Please note: I've extended the contest length for one month. The second prediction contest will run until December, which means there will be two contests a year.

I think this is way more reasonable for a small company that can't sign as many workers, and I don't want to give away pointless prizes just for the sake of it.

The current contest will run until Welcome To The Coastal Zone in May 2016. There will be two winners: the reader with the highest total score, and the one with the highest average score and at least three predicted shows.

The total winner will get to choose a worker to receive a push, while the average score winner can choose one out of ten active wrestlers I'll try to sign.

So... the first three shows have been posted. This is actually the farthest I've played a TEW save so far, and the longest diary I've written accordingly. I'm having a blast, and I'm very happy for every single reader I've got, but I think there's definite room for improvement in the Coastal Zone - improvement that can only happen if you guys tell me what I could make better. Best feedback I can offer is just do what makes you feel comfortable. You have a nice style and everything is very organized and easy to read. Personally I wouldn't worry about changing it unless you feel it would make it easier to continue writing. In the end if it isn't broke then don't worry about fixing it.

The one thing I could change more or less easily though is the show length. Many people here follow a lot of diaries but I could imagine there's not that much time to read through all the shows, and since my write-ups are rather long at the moment, I primarily want to find out whether there are readers who don't read the shows out of that reason.</p>

It's pretty hard to provide feedback to someone is already really good. This will probably be in DOTM running or close to it each month. And that is saying something given how good the diaries on here are. The presentation, detail and writing are top-notch, and there are few [if any] errors.

 

Could you take out detail and attract a few more casual readers? Plausibly. But will it make the diary better? I'd argue it would make the diary worse.

I love Fox. As a booker, there's one type of wrestler you always want to have around, someone who's able to put on a great match with every opponent thrown at him. Fox is exactly that guy. He's got amazing chemistry with some of our most important workers, involving Donnie J and Air Attack Weasel, and it really showed in the matches he's had so far in 2016. I'm still surprised that he never left the Coastal Zone for a bigger company, but at the same time, I'm extremely happy about it. Ninja and I proved that he's not the only horse we can place our bets on, as we pulled off the best CZCW match of the year so far. Everything in that match fitted together perfectly, and Ninja made clear that, despite his age, he's still a fantastic wrestler who deserves a spot on top of this company. As a result, we once again overcame the quality of last month's show, and our current progression is something we can be very proud of.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Lucida Sans Unicode';"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Lucida Sans Unicode';">

Chet Chavez' contract will expire soon and we won't extend it. He's a Coastal Zone Resort graduate and it's always a tough decision to let a homegrown go, but I've got the feeling that we can't provide the environment that he needs to develop into the fine wrestler that he undoubtably could become. On top of this, he's a huge fan of lucha libre and I think that going south sooner rather than later would be beneficial both for his career and his happiness. Someone we're gonna keep though is our referee Pee-Wee Germaine. He does a great job, is part of the Coastal Zone for over ten years and a great guy to have around backstage, so there's absolutely no reason to replace him.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Lucida Sans Unicode';"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Lucida Sans Unicode';">

GSW signed another of our workers, Al Coleman this time. Slowly but surely I get the impression that they want to copy our roster, probably because they know that it's way better than theirs. Brother Grimm may have the money to pay them, but I doubt his company has the requirements to get the best from their talent. Again, as long as they don't hurt themselves, a little extra experience could help us as well, but I'm still sceptical about the whole thing.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Lucida Sans Unicode';"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Lucida Sans Unicode';">
