Anybody else annoyed at the pay raise request feature?

Recommended Posts

If there is a way to turn it off, please let me know asap!

First, it stops my multi day advance which is very annoying. Second, every week I am getting 2-3 pay raise request's. Even from the same people who I have either rejected or have given a pay raise to. It is a cool feature that was added, but it is extremely overdone.

P.S. Backstage is 100% morale and my roster is only made up of a few negative influences.

The pay request was too much until Adam changed it. Now it is good. The thing is some people won't realise if they are playing a real world mod, there are things happen that increase people popularity. Which will lead to them wanting a pay rise.

So you have a lot of mercenary/bold types (or whatever other personality types apply) on your roster. I have people on my roster whose value (as detailed in the employment tab) has more than DOUBLED and they haven't asked for a raise. Jillian Jarvis is my champion and has gained like 30 points of popularity worldwide and she hasn't asked for a raise (yet). Her personality would explain that though. Meanwhile, Kate Lilly seems to ask for a raise every time she wins more than two matches in a row. Easy fix for that though. <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

<p>I don't get what the fuss is about, it makes perfect sense. You get guys over, they become more valuable in the market and want to be paid what they're worth.</p><p> </p><p>

Maybe this is why WWE do the 50/50 booking where nobody gets over? <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

It's not realistic for someone to agree to a 10-year written deal for $1,560 per month if there was no possibility of getting a raise, ever. That's only $18,720 per year, no one would agree to be locked into poverty level income for a decade without the chance of even fielding other offers.
