddy Huggins, but dang I already had a good one. Now I got to choose lol! Good problem to have as Jim Ross would say.

Any chance you can release a PNG (so I can GIF it) or a GIF?

hey Shipshirt..your whippy render is truly fantastic. Im pushing him under his real name of Nathan priest in a cult leader gimmick..could you do one with that render that fits for of a "priest" outfit or role rather then the green hair and facepaint?

great work

I don't have a priest outfit but here he is in a black shirt that you can mess with or create an outfit that you like in PS

These 2 already have great renders but I was messing around in Daz trying to see what I could come up with. Maybe someone will have a use for them.
