The time being 11:42 at night, and in a few minutes the new year will strike. Five years removed from leaving the wrestling business and now i'm reflecting on the last year of myself not being involved in pro wrestling. With the new year being so close to here, it's left me to wonder if this is the right decision. The more and more I think about it, the more and more I know it is. I miss it, honestly. I miss the crazy nights sitting up for more than twenty four hours trying to get the show ready, trying to perfect it. That daily grind to be the very best, and for nearly eight years I did it. We did it. 2001 will always be the year I remember as my dream dying, but 2011? That's the year my dream gets a second chance. I know the mistakes I made, and now with this second chance I won't let it happen again. This is my last chance to change the business. This is my last chance to spark a revolution. This is my last chance to take things... to the extreme.

Tomorrow the news will break, the wrestling world will get turned on it's head. I know The Observer will probably title the headline something along the lines of, "Paul Heyman Buys Out Small Company", but small isn't the term i'd use. Sure it's not your Ring of Honor, sure it's not your Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, hell I know it's no World Wrestling Entertainment, but what it is-is potential. I already have my flight booked, January 6th I step into the office. January 6th marks the day, I, Paul Heyman take over the Combat Zone. So it begins, the newest chapter in my life. So it begins, the new revolution to professional wrestling. It won't be easy, but I know within two years, I can change the world.

It's time. From mind to pen to paper. The complete overhaul of the Combat Zone. It's not going to be easy, hell I already know i'm coming into being despised a bit by the fans. I know changing the product isn't going to help my chances right of the bat, but it's for the best. I'm looking two years down the road, not two days down the road. I want Combat Zone Wrestling to be the first place you think of when a guy on the street asks you about pro wrestling. Now to get to that point? That's going to be the grind.

As my roster sits, thirty three members are active wrestlers. I need to make this my own though. I need to put the vision I have in place, and to do that I have to make cuts. Right off the bat, I know the guy i'm building this company off of. Jon Moxley. He's the future of this business, and for as long as I have him? He's the current of CZW. I need a good rival for him though, and a guy i'm strongly considering is Drake Younger, they call him the Ultraviolent Golden Boy, and I can tell that his in ring potential has yet to be even touched. Outside of those two though, I need to build this Junior Heavyweight championship division. For that i'm really considering this kid, Sami Callihan. His look is incredible, and from what i've been told he has this idea for a gimmick that sounds incredible. A hacker gimmick in two thousand and eleven is exactly what this company and business needs, so he's a keeper. What about his adversary though? I'm thinking the current Junior Heavyweight Champion, Adam Cole. He has all the potential in the world to be the next big heel of pro wrestling. I've seen his local indy tapes with his promos, but in CZW? He's known as a babyface. Sure that's a difficult hill to climb, but we will fix that easily in the coming months.

That's the four guys i'm building the singles divisions off of, but what about those cuts? This is going to make me hated with the diehard CZW fans, but a lot of this ultraviolence needs to go. It's only going to hinder my chances of getting a television deal down the line. Plus, that's not my vision that I have. Also, this news about Nick Gage is insane. A guy robs a bank? A supposed mainstay legend of your company robs a bank? What does that say about the Combat Zone? That we need to rethink our employees. I've thought about it for a few days now, but the cuts are official and after I write this they'll have the phone call. Adam Polak, Brian Damage, Danny Havoc, Devon Moore, Drew Blood, Joe Gacy, John Zandig, LJ Cruz, Nate Hatred, Nick Gage, Ryan McBride, and Tyler Veritas are gone. Like i've said, canning these original talents is going to hurt for these first few months, but the big picture is what I have in mind. This is going to monumentally help in the long run, and now my vision can be put in place.

When it comes to hiring new talents? Two names come to mind almost instantly. I need two industry veterans. I need two talents who can come in, get a stranglehold on this locker room full of young talent, and really help them out. Christopher Daniels and Steve Corino are those two men. If I can get them to sign? Wonderful. They will do wonders for this company, hell Daniels could go to the Junior Heavyweight division and help Adam Cole and Sami Callihan improve. That's the whole point of bringing these two in, we need guys who can help the younger talent and that's them. Only two signing ideas so far, but with all this change just a few days in? I'm already enjoying this new vision before it even gets started. I know I can spark another revolution, it's just going to take time. Time that i'm willing to put in, so I can change the world.

Those calls weren't easy, but they're done. The fat has been trimmed and now it's time to rebuild this company. As it stands right now the roster is as such, Adam Cole, Alex Colon, Azrieal, Bandido Jr., B-Boy, Bruce Maxwell, DJ Hyde, Drake Younger, Drew Gulak, Greg Excellent, Jon Dahmer, Jon Moxley, Kirby Mack, Necro Butcher, Robert Anthony, Ruckus, Sabian, Sami Callihan, Scotty Vortekz, TJ Cannon, and TJ Mack. Our World Champion is Jon Moxley, and our Junior Heavyweight Champion is Adam Cole. The Tag Team Championships on the other hand are vacated. Considering this is a new product, and a new form of CZW these will be the only three championships we're using going forward.

Speaking of tag teams however, we currently have four in the company. Azrieal and Bandido Jr., BLKOUT(Ruckus and Sabian), Team Macktion(Kirby Mack and TJ Mack), and The Best Around(Bruce Maxwell and TJ Cannon). Right away, I know of two teams that I want to bring into this division. I've already sent out feelers to all four men, and already i've gotten one response. Claudio Castagnoli is coming into CZW. He's one half of the tag team known as the Kings of Wrestling. His partner, who also got a feeler sent to was Chris Hero. I'm hoping to here from Chris soon, and if I can get Chris on a deal before From Small Uprisings, I know one match that will be booked. However the other team I have sent feelers to, but haven't yet heard a word from are The Worlds Greatest Tag Team(Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin). I heard that Ring of Honor sent a deal towards Shelton's way, so hopefully he'll still come in and do a few shows for us as well.

When it comes to singles competition, I already have gotten word from a few different people that they're coming into the Combat Zone. First off is someone I saw for the first time in WWE's version of ECW, Shawn Spears. I see a ton of potential for this kid when it comes to long term booking, he could even be a guy we could book our company around in the near future. The second addition is a big guy from the Northeast Independent Scene known as, Brodie Lee. He's been picking up a lot of steam recently on the indies so bringing in a big man like him, who also has eyes on him could only be good things for CZW. The next signing was another young guy by the name of, Mike Bennett. From a wrestling stand point he's a sound athlete, i'm just hoping with a bit of coaching he can become a good promo. If not, a mouthpiece may be needed for him and I think I know just the guy. With the last signing, it's someone I think could help the Junior Heavyweight division in terms of improving. A veteran to the game, Mr. Aguila. I loved his work in the WWF as Essa Rios, so using him as a tool to help our younger talent can only mean great things.

This vision is finally coming full circle, and as the days fly by i'm only getting more excited to step into the Arena in Philly once again. From Small Uprisings, is the Genesis to the new era of CZW. It's my one chance to leave a great impression on the wrestling world. It's my one chance to have CZW yell out, "Yo, we're different. We've got the best wrestling in the f'n world here.". And you know what? I can't wait to have the wrestling world buzzing one more time. I can only wish that it was bell time, i'm ready. The question I have is, how will they take the show?

Big news as I woke up this morning. I got a email from Christopher Daniels. He told me he'll be able to work From Small Uprisings, which is outstanding. Now is the hard part. Who does he face? I'm considering booking Jon Moxley vs. Christopher Daniels, for the CZW World Championship. I don't know if it will get out that Daniels will be appearing or not, but if it doesn't I may have him be a special appearance to pop the Philly crowd on my first night at book.

Later on in the day, I was also emailed by three other talents that confirmed they'd be able to be booked on From Small Uprisings. Chris Hero being the first email I received, which is a good feeling as now The Kings of Wrestling(Claudio Castagnoli and Chris Hero), can be booked as a unit. Speaking of units, one half of the other team i'm trying to sign confirmed he'd be able to take dates. That being Charlie Haas, one half of the Worlds Greatest Tag Team(Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin). I'm hoping Shelton Benjamin can get back to me soon, but if not Charlie is more than capable of being a great singles talent. The last addition of the roster for today, is a big name on the independent scene. Austin Aries will be coming in, and he may be the big name i'm excited in bringing in. I've been a fan of his work for years, even tried to get him in the WWE back in 2004. So with these additions today, it makes me even happier that I took this job on, and I just hope tomorrow brings as many great additions as we're heading into From Small Uprisings.

One Day Later

Similar to Christopher Daniels, today I woke up to the email that Shelton Benjamin was coming into CZW. So now with both tag team additions complete, I am happy to announce the booking of one confirmed match. I've emailed the marketing team, and told them to announce on the website along with on twitter the following match. BLKOUT(Ruckus and Sabian) versus Kings Of Wrestling(Claudio Castagnoli and Chris Hero) versus The Worlds Greatest Tag Team(Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin) for the CZW Tag Team Championships.

A few more signings also happened today, the first i'm excited for is Steve Corino. He was a bit difficult to sign down, truth be told. We originally offered him a nine month deal, but he didn't want anything more than three months. So basically meaning we have him for three shows before we need to renegotiate. The next signing is another veteran addition, Raven. I find it great that when I originally took on this CZW project I said to myself, "That Jon Moxley kid? Yeah, I can make him this eras Raven.". So now that I actually have Raven in the company, let's just say there are many ways I can take this heading forward. The last signing is going to help the Junior Heavyweight division immensely, Paul London is coming in. His work in the WWE was great, and I have really loved his work in Pro Wrestling Guerrilla recently.

We are another day closer to From Small Uprisings and with two matches practically booked, i'm looking forward to finally getting this show on air. It's going to be great being inside the Arena again, and I just hope that those ECW chants don't happen. The biggest success for me is if we can get the crowd to chant CZW by the end of the night, which I know we will. We have to.

The last two signings before From Small Uprisings are for more behind the scenes reasons. Wrestling and the wrestlers have been taken care of, but I watched a few tapes back of the last two to three shows we've done and I know that we need a solid announcer to come in and help Salamander Jones and Jake Black improve. At the risk of sounding too much like Extreme Championship Wrestling, I went ahead and made the call to Joey Styles and he'll gladly be joining the announce team. The other signing is mainly someone I trust to come in and help the boys put together their matches. Jerry Lynn has agreed to come in and do agent work for us which is tremendous. So with all the pieces of the puzzle on the table, it was my job to put them together. After two nights of thinking long term, here's the card for From Small Uprisings.

From Small Uprisings

CZW World Championship Match - Jon Moxley© versus Christopher Daniels

CZW Tag Team Championship Match - BLKOUT(Ruckus and Sabian) versus Kings of Wrestling(Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli) versus The Worlds Greatest Tag Team(Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin)

CZW Junior Heavyweight Championship Match - Adam Cole© versus Sami Callihan versus Paul London

Austin Aries versus Drake Younger

Necro Butcher versus Raven

Steve Corino versus "The Ego" Robert Anthony

B-Boy versus Shawn Spears

Azrieal and Bandido Jr. versus The Best Around(Bruce Maxwell and TJ Cannon)

All of the card has been announced on the website, as well as the twitter page. I'm personally interested in what the fans are going to think, and even who they're going to predict to win the matches. Hopefully they're intrigued with the card, but if not I know for a fact when From Small Uprisings finally ends, they will know just as well as I do that the new revolution to pro wrestling has arrived.

'From Small Uprisings'

Thursday Week 4, January.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

‣ The first Combat Zone Wrestling show under the Paul Heyman regime begins with a familiar theme song hitting. "For Whom The Bell Tolls" by Metallica hit the 2300 Arena, the crowd in attendance being confused but also very excited. Seeing as this was the theme song of former CZW Talent, Nick Gage many thought that everything about a bank robbery they had heard was a work. That was of course, until the the CZW World Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley, walked out from behind the curtain. The brash arrogant champion was met with a sea of boos, the diehard CZW fans hating that Jon would go that low by coming out to Nicky's theme. Once Moxley entered the ring, he was given a microphone to which he would just begin to laugh. "Your tellin' me it was that easy? All I had to do to get you marks in the palm of my hand was play Nick Gage's music? Newsflash idiots, that piece of shit is long gone from my company." After he said this, Jon had a smug grin on his face. With the CZW World Championship draped over his shoulder, he looked around the ring. Making eye contact with each side of the crowd that was booing him before he began to speak again. "See? That's how damn pathetic you people are! Sure! Go ahead and boo the guy that's here tonight to compete for you! Seriously though, you're going to still cheer, Nick Gage? That idiot turned his back on each and everyone of us. He took the CZW name, spit on it, and threw it in the trash. It's alright though! Because a little birdie told me who picked CZW back up, dusted it off, and brought it into a new era. But uh... Paul? I'm not a management kind of guy, so let me just tell you how my company is going to be ran. I want a chair! A throne to sit on that sits up there in the crows nest! I want to be able to look down and watch every last match that happens in my company from my throne. Secondly, I don't really like the way these fans are treating me. So I want this place relocated! I know a pretty good place in New York that could host CZW.", it was clear that Jon Moxley was just trying to rile up the fans, and that's exactly what he was doing. The champion would even try to make a third point, but as he began to speak another song played over the P.A. System. "Balls To The Wall" by Chimaira played, the crowd not really knowing whose theme this belonged to. But when he stepped through the curtain, the crowd roared as Paul Heyman would enter The Combat Zone for the first time. Jon Moxley would just begin laughing inside the ring, and as Heyman entered the ring the champ would take a few steps back to stand against a corner of the ring."First off, Jon, this isn't your company, it's mine. So seeing as Combat Zone Wrestling is now my company, it means I can essentially do what I want, when I want. That's why I don't know if you heard or not, but tonight in the main event you're facing Christopher Daniels for that CZW World Championship. Now if you could please get out of my ring, and go get ready for the match of your life.", Paul Heyman said after grabbing a microphone. The entire time he was talking, Jon Moxley was basically making a mockery of everything said. So when Heyman finally stopped, Moxley began to speak again. "You really think i'm nervous about facing a TNA reject? Come on Paul, I know you've been gone from this business for a few years not, but even with old age you can't forget that you're staring at the best thing that's ever happened to this company, right? But hey, I get it. You're trying to show how big your dick is to the crowd on the first night, you come out here and try to punk the champ as your first move. I get it. Just remember something though, Paul. I'm never. Never. Losing this championship, and i'll always be the face of my company.", following saying this, Jon Moxley dropped his microphone near the feet of Paul Heyman before exiting the ring and heading to the back. Heyman was left alone in the center of the ring, and after pausing for a few moments, he shrugged his shoulders and told the audience that's it time to kick this new era into gear. He then left to the back as well, ending this segment.

Grade: 67 C+

‣ Azrieal and Bandido Jr. versus The Best Around(Brad Maxwell and TJ Cannon)

With the first match getting under way tonight, it's worth mentioning the ring announcer announced both teams as having a record of zero wins and zero losses. It seems as though, Paul Heyman is bringing in a records system to CZW. Regardless of that though, not much noteworthy to say about this opening contest. They did there job well in maintaining the crowd throughout, all though it seemed as though the Philly audience were slightly upset at the lack of dangerous spots. All in all, the finish of the match came when Azrieal pinned TJ Cannon after a Frog Splash.

Winners by Pinfall at the twelve minute and six second mark: Azrieal and Bandido Jr.

Grade: 38 D-

‣ B-Boy versus Shawn Spears

The former CZW World Champion was in action tonight as B-Boy was set to face the debuting, Shawn Spears. It wasn't much of a brawl as we were use to seeing with B-Boy, instead Shawn Spears turned this into a very technical match. At one point he even screamed at B-Boy, "You're not a perfect ten!" before hitting a snap suplex. The match wouldn't be all Shawn Spears though, the former CZW World Champion did in fact get a good amount of offense in as well. However when the final bell sounded, it was Shawn Spears who walked out the winner following a Death Valley Driver.

Winner by Pinfall at the nine minute and forty seven second mark: Shawn Spears

Grade: 45 D

‣ Following the last match, the crowd would settle down for around a minute or so before the next theme music hit the P.A. System. For the second time tonight we would hear, "Balls To The Wall" by Chimaria play. Paul Heyman would once again be on his way to the ring, but walking beside him was none other than Raven. The wrestler who was set to compete tonight against Necro Butcher, but as Heyman and Raven entered the ring we soon learned why that match isn't taking place. "When I took over the booking for Combat Zone Wrestling, I carefully observed the roster that I had to work with. I knew I had to make cuts, and I knew I had to bring new talent in. I just wish that one of those cuts I made had been Necro Butcher. Because you see, Necro told me that he would be able to do tonights show for you fans. He told me he was excited to face this man to my right, Raven. What happens tonight though? An hour before doors opened, Dylan comes stumbling into the arena drunk out of his mind. He was wasted, and when I saw just how bad it was I knew he could not and would not compete. So because Dylan Summers clearly didn't give a shit about you fans, I didn't give a shit about him. Tonight was the last night Dylan Summers will be on the CZW payroll, because as of tonight he's fired. Which led me to quickly think about who could face Raven tonight, because I wasn't going to let you fans down. So without further ado, here is CZW Original, Jon Dahmer.", after Heyman said all this he handed the microphone off to someone outside the ring then walked to the back. Jon Dahmer then made his way to the ring, as the next match was ready to begin.

Grade: 76 B-

‣ Jon Dahmer versus Raven

Right away the crowd began to chant, "**** Nec-ro!" loud and proud. It was awful what he did to the CZW audience as well as the boys in the back. Thankfully Paul Heyman managed to get a hold of Jon Dahmer and at least salvage the situation. The match really wasn't much more than a brawl, and it appeared to be used as a cool down match. It finally came to an end as Raven caught Dahmer with an Evenflow DDT that led to a pinfall.

One of the bigger names that have joined the Combat Zone, is none other than Steve Corino. He's making his debut in a match against someone who thinks he is the best in CZW, Robert Anthony. So it made for an interesting contest as "The Ego" was finally put to the test. The match was very bak and forth throughout, Steve Corino leading most of the time however when it came down to brass tacks. What was known for a fact was that Robert Anthony was holding his own. Even pulling off the upset when he caught Steve Corino with a surprise roll up. However Anthony did need to use the tights of Corino to score the pinfall.

Some may call this an early dream match on the independents. For the past few years now, Drake Younger has rapidly improved in ring so tonight he'll be going against his toughest test yet. "The Greatest Man That Ever Lived" Austin Aries looked to steal the show tonight in his return to the company. With this match going all over the place, a much fast pace about it compared to the last match. We thought the "Golden Boy" Drake Younger had the match won when he countered an outside dive attempt by Austin Aries. But Aries fought back, and with a strategic counter that was well placed, Austin took control for the final time. A few minutes later the match ended, Austin Aries gaining the pin after a 450 Splash.

‣ CZW Junior Heavyweight Championship Match

Adam Cole© versus Paul London versus Sami Callihan

The first championship match of the evening was under way, as Adam Cole put his Junior Heavyweight Championship on the line against two other men. Paul London and Sami Callihan, and right away the stand out of this match was easily Paul London. His experience led him to do great things with these younger talents, but it wasn't enough to be the numbers game. Going into this match London had a 33.3% chance of winning, and honestly as we saw he didn't walk out the Combat Zone a loser. However, he didn't walk out a winner either. This came as Paul London hit an outstanding Shooting Star Press on Sami Callihan, but before London could get the three it was Adam Cole who capitalized. Cole swooped in, throwing London out of the ring before covering Callihan for the three count. Sure it's not the cleanest way to keep your championship, but all that matters to Adam Cole is that the title is still around his waist. This is the first championship defense for Adam Cole under the Paul Heyman era.

BLKOUT(Ruckus and Sabian) versus The Kings of Wrestling(Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli) versus The Worlds Greatest Tag Team(Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin)

The second championship match was under way, as the vacated CZW World Tag Team Championships were on the line. Three outstanding tag teams were competing for the right to call themselves the best, and they delivered. Shelton Benjamin was head and shoulders the star of this match, and even this show in terms of in ring performance. He absolutely wowed the audience, showing just how bad the WWE screwed up when they let him go. None the less, even Shelton Benjamin out performing everyone wasn't enough for the Worlds Greatest Tag Team to take the belts home. It was almost a similar situation as the prior match, the numbers game just didn't work in there favor. They did however work in the favor of The Kings of Wrestling, as Chris Hero caught Ruckus with a big roaring elbow followed by Claudio going for a Gotch Style Neutralizer on the man, getting the three count right after.

Winners by Pinfall(at the sixteen minute and nineteen second mark), and NEW CZW World Tag Team Champions: The Kings of Wrestling(Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli)

We fade in from black to see a locker room setting backstage. Sitting on the locker room benches are none other than Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin. Haas is sitting with his head down, a towel covering his face. Meanwhile, Shelton is shaking his head before snickering to himself. Just as he did this, he stood to his feet, turning to face the camera. "You know, I was excited! I was ready to come into The Combat Zone and walk out, once again proving that we are the Worlds Greatest Tag Team! But what happens? We lose? No-no-no, see we didn't lose! Ruckus and Sabian, they're the team that were beat. Us on the other hand? We're still here ready to fight. So how 'bout it, Hero? How 'bout it, Claudio? You two call yourselves Kings? How about next month you two step into the ring with the Worlds Greatest, so we can show that tonight? The Kings got lucky. Because everyone knows, around here? The World's Greatest will reign supreme.", after saying this Charlie Haas broke his silence by standing straight up. He snatched the towel from his head before turning to look at the camera. "Next month? Ain't no stoppin' us.", as he finished his only line he threw the towel at the camera, and the shot faded to black ending the segment.

"The Streetdog" Jon Moxley versus "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels

It finally came time for the main event of the evening. "Jon Moxley has beaten names before, just last month defeating Homicide, but tonight? I feel as though this is his biggest test.", Joey Styles explained over commentary as the champion made his entrance. The match started off with Daniels looking for a handshake, but instead Moxley laughed and flipped him off instead. From there the two men went at it. Blow for blow, back and forth they scrapped all over the ring. It wasn't until a well timed shot below the belt from Jon Moxley was hit, that one man took more control than the other. Seeing as the ref was out of position to make the call, Moxley had basically gotten the cheap shot in, and now he capitalized on the situation. Elbows, forearms, knees, kicks to the head, and bare knuckle punches just one after another, all connecting with Daniels head. What helped Chris out here, was the arrogance of Jon Moxley. The World Champion gave Daniels a moment of opportunity, as he trash talked the referee. With his back turned to Daniels, the challenger tried to roll the champ up, only managing to get a two count. It was enough however to tick off the champion, and just like that they were back at it again. However this time it was a well placed duck from Christopher Daniels a minute or so later that led to the challenger getting control. All in all after Daniels took control here, it looked as though a new CZW World Champion was on the horizon. That was of course until minutes later when Chris would go for the BME. But just as he sprung up to the top rope, Moxley rolled to his feet, pushing Daniels off the top rope so the challenger went crashing down to the floor. Without even giving Daniels a chance to breath, Moxley hit the ropes before diving out in between the top and middle rope to come crashing into Daniels, continuing the attack on the outside of the ring now. It would be a minute or so of the two brawling on the floor before Moxley rolled Chris back into the ring. It looked like it was all over for Daniels, as Jon backed into a corner, signaling for a running knee strike. But just as Chris rose up to a kneeling position and Jon charged him, Daniels popped up onto his feet, kicking Moxley in the gut. Quickly The Fallen Angel pulled Jon Moxley in for a Angels Wings, but as he lifted him up, Jon kicked his feet several times, getting himself back on the mat. With a slight fight for control now, Jon was able to roll out of the hold and then dip behind Daniels. Quickly pulling him up into the air, and dropping him back down hitting a Hook And Ladder that gave him the three count.

Jon Moxley is told his challenger for next month by Paul Heyman

We fade in from black to see Jon Moxley sitting on a chair, spread out still covered in sweat and in his ring gear. The CZW World Championship is draped over his lap, and he's got not a care in the world. That is until the sound of a door opening is heard, and you can see Moxley sit up before growling softly. "The hell do you want? I beat your guy! I'm still champ! What more do you want? Huh?", Moxley would say to someone off camera. However that someone is quickly shown to be Paul Heyman. "He's not my guy, he's my employee. Just like you are Jon, and what I wanted was to come by and fill you in on next month.", as Heyman said this, Moxley quickly cut him off. "Next month? The hell you talking about? Oh.. You mean what i'm doin' next month with this belt? I dunno, was thinking about pawning it, going and getting some boo-", just as Moxley had interrupted Heyman, Heyman returned the favor and now interrupted Moxley. "No-no, you see Jon. Next month CZW is holding the event called 'Back To Basics', a show which is being headlined by yourself defending that CZW World Championship. Your opponent? He calls himself the Greatest Man That Ever Lived.", as Paul explained to Jon who his opponent was next month, Moxley stood to his feet slowly. Holding the championship down by his side before raising it up slowly. "Aries? You think Aries can beat me? Did you not just see what I did to Christopher Daniels? Hahaha. Why not give me a challenge? But hey, if you want to keep lining these chumps up, I got no problem knocking them all down. Now I gotta go do something, I dunno probably drink and pass out on a corner.", Moxley would shrug his shoulders, stumbling past Paul Heyman and out of the shot. The final thing we'd see on the event was Paul shaking his head before getting a small grin on his face. Just as he grinned we'd fade to black.

<div style="width:900px;height:603px;background-image:url('http://i.imgur.com/osDFG3r.png');margin:auto;">
That first show is in the books, and well if nothing else I can say that it was a great learning curve. Without a doubt the star of the show was, Shelton Benjamin. I'm very excited to see the CZW Tag Team Championship match next month, between The Kings of Wrestling(Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli) and The World's Greatest Tag Team(Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin). Speaking of the show next month, it's going to be one where we need to cut back and save some money. We're bleeding money bad, losing $55,980 last month. $28k of that coming straight from the talent being paid. Nobody said this was going to be easy, but at the same time I forgot what it was like to lose money like this. Hopefully with the upcoming Back To Basics show, we can actually make money.

Talent wise, we've had to make two cuts. The first was public, Necro Butcher arrived to the Arena in no shape to compete whatsoever, so I let him go right there then announced it in the ring. However, what I didn't know until Jerry Lynn informed me, was that Raven worked his match under the influence, drugs to be exact. So he as well has been let go. This isn't the nineties, that doesn't cut it in my locker room. It's a disrespect to myself, and it's a disrespect to the rest of the boys. Not to mention the fans.

I've also been forced to re-think my plans with Jon Moxley. I'm giving him two more chances, and i'm hoping he doesn't blow them. He's such a great talent with untapped potential, I just need to find a way to get it out, because his match with Christopher Daniels left much to be desired. I'm just hoping the CZW World Championship match against Austin Aries at Back To Basics does well. While i'm mentioning Christopher Daniels, i'm considering leaving him as well as Paul London off of Back To Basics as nothing more than a cost cutting measure.

I'm really impressed by the way with, Shawn Spears. He pulled off a great match with B-Boy, so at Back To Basics, i'm going to try and give Spears a decent opponent that I think he can learn from. Same thing with Adam Cole. Though Cole's opponent nine times out of ten will be Mr. Aguila. The sooner Adam starts improving the sooner i'm planning to turn him heel, kid is money some day.

Outside of all this, not much really to say at this point. I'm hoping to get The Kings of Wrestling(Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli) and Shawn Spears to cut Youtube promos for the CZW Channel. More so to help with Character development, but also for the Kings to accept the challenge that was thrown at From Small Uprisings. Hopefully those come by the end of the week, but if nothing else I can get them recorded the day before the show. All in all though, From Small Uprisings was a success outside of the money troubles, but hopefully we can improve on that this month. If not, we may have our first roadblock in this goal of taking over the world. We can overcome it though, we just need to duck our heads and start pushing back.
