The reason for this is simply to reduce loading times, more promotions and contracts equal longer loading times, due to the size of my database it already has issues with long loading times so its more for convienience.</p><p> </p><p> I still include these promotions but set them closed to allow the player the choice to have them active if they want to run the promotion or if they just want to have more active promotioms.</p> Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sex Appeal was changed to be general for both genders in TEW16 and this database has been built up since TEW10 so the majority of it is going to be based on the older format and the last time I dragged it up to an alright TEW13 level it took me 3-4 months to go through everybody in the database. I dislike using the mass editor since you can miss other areas or worse seriously mess a stat up for a load of workers. Respect is the number 1 thing to make people cost alot money. The respect for all the workers needs to be overhaul to make the mod better. Yes some of people may be out of the business.
