I have only once received a good gimmick and instead mainly get the agent note 'worker 1 has debuted his/her new gimmick. It is rated as awful/poor' This happens regardless of whether it is the workers default gimmick, whether they are 90 for cocky gimmicks, or if they have ever used the gimmick successfully previously. I understand that gimmicks improve over time, but I have half a roster full of low morale workers because of a poor new gimmick.
