Can confirm.... he means game time. I'm actually surprised that no-one has found any of the new hidden Remote Assistance codes. Other than the empleh code that reveals a bunch there are at least four more that I know of. They could also count as hidden features.

To confirm, it can happen in any game, you don't need to be employed, but it will not happen in the first two years of gameplay. It appears in only a small percentage of games.

My current guess is something along the lines of the user character having a child. Perhaps a young worker with a blood relationship could appear in the game world.
