Regional vs Regional, stealing all my people!

Whats the best way to make this stop? Like 90% of my roster is also working for a rival , I know you can sign deals that make them only work for you, but is that the only way? They even moved there show on my date so half my roster does not even show up! Why do they like them more? They all put me 2nd and FCW 1st.

Once you've signed an exclusive PPA deal, if a promotion with more prestige offers them a contract they will sign with the other promotion. The exclusive PPA will be cancelled and you will not be able to negotiate for 6 months.

Your best bet is to just try moving your show dates and persevere until you have more prestige than your rival at which point it won't matter any more.

If you run a decent company, you shouldn't have a lot of trouble moving upward past your competitors.

At Regional it seems like at B popularity in your region they will say they have outgrown the company, particularly if they are reasonably young.

That's not been my experience unless they're also relatively popular across the entire country.
