What's good everyone? Joseph Duncan here from NWA Vendetta Pro Wrestling.

I'll be sharing news about Vendetta Pro events here in this thread.

First, some background:

Vendetta Pro Wrestling operates out of Santa Maria, California, and has been running events around California since 2009, with roots dating back to the California Wrestling Alliance in 2002. In 2012, Vendetta Pro began hosting the pro wrestling event in conjunction with the Cauliflower Alley Club Reunion. In 2013, Vendetta Pro joined the Western Fairs Association. In 2014, Vendetta Pro became a licensed promotion of the National Wrestling Alliance.

Vendetta Pro Wrestling's next events are an all-women's event, Summer Sizzle 2016, on Friday, June 24th at the Radisson Hotel Santa Maria--"Radisson Square Garden".

Then, on Friday, July 29th, Vendetta Pro presents Vendettaversary VII, also at the "Radisson Square Garden" in Santa Maria, California.

Hey there, Brother Duncan. Good to hear the NWA is chugging along and keeping the old traditions alive. But I must say I'm of two minds when it comes Vendetta Pro. On the one hand, I tend to prefer watching indies that present their action in TV show sized chunks and that kind of a format like an OVW or Championship Wrestling from Hollywood do. Their shows tend to evoke happy memories of the syndication days when indie wrestling was easier to come by.

But on the other, you do have some pretty interesting talent on the roster. Several of the names you've dropped, the Ballard Brothers and Rik Luxury for example, are men I've heard a fair bit about secondhand and meant to look up in context. And of Chris Masters I will say I loved using him in his video game appearances. So maybe I can make the exception for y'all. At least long enough for a sampling of your company.

The Central Coast Civil War rages on!

Although neither the National Wrestling Alliance, nor Vendetta Pro Wrestling Commissioner Joseph Duncan formally recognize titles sanctioned by the Cen-Cal Professional Wrestling organization, neither party will stop Cen-Cal from putting their titles on the line in Inter-Promotional contests.

At Summer Sizzle 2016, Cen-Cal's Five Cities Championship will be at stake, as Champion "The Pumpkin Queen" Sage Sin will defend against the 2016 Luna Vachon Memorial Lunacy Cup winner Tab Jackson, representing Vendetta Pro.

Having the momentum fully on their side, this may seem like a potentially foolish move on the part of Cen-Cal that could cost them control of one of their own titles. On the other hand, it is also a move that could serve to further demoralize the Vendetta Pro faithful leading in to the "War Games" style match at Vendettaversary VII, should the deceptively tough Sage Sin prevail. For those who may be unaware, Sage won a tournament filled with some of the toughest male wrestlers in California--including the recently-defected Sunami and the current NWA Western States Champion "Wrestling Personified" Rik Luxury--to make history as the first female to win an inaugural championship not classified as a Women's title. To celebrate, Tab Jackson is looking to throw Sage a "Superkick Party", and take the title for herself.
