Dedicated PSW Thread:

Cerberus has evolved into a pretty important worker. He is willing to do deathmatches, has greatly improved from 2013, plus that ultra high menace means you don't have to hire a monster. I see pairing him with Greg Black as a no brainer.

<p>Steven Parker</p><p> </p><p>

Has anyone had any success in booking Steven Parker? Not that he can't be a success but I can never figure out how to book him and package him. I always want to work him but he seems like just another generic blonde good wrestler. Anyone ever come up with anything interesting for him?</p>

You are going to start out only pulling D to D+ shows the first few months. From my experience that is pretty common, but you can still make money. A lot of it comes down to contracts early on. You got some guys that aren't worth the money for a company your size. JD Morgan is a nice talent and all, but he almost is always going to be on time decline so paying him 2000+ ppa each month isn't worth it.

Eric Tyler may be a good manager or road agent, but once again he isn't worth the money to me and I tend to let him go. You don't really need a dedicated road agent because there are several talents that can fill that role for cheaper.

USPW tends to steal Greg Black and Nelson Callum almost every game so also consider that money off the books usually after January which frees up another good chunk of cash. Little Bill Lebowski is another one that isn't a bad cut to make.

A change in Colour isn't often a bad idea. Alex is a bit pricey for what he offers when you can get someone for half that price. Sure they aren't going to be as talented, but at Regional you are fine hiring someone like Doc Messing to replace him and save.

If ratings worry you something that does help is going to product and switching the T&A levels to none. It isn't going to be a big boost, but it is one less negative to go along with all the production hits you take. I also for the most part run all my production aspects at the defaults PSW starts at. I think I raised live event experience to one above volunteers and that has been it.

Don't worry too much about new hirings off the bat either. Make use of the roster you have. There are some guys I found have given me good ratings that are overlooked. Wreckless Antix against Thunder & Lightning do good ratings for the tag division starting out until you can come up with better teams. Cerberus is someone you should use the mayhem matches for as it covers his flaws well and usually gives him better grades.

They start out a bit rough, but I think I have only lost money one month and that was all on me because I ran a second show in a different region to see what kind of losses I would take. In the middle of 2017 and at the moment I pull C- to C for show scores and have consistently been #1 in the regional battle.

Hope this helps you out.

Just looking at him quickly, he was trained by Dark Angel Cliff Wilson. So supernatural stuff would be a perfect fit. Anything angel or devil related. Maybe you make him a cult leader with a name like Brother Steven Seraph. And you could have undercard projects be his underlings until some heroic soul sees fit to deprogram them.

He's loyal to Rip Chord. So maybe you could play off that. Reunite the Paratroopers in PSW to make them his entourage while Parker plays the big shot superstar. Heck combine the two ideas and make him a high priest of Scientology. He may be bigger than Tom Cruise but there's no reason he can't play that function in your PSW. :)

Maybe go Ted Bundy with him. He looks like the perfect dream guy but turns out he's anything but. You can't do literal serial killings in wrestling. But you could try to "kill the souls" of various valets and female managers as they all fall for him and discover the horrors involved only after they are in too deep.

These are great ideas, cappyboy. Very creative but can fit into a more old school wrestling product. Thanks!
