This is a continuation from my TEW 2013 thread that can be found here.

 

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST THREAD

 

The main goal of this thread is to provide custom logos and banners for mod makers to use for future promotions and players to use in their games. That said, I am open to and encourage name suggestions - just be cool with other people using that name in their mods and games should the logo be created.

Question, do you still plan to provide .pngs for any newly created logos?

 

Yes sir, all newly created logos will have pngs and the download link contains all of the png files from the 2013 version as well.

Awesome update to your PWX logo. Just out of curiosity, have you or do you plan on updating any of your other IDOM logos?

 

And while I'm at it, have you given any thought to bringing the IDOM mod to 2016 now that alliance titles are a thing? It was a mod I greatly enjoyed back in the day. I didn't play the last version, I think TheWho put it out. While I do enjoy his work, it just didn't feel the same.

Converting my 2004 Mod over will be my first major project - which I'm already underway with. I'm changing the People pictures to a more organic style (though my preference is a bit more zoomed in than the nGo cuts.) I'm about 60% through with that while working on setting body types, tweaking stats, home regions, and a big overhaul of broadcasters.

 

I do hope to get to iDOM in this edition of the game, and if I do everything will be updated graphically.

The mod I'm working on is pretty similar. Broadcasting is probably the single biggest area of growth. Not only in how it works but broadcasting changes now. You have a tv station like TNN that went through so many changes, The Family Channel to Fox Family to ABC Family to Freeform. Even ESPN to be able to simulate their growth explosion. Even really cable tv networks like FX and TNT that started out as nothing networks and then started adding first run dramas and exploded in popularity can be simulated. Its been a lot of fun.

Any plans on remaking your skins from tew 13? I really loved them and how instead of symbols on the command bar you had the actual words. Also non related I didn't get a chance to play it really but I hope you convert your I believe it was 2004 mod from tew 13 to to 16, that ting was deep and impressive. Keep up the good work man.

Excited to hear about plans for iDom as well. It's the only "real world" mod that I ever played a longer than a year save on.

The PNGs are greatly appreciated, too. I'm not even sure if I'll end up using them, but they're great to have just in case (for event logos, belts, diaries, or whatever), and more importantly, a 150x150 JPEG just doesn't do your work justice.</p>
