Jim Smallman was welcoming the fans to the show when he was rudely interrupted by The South Pacific Power Trio and a special friend making an unannounced appearance in fellow New Zealander and New Japan Pro Wrestling roster member, Jay White. Travis Banks took the microphone out of Jim’s hand.</p><p> </p><p>

<em><span style="color:#8B0000;">C’mon Robbo, get out here then and let’s do some good old school wrasslin’.</span></em></p><p> </p><p>

In Travis Banks’ first match in PROGRESS he defeated Paul Robinson, tag team partner of the man he man he helped beat last show, Will Ospreay in 9 minutes with a running knee after a distraction by Jay White in 9 minutes.</p><p>

<strong>Rating: 68</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Post-match Paul Robinson was beaten down by all four members of the South Pacific Power Team until Will Ospreay, Trent Seven and Toni Storm ran down to the ring forcing them to the outside. The males brawled on the outside while Dahlia Black and Toni Storm started their number one contenders match for the PROGRESS Womens Title in the ring. </p><p> </p><p>

Jay White managed to push Ospreay out to the backstage area leaving TK Cooper and Trent Seven at ringside still fighting while there is a match happening in the ring until The East End Butch, Sha Samuels, former PROGRESS Champion and the man that defeated Trent last show came through the crowd to take out Trent Seven with a chair he took from under a fans bottom without consulting them beforehand. Sha dragged Trent’s body to the entrance way and to the back putting him at a huge disadvantage for his match against Mark Haskins later on in the evening if he even can wrestle.</p><p> </p><p>

While Sha Samuels had come to the ringside area, TK Cooper had snuck under the ring to hide in an almost cowardly move, several minutes later he snuck his head out to check on the in ring action where Toni Storm had full control on her way to victory until Dahlia distracted referee Chris Roberts claiming she had a leg injury allowing TK to slide into the ring and use the knockout punch hitting Toni directly between the eyes allowing Dahlia to pin her to become the new number one contender. </p><p>

Hot and Spicy picked up their third win in as many matches in PROGRESS in convincing fashion against Jack Gallagher and Darrell Allen.</p><p>

Post-Match the current Tag Team Champions Daisuke Sekimoto and Rampage Brown came out to a loud pop to stare down with the victors but no contact was made between the two pairs.</p><p>

An injured Trent Seven limped out first for his match after being brutally attacked earlier by an ally of his opponent in Sha Samuels. Mark Haskins made short work of him away in 3 minutes with a tombstone putting Trent out of his misery. Sha Samuels came back out clapping almost sarcastically before hitting a Lariat of his own leaving them standing with Tyler Bate nowhere to be seen.</p><p>

In an emotional main event PROGRESS World Champion Tyler Bate sent Tommy End away with a loss in a great match where Tyler hit the same deadlift brainbuster he used to win the title in 23 minutes.</p><p> </p><p>

Post-match Tommy End and Tyler Bate shared a great moment together in the ring alone celebrating Tommy’s history in PROGRESS until a makeshift alliance of Sha Samuels, Mark Haskins and the South Pacific Power Team surrounded the ring with TK Cooper, Jay White and Travis Banks dragging Tommy End out of the ring beating him down on the outside with Sha Samuels and Mark Haskins then jumping in ambushing the champion. Tyler’s decision not to come to the aid of Trent Seven and Toni Storm earlier in the show may have come back to bite him giving him no backup.</p><p>

In the opening contest of the evening, Chris Ridgeway came up short yet again in a PROGRESS ring leaving him with 3 defeats in 3 matches. He tapped out 11 minutes in to Noam Dar’s Champagne Super Kneebar.</p><p> </p><p>

Post-match Noam Dar offered a handshake to Ridgeway as a sign of respect pushing the Scot to his limit but Chris opted to walk away leaving the crowd booing him for the first time as he walked straight to the back with his head down looking disappointed.</p><p>

Dahlia Black came out for the match with boyfriend TK Cooper at her side despite him being involved in his own match later in the night in the main event taking care of his own business but ultimately him coming out was a huge game changer costing Nixon Newell of her title as referee Chris Roberts was attending to Dahlia in the corner who was “injured” allowing TK to slide in and hit a knockout punch to leave Nixon out in the middle of the ring for the pinfall to crown a new PROGRESS Womens Champion in 13 minutes.</p><p>

Hot and Spicy came into their first PROGRESS Tag Title shot with a ton of momentum behind them on a 3 match unbeaten streak dating back to Super Strong Style 16 Weekend but it wasn’t enough to push them past the #BIGLADS of Rampage Brown and Daisuke Sekimoto who used their strength to their advantage perfectly executing their game plan of keeping the match to the outside and brawling their way to victory with Daisuke pinning Da Mack after 15 minutes to retain the shield.</p><p>

Making his long awaited and highly anticipated return to PROGRESS after weeks of promotional material sent out on social media hyping him was Bodyguy Roy Johnson. The few members of the crowd were in utter awe at the hot FIYA coming out of Bodyguy’s mouth calling out anyone at all to challenge him in the ring.</p><p> </p><p>

Out of nowhere The Bruiserweight Pete Dunne and another gentleman that hadn’t been seen previously in PROGRESS ran through the crowd and attacked Bodyguy from behind executing a deadly double team move as Pete Dunne held Roy Johnson in a wheelbarrow position while the other lad hit an ace crusher.</p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i.imgur.com/lspDhJO.png</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/v5PXaMa.png</span></p><p> </p><p>

Pete Dunne requested a microphone, <em><span style="color:#8B0000;">Long time no see PROGRESS, just thought I’d pop in and see how you’re all doing. A few months ago as you all know a dear friend of mine that you might all know called Jimmy Havoc got injured and since then I don’t know if you’ve all realised but for some reason I stopped getting matches here for some reason, I’d ask Jim, Jon and Glen and all they’d tell me is they have nothing for me. Well guess what lads, I’m here and just ruined your big debut. Do you really have any choice any more to not give me the opportunity I deserve? Oh yeah, my bad it’s would be painfully rude of me not to introduce my friend that I have brought along for the ride. This young man here is someone else that has been overlooked by companies such as yourself. This is Jordan Devlin and he’s pretty damn good. In fact, he’s almost as good as me. So then lads, you’re going to give me and Jordy boy here a match at your next show here in the UK next month or we’ll just do this yet again holding up your show as we slowly take out everyone on your roster one by one until you have to use us as there will be nobody else left in the country that is fit. In the co-main event of the show with a red hot crowd with a rare occurance of being 100% behind one competitor as everyone shared their universal hate for Zack Gibson but their support for the Villain wasn’t enough to will him to victory as Zack Gibson put away another opponent in the Shankly Gates leaving Marty Scurll being too stubborn having way too much pride to tap out forcing referee Joel Allen to stop the contest after Scurll was in the submission screaming out in pain for over a minute in what will go down as a match of the year contender.</p><p>

The two teams beat the cr@p out of each other for over 20 minutes going all over the building but in the end the PROGRESS Champion, Tyler Bate, was caught alone in the ring with Mark Haskins and Sha Samuels who ripped him apart like two dogs and Sha Samuels hit a piledriver to pin the PROGRESS Champion earning himself what surely must be a one on one match for the belt against Tyler Bate.</p><p>

<p>I have basically 0 clue about PROGRESS, but man this is probably the best designed journal I've seen. The DVD covers are absolutely genius, and your formatting is so clean and cool looking. Amazing work. I'll throw some predictions out there but I don't know who most of these guys are lol <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/confused.png.d4a8e6b6eab0c67698b911fb041c0ed1.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>
