SNP - The Thistle in the Ashes.

Recommended Posts

<p>Excellent, excellent show. It really did feel like a season finale, so kudos for that.</p><p> </p><p>

I must admit I was happy to see Konrad lose, as I think how he recovers from the loss will tell a lot about him. It's too bad the match didn't pop a better rating, but I'm guessing that is a function of the popularity difference between Scotland and Ireland.</p><p> </p><p>

The Heatbreak/Meathead match did not end as I expected, but I like that Hugh finally has his group.</p><p> </p><p>

There's a lot of ways this can go with COF vs Lions vs King's Court, so it will be exciting to see how everything plays out.</p>

I found it a bit tougher to get through than some of the others but I felt it came together reasonably for a finish. The pre-show battle royal took longer to write (and was much longer) than I expected, that's why I split the Pre-show into a separate post.</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="MrWolf101" data-cite="MrWolf101" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="42059" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>I must admit I was happy to see Konrad lose, as I think how he recovers from the loss will tell a lot about him. It was disappointing in terms of it dragging down the overall show rating but it wasn't a complete bust. <p>JustCallMeLupin meets... Bret Heartbreak</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/SNPFAN_zpswupqvvfz.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Bret%20Heartbreak_zps3aqc6jjw.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Greetings to my fellow members of the SNP Army. <strong>JustCallMeLupin</strong> here and I just had to share this story with the rest of you guys. I went to Fighting Irish recently (what about that O’Hearne-Macks match, am I right?) and from there I was heading to Spain for a week in the sun. So it’s the morning after the show and I’m in Dublin Airport feeling, if I’m to be totally honest, a little bit worse for wear. Of course the flight is delayed so I’m sitting there in the departure lounge trying to convince myself that my head isn’t about to burst when I spot him. </p><p> </p><p>

There’s this toned young guy with long blonde hair and a serious tan sitting opposite me. My first reaction is to just get back to feeling sorry for myself when I realise who he is. It’s only Bret Freakin’ Heartbreak. The Legend of Tomorrow! I don’t wanna be a pain in the ass or anything but I figure it’s not the kind of opportunity you get every day.</p><p> </p><p>

So I slink over and sit down beside him, tell him I’m a big fan and that I’ll never forget his match with Hugh Echoes at Carnage III in February. He grins at that and, to be fair to the guy, we have a good old chat after that. It turns out that he actually lives in Spain which took me by surprise a bit. I mean, I knew he didn’t live in the UK, I just presumed he lived in Germany where his old man still lives and runs the EWA. It turns out that Bret is on their books too but he says he’s been getting a much bigger push with us than he has there so far. He’s only wrestled one match with them actually.</p><p> </p><p>

I tell him that’s been doing really well for a guy his age and he laughs. I hadn’t actually realised until he said it to me but he was unbeaten last year, went 9-0-0 with us. It’s been a bit different this year, he’s gone 2-4-5 so far. It’s weird that the guy has managed to maintain such positive momentum but I still think of him as being in around the top of the card. I ask him what is going to be the next stage with The King’s Court but he’s not having any of it. He kinda gives me the impression that Kollopy doesn’t even give the talent too much of an idea where things are going long term but he might have just been saying that too.</p><p> </p><p>

I ask him who his favourite opponent is, I kinda expected him to say Hugh Echoes and he does say that his best matches were with him but his answer was a really surprising one. He said that he has great chemistry with Colin Picalo and he can’t wait to get a chance to work with him again. I didn’t even remember their last match, apparently it took place on the pre-show at the first Shannonslam last August.</p><p> </p><p>

Other than that… he’s a really solid guy, right down the middle in terms of temperament I would say. He’s perfectly pleasant without being overly warm. I didn’t feel like I was bothering him but at the same time I suspect he was glad when I got my picture taken with him and left him get back to his book (in Spanish, turns out he’s fluent in that too). He didn’t give much more away than that but he did say that he’s open to heading to the US or Canada if the right opportunity came along. Given the way he’s improved even in his time with us, it’s hard to imagine that those chances won’t come along eventually so I’m just going to enjoy him for as long as we have him. He’s a talented kid and a decent one too so I certainly won’t begrudge him any success that comes his way!</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>OOC: So at the end of each prediction contest there will be a prize where fictional, intrepid SNP fan JustCallMeLupin meets a member of the roster (chosen by the winner) and recounts the experience here for the benefit of all readers. MrWolf101 won and chose Bret Heartbreak. Heartbreak's personality is effectively straight down the middle so he didn't give much away but they could prove more exciting in future. Also, the webhandle used by the fictitious fan is a subtleish nod to MrWolf101 and his inaugural victory as well. </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>

Thanks also to everybody who voted for me in DOTM again. I came second in both the C-Verse Diary category and the Event of the Month and actually won Match of the Month. I thank each and every one of The SNP Army. </strong><img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>

<p>That was pretty cool, and I appreciate the tribute (I was wondering if that what it was as I read it). <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

It will be interesting to see what happens with Bret going forward. I feel like Hugh and Heartbreak are Karma's ideal of what he wants SNP to be about, so having them in the same faction should be fun. </p><p> </p><p>

As an aside, in my playthrough, Bret's teamed up with Michael Gregory in VWA and EWA as the Forgotten Generation. Sometimes in amazes me how this game manages to hit the team names right on the nose.</p>

In my save he's been with VWA since before the game started and has also thrown in with SPPW (whose creation was covered in an episode of Thistle Talk and where Jackie Goldstein also moonlights). He's lost considerably more than he's won (almost a 1:4 ratio).</p><p> </p><p> As for Heartbreak, all his stats suggest a guy who's extremely well balanced in his life. Accordingly, taking everything into account, I felt he was too professional/boring to reveal anything that he shouldn't. His momentum and morale are both very positive too so I just couldn't see him being naive enough to be saying anything foolish about his workplace. On an aside, only two of my whole roster have negative morale at the moment which I feel is good going for a bloated roster like mine.</p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Matches announced for Invasion 4</span></strong></p><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/SNP%20-%20Invasion_zpsqbeuhp3a.jpg</span></p><p>

We're still three weeks out from Invasion 4, SNP's annual trip south of Hadrian's Wall. The following matches have been confirmed for the event.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>The Funke Bunch w/Holly Leves Vs. The Misfits w/Khloe</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Davey%20London_zps1hrar2nu.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Davey%20Celtic_zpsruyzmqkl.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Holly%20Leves_zpsj5ms7ygs.jpg</span><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Leighton%20Buzzard_zpsd0xiiqbc.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Jeremy%20Allen_zpskhlryiir.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Khloe_zpse3ulqitj.jpg</span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

These bitter rivals last met at Festival of Violence in August in a Tag Team Tournament Quarter-Final match. The Bunch came out on top on that occasion and with the Tag titles now in the hands of The Inferno these two pairs can switch their focus back to each other. They’ve traded victories in the recent past and this next encounter could well be the one to put a full stop at the end of this feud. Then again… it may not.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Alessandro Caesar w/Khloe Vs. Liam Lutz</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Alessandro%20Giordano_zpsveieixus.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Khloe_zpse3ulqitj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Liam%20Lutz_zpsfrgor73v.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Lutz made his SNP debut in the Battle Royal on the Fighting Irish pre-show and acquitted himself well. There’s an expectation that this might be on the pre-show at this event too as he makes his singles debut against an Alessandro Caesar who put down a real marker of intent in that same match when he finished runner-up to Maximum Destruction. The big Italian will want to build upon that performance which, no doubt to the chagrin of current manager Khloe, seemed to catch the eye of Kitty Katz. Liam Lutz is still scrapping for a long term contract here and has every incentive to show what he can do.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Riddick Jordan & Vicious Circle Vs. The King’s Court</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span></p><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Hugh%20de%20Aske_zpsg8cy82yu.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Bret%20Heartbreak_zps3aqc6jjw.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Meathead%20McAullie_zpsrxkjdtij.jpg</span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Hugh Echoes has returned and The King’s Court have arrived. Having remained aloof for so long, Echoes has formalised the uneasy alliance that has built up between him, Bret Heartbreak and Meathead McAullie. It seems appropriate that their first outing under the King’s Court banner takes place at Invasion where they will collide with three of The Black Lions on their home turf. It’s probably the only show of the year where SNP King of Scotland Riddick Jordan and his cohorts can count on a hero’s reception. Fan favour alone will not be enough to win this though and it threatens to be a seismic clash between two groups with a number of simmering tensions adding to the air of toxicity that surrounds things.</p><p> </p><p>

I'm still mulling how I should do wrestler portraits in my dynasty. It's certainly something I want to do.</p>

In my experience the format of your dynasty will evolve and change over time until you find something that you're happy with. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

In my save he's been with VWA since before the game started and has also thrown in with SPPW (whose creation was covered in an episode of Thistle Talk and where Jackie Goldstein also moonlights). He's lost considerably more than he's won (almost a 1:4 ratio).<p> </p><p> As for Heartbreak, all his stats suggest a guy who's extremely well balanced in his life. Accordingly, taking everything into account, I felt he was too professional/boring to reveal anything that he shouldn't. His momentum and morale are both very positive too so I just couldn't see him being naive enough to be saying anything foolish about his workplace. On an aside, only two of my whole roster have negative morale at the moment which I feel is good going for a bloated roster like mine.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Ah, that's too bad about Gregory. <p>Thistle Talk 017 – Saturday, Week 2 October, 2018</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/SNP_zpsc0w5yeji.jpg</span><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Thistle%20Talk_zps1o3itxgk.jpg</span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/GSW_zpsnunac1ug.jpg</span></p><p>

Grim SoCal Wrestling have been declared bankrupt and will no longer be in existence. The group were 6 years old this month but had always struggled to get their concept of Warehouse Hardcore over in large numbers, despite some profile outside of their Californian base in areas such as North West and Mid South in the US and even Northern Mexico. Ultimately they were squeezed out in the battle for survival in the South West, leaving CZCW, the two big women’s groups, QAW and AAA, and their most poisonous rivals IPW to continue the fight. SNP offers sincere commiserations to those involved.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Cobra Vs. Konrad Makinen w/Mark Carnie</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

All eyes will be on Makinen here to see if he can rally from the disappointment of suffering his first singles defeat in SNP against Riddick Jordan at Fighting Irish. Coming up just short in the attempt to capture the ultimate prize here in SNP would take the wind out of most people’s sails. Makinen has long been lauded as psychologically strong but that will be put to the test now. The always dangerous Cobra will provide the opposition at Invasion. He’s been bogged down in conflict with The Addams Family, first Jimmi and now Kalvin, for some time now and may view this match as a chance to return his focus to moving up the card and challenging for title again.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Augustus%20Bumblescoop_zpsqocofo9b.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Colin%20Picalo_zpsw29aqjfx.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Mark%20Carnie_zpst3cqf4as.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><p>

<strong>The Creepy Crawlies w/Mark Carnie Vs. Red Threat Vs. Wrath of Cain (</strong><strong><em>Number 1 Contenders Match for SNP Tag Team Title</em></strong><strong>)</strong></p><p>

The Inferno will be paying close attention to this one as the winners will face off against them at Slaughterhouse in late November. Of the three teams involved here, only Wrath of Cain made it through the Quarter-Final stage of the recent Tag Team tournament. This could make them favourites here, particularly given the very public hunger that Cain Carlile has for Tag Team gold. It would be foolish indeed though to dismiss either of the other pairings. The Creepy Crawlies have both experienced singles success and have been teaming together off and on for over a year now. There’s a feeling that if they prioritise the team they could make a real impact. Red Threat are an interesting case too. The menacing Maximum Destruction and the unpredictable Notorious F.R.E.A.K. have both experienced tag success in their careers. If they gel at all, it’ll take a damn good pair to take them down. This is a big chance for all of these teams.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Martin Heath Vs. Matthew Macks w/Kitty Katz Vs. Neville Jones (</strong><strong><em>Number 1 Contenders Match for SNP Dragon Lightweight Title</em></strong><strong>)</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Bali Daljit will be the chief observer in this one with his hard won Dragon Lightweight title firmly in the sights of whoever comes out on top. Heath, Macks and Jones are all previous holders of the strap and all three will believe they have what it takes here. Heath is still, understandably, aggrieved at the manner in which he lost the title, Macks is coming into this off the back of a stellar (albeit in defeat) showing against his one-time Tag Team partner Padraig O’Hearne. Neville Jones, to some observers at least, is the man who best represents the Dragon Lightweight ethos and all that it stands for. He’s still determined to be the first 3-time champion in this division.</p><p> </p><p>

We're still two weeks from Invasion 4, the last matches will be announced on Thistle Talk next week. Another edition of 'Questioning Kollopy' is also being slated.</p><p> </p><p>

Lenny Mochin Vs. Padraig O’Hearne Vs. Rohan Kirchner

The Ring of Fire will be raising a few eyebrows with this one with three of their membership colliding in this triple threat match. It’s been an impressive few months for both O’Hearne and the Tag Team champions The Inferno. Only time will tell if the bonds holding these three together, still quite new and fresh, will survive this collision. They’re all competitive guys and they’ll all want to come out on top in this one.

Questioning Kollopy

1. Now that you’ve had a few weeks to dwell on it, were you disappointed with Fighting Irish?

No, not at all. Overall I thought it was an extremely enjoyable show. The Main Event didn’t quite hit the heights we were hoping for, that’s no secret, but it wasn’t a bad match by any stretch. Sometimes, two very talented guys don’t click in quite the manner that you hope and even expect. There is nobody who could have watched that show and not been blown away by the O’Hearne/Macks match in particular. I’m proud to stand over it and I firmly believe that the SNP Army were satisfied with what was on offer too.

2. How close is SNP to breaking even or turning a profit? We hear that the company is still losing money month on month.

Look, we’re building towards something here. As I’ve said before, we have a decent cash reserve. I firmly believe that 12 months from now we’ll have improved our cash flow drastically and be in a position to really start looking towards new horizons.

3. Has there been any attempts made to enter into alliance with other promotions?

The short answer is no. I am open to the notion, it’s an idea I floated before. Mark Carnie is absolutely, dead set against the notion so, for now at least we’ll continue to plough our own lonely furrow. It’s no big deal, not something I think it’s worth falling out over.

Final Card for Invasion 4 (Predictions)

The Funke Bunch w/Holly Leves Vs. The Misfits w/Khloe

Comments: A coin toss, but I think Misfits are moving up while Funke Bunch are what they are.

Alessandro Caesar w/Khloe Vs. Liam Lutz

Comments: Caesar could be in line for a push.

Riddick Jordan & Vicious Circle Vs. The King’s Court

Comments: Just thinking that King's Court needs to get a win to get established, and CJ can take the fall.

Cobra Vs. Konrad Makinen w/Mark Carnie

Comments: Unless Konrad's push is cancelled, I can't see Cobra winning this one, despite putting on a valiant effort.

The Creepy Crawlies w/Mark Carnie Vs. Red Threat Vs. Wrath of Cain (Number 1 Contenders Match for SNP Tag Team Title)

Comments: I'm probably wrong here, but Red Threat can be a first match for the new tag champs while Cain feuds with the Crawlies to get more established.

Martin Heath Vs. Matthew Macks w/Kitty Katz Vs. Neville Jones (Number 1 Contenders Match for SNP Dragon Lightweight Title)

Comments: After Macks performance at the last event, I think he's earned a title shot.

Lenny Mochin Vs. Padraig O’Hearne Vs. Rohan Kirchner

Comments: O'Hearne train needs to keep chugging along, and I don't think there needs to be descension in COF yet.

Bonus Questions

1. Who will be joining Goldstein and Kollopy on announce duties? Bali Daljit I was going to say one of the Addams twins, but I figure the new champ can use some extra spotlight.

2. What will be the match of the night? Riddick Jordan & Vicious Circle Vs. The King’s Court Biggest stars in the company and I'm guessing it'll be the main event.

Final Card for Invasion 4 (Predictions)

The Funke Bunch w/Holly Leves Vs. The Misfits w/Khloe

Comments: Coin Flip, don't really feel very invested in either team to be honest.

Alessandro Caesar w/Khloe Vs. Liam Lutz

Comments: I don't really know much about Caesar, but I figure he has more potential than Lutz in the long term at least.

Riddick Jordan & Vicious Circle Vs. The King’s Court

Comments: New unit wins. Curtis Jenkins has never really impressed me in my own games.

Cobra Vs. Konrad Makinen w/Mark Carnie

Comments: Expect the Addams family to make their appearance.

The Creepy Crawlies w/Mark Carnie Vs. Red Threat Vs. Wrath of Cain (Number 1 Contenders Match for SNP Tag Team Title)

Comments: I'll take Wrath of Cain here, though I do like Red Threat.

Martin Heath Vs. Matthew Macks w/Kitty Katz Vs. Neville Jones (Number 1 Contenders Match for SNP Dragon Lightweight Title)

Comments: Don't think Heath will get a rematch so quick, and I don't want to pick the same thing as Wolf. :p

Lenny Mochin Vs. Padraig O’Hearne Vs. Rohan Kirchner

Comments: I haven't really seen enough out of Mochin or Kirchner to make me think they should win over O'Hearne

Bonus Questions

1. Who will be joining Goldstein and Kollopy on announce duties? (1 point, already on roster) Dwayne Dark

2. What will be the match of the night? (2 points)

Hard not to pick the Black Lions Vs. The King’s Court given the talent involved

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Alessandro%20Giordano_zpsveieixus.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Khloe_zpse3ulqitj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Liam%20Lutz_zpsfrgor73v.jpg</span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Alessandro Caesar w/Khloe Vs. Liam Lutz</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">Caesar makes the early running in this one against Liam Lutz whose ring rust is EXTREMELY obvious for all to see. There’s no real chemistry between the pair either and this competition is disjointed throughout. Caesar controls the bulk of the bout and looks to be comfortably in control as it progresses. After a savage looking powerslam Lutz is crawling desperately towards the corner while Caesar showboats to the crowd. For reasons only she knows Khloe jumps up onto the apron, seemingly to distract Lutz (who is dazed and confused as it is). Caesar demands to know what she’s doing while Lucy Avatar tries to get the manager to drop back down to the floor. In the midst of the distraction Liam Lutz rolls the big Italian up from behind to steal the victory at 8’29. Lutz, jubilant, quickly darts for the back. Khloe is deeply embarrassed and Alessandro Caesar is absolutely livid with his manager. They argue all the way to the back.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 21 (Winner, via pinfall, Liam Lutz)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Alessandro%20Giordano_zpsveieixus.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Khloe_zpse3ulqitj.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

The camera catches up with Caesar and Khloe backstage. Khloe is trying to apologise but Alessandro is having none of it, dismissing her protestations out of hand. Khloe insists that Caesar can bounce back and starts to tell him that her guidance will help him to… He snaps completely at this and tells her that she and he are done, now and forever. He wants nothing to do with her going forward. He adds that Kitty Katz was right about Khloe and that he’ll have to organise a meeting with her soon. This causes Khloe to lose her temper and screams at Caesar that he has nothing going for him anyway and that if it wasn’t for her he’d still be scraping out a career at indie shows around Europe. They both storm out in different directions.</p><p>

<strong>Angle Rating: 26</strong></p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Liz%20Sweetheart_zpsd7cmjonp.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Matthew%20Macks_zpstnycjywu.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Caesar’s exit takes him out past Lucy Sweetheart and Matthew Macks who are set up for an interview. Sweethearts asks for Macks’ take on his tussle with former Tag Team partner Padraig O’Hearne at Fighting Irish. Macks says that even though he lost the match he knows that it reminded a lot of people what he’s capable of against one of the very best in SNP. Macks adds that he realises himself that he lost focus and was in danger of just slipping into the crowd again but that he was already a two time former Tag Team champion and a former Dragon Lightweight champion to boot! Starting tonight, against men of the calibre of ‘Magic’ Martin Heath and ‘The Prince of Wales’ Neville Jones, Matthew Macks is going to start moving towards the heights that he should be at once more. “The Mack Attack is back!”</p><p>

<strong>Angle Rating: 26</strong></p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/SNP%20-%20Invasion_zpsqbeuhp3a.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>SNP Invasion 4</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Welcome, members of the SNP Army to Invasion, our annual crossing of the border into England! We have another night of unmissable action ahead of us that you won’t want to miss a moment of. I am ‘The Alchemist’ Jackie Goldstein and I’m joined at the announce desk tonight by Karma Kollopy and Laurel Wreath.</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Thank you Jackie. Tonight we have a show of real transition here in SNP. We have Triple Threat Number 1 contender matches for both the Tag Team and Dragon Lightweight titles. We have a massive 3-on-3 match between King of Scotland Riddick Jordan and Vicious Circle against the newly coalesced King’s Court group headed up by Hugh Echoes.</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> Yes, I’m excited to be here too. Let’s not forget also that three members of Circle of Fire are going to compete in what is being billed as friendly contest between allies. We’ll have to see how that plays out when the bell rings. Konrad Makinen will also be trying to bounce back from his first defeat last time out in a match against the always dangerous Cobra! Also, speaking for myself, I’m on the hunt for some potential clients.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Ah yes, I’d almost forgotten that you’ve managed to lose all your clients. Tough break my dear, tough break… who knew that Meathead McAullie was bright enough to see through you.</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> Drop. Dead. Bronzestein.</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Let’s try and keep it civil for the first couple of matches at least guys. Let’s all just pay attention to the nice lady coming down to ringside with some t-shirts.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Kitty%20Katz_zpsbcbejke8.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Kitty Katz has done this many times before. There’s nothing new about her routine, it’s the same intoxicating performance as she fires free t-shirts into the assembled crowd. Like always… the crowd are noisily appreciative of her undoubted style and sex appeal.</p><p>

<strong>Angle Rating: 64</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> It doesn’t matter where we are, Scotland, Ireland or here in the North of England. Kitty Katz is HOT!</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> No argument from me there.</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> Put your tongues back boys, there’s a real woman sitting right here with you too!</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Davey%20London_zps1hrar2nu.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Davey%20Celtic_zpsruyzmqkl.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Holly%20Leves_zpsj5ms7ygs.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

The Funke Bunch’s entrance music begins to play and they’re a good-natured cheer from the SNP Army in anticipation of the duo dancing maniacally to the ring. Unusually however, Finn and Flash are all business, striding purposefully to the ring with manager Holly Leves in tow. They demand (and are given) microphones.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Flash Funke:</strong> CUT THE MUSIC! We have something to say to you people and you are going to listen.</p><p>

<strong>Finn Funke:</strong> Holly Leves has opened our eyes. Flash and I have been together for a long time and we have achieved more than any other Tag Team in this place. We are two time SNP Tag Team champions. Even more impressive than that, we are also two time 21CW Tag Team Champions. We deserve to be treated with respect. Instead we’re viewed as a joke, a dancing pair of fools who shouldn’t be taken seriously.</p><p>

<strong>Flash Funke:</strong> NO MORE! You people are going to give us the respect we deserve. No more nonsense. We are the best tag team in wrestling and we’re not going to pander to idiots anymore.</p><p>

<strong>Finn Funke:</strong> We shouldn’t be dragging our heels in go nowhere feuds with wannabes like The Misfits. That ends tonight! The whole Tag Team division is being put on notice. The Funke Bunch are back and this time it’s serious!</p><p>

<strong>Angle Rating: 32</strong></p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Davey%20London_zps1hrar2nu.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Davey%20Celtic_zpsruyzmqkl.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Holly%20Leves_zpsj5ms7ygs.jpg</span><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span></p><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Leighton%20Buzzard_zpsd0xiiqbc.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Jeremy%20Allen_zpskhlryiir.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Khloe_zpse3ulqitj.jpg</span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>The Funke Bunch w/Holly Leves Vs. The Misfits w/Khloe</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">From the bell, The Bunch are sharp and focused like we’ve never seen. By contrast, The Misfits seem slightly all over the place. Khloe is distracted (presumably by the debacle with Alessandro Caesar on the preshow), Phil Bridge (last seen running in to help Bali Daljit become SNP Dragon Lightweight champion) is ranting about how he is the Evolution from the Ashes and The Pulveriser seems frustrated by all that’s going on around him. Early on The Misfits channel their chaos productively and the match is even and well contested. As it wears however Flash and Finn bring their experience to bear. At 7’44 The Funke Bunch emerge victorious with Flash pinning The Pulveriser after The Sick Beat. The Bunch will aim to move onto bigger things while Khloe’s Kastoffs seem to be at crisis point.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 40 (The Funke Bunch win, via pinfall)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> A whole new side to The Funke Bunch has been revealed to us right here. Holly Leves looks to have her clients looking at things a little differently. It would take a brave man to discount them now!</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Credit has got to go where credit is due and there was a confidence and a surety to The Bunch there that we haven’t seen in quite some time. I’m looking forward to seeing how things go from here for them. The Misfits on the other hand… there seems to be disarray in Khloe’s camp right now.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein: </strong>That must please you a bit Laurel? To realise that you’re not the only manager making a complete mess of things at the moment.</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> I swear to God Jackie, I will come over there and tear your tongue out if I have to…</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Park that thought for now, we’re gonna have plenty of action in the ring with this Triple Threat match to determine the number one contender for Bali Daljit’s Dragon Lightweight title.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Martin%20Heath_zpsnwdz7ild.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Matthew%20Macks_zpstnycjywu.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Kitty%20Katz_zpsbcbejke8.jpg</span><p>

<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Neville%20Jones_zpscprg3ctu.jpg</span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Martin Heath Vs. Matthew Macks w/Kitty Katz Vs. Neville Jones (Triple Threat Number One Contender’s Match for Dragon Lightweight title)</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">To the surprise of nobody this one is full of high spots as all three men try and outdo each other in search of a big enough move to end this contest in their favour. Heath, recently deposed by Daljit, scores big with a missile dropkick that takes both men down. A springboard elbow sees Macks come within a heartbeat of putting Jones aside. Macks, ably supported from ringside by Kitty Katz, continues his fine form from last time out. Jones, by contrast, is a little disappointing, despite taking the bump of the bout with a twisting vault over the rope to the floor that sees him crash through a section of the barrier designed to separate the combatants from the SNP Army. With Jones left for dead outside, Heath and Macks exchange a dizzying combination of escapes and holds. The stakes are high but the reward for the high risk strategy is paid out to Macks when he ducks under a clothesline attempt, comes back off the ropes and hits Red Lightening. He picks up the win (and the promised title match) at 11’07.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 38 (Winner, via pinfall, Matthew Macks)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> ‘The Irish Daredevil’ is on a roll it would appear. Tonight was a reminder of just what he can do.</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> I’ve never doubted that Matthew Macks possesses all the attributes necessary to compete at the highest level. He seems more driven now and there’s a belief in himself that maybe wasn’t there before.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein: </strong>What are you scribbling over there Laurel? A letter of resignation or have you spotted somebody worth begging to give you a shot?</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> So help me, I’m going to stab him in the face with their pen…</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Perhaps a better use of your time would be scouting the competitors in our next match. Maybe Max D will have you back?</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Augustus%20Bumblescoop_zpsqocofo9b.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Colin%20Picalo_zpsw29aqjfx.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Mark%20Carnie_zpst3cqf4as.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>The Creepy Crawlies w/Mark Carnie Vs. Red Threat Vs. Wrath of Cain</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">Lucy Avatar has her work cut out here with a fast pace set throughout. Notorious F.R.E.A.K. can’t really keep up and Cain Carlile is badly off form too. Maximum Destruction and Colin Picalo are decent (if unspectacular) and it’s left to Augustus Bumblescoop and, particularly, Gavin Wrath to bring a level of finesse to proceedings. There are near falls. Picalo seems to be in the cusp of putting F.R.E.A.K. to the sword only for Max D to yank him bodily from his pin attempt. Similarly Bumblescoop rolls up Carlile after a Mark Carnie Distraction only for Carlile to kick out right at the very death, a mere instant before Lucy Avatar can make the final beat of the 3 count. The Creepy Crawlies control is derailed however when they collide with each other when Cain Carlile moves out of the way when they’re attempting to squash him in the middle of the ring. Max D tags himself in, to the chagrin of Carlile, whom he promptly tosses over the rope to the floor. Wrath and F.R.E.A.K. are tussling outside already. Max D boots Colin Picalo to the face and hits Augustus Bumblescoop with a hanging powerslam. It’s been absolute Mayhem throughout but Maximum Destruction scores the pin at 8’36 to secure that title shot against The Inferno for Red Threat.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 37 (Winner, via pinfall, Red Threat)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Well, well, well. Red Threat are starting to make waves. The Inferno will have been watching that one with interest.</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> It’s a genuine statement of intent from them. That was an absolute battlefield and, I can only speak for myself, I was very, very impressed! All of these teams have got plenty going on. Red Threat deserved winners though, Maximum Destruction is starting to show the menace that we know he can when his head is in the game.</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> Yeah…</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> He might take you back Laurel, if you let him smash your head in with a chair like you did his!</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Konrad Makinen is backstage now preparing to share some thoughts with you.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Konrad%20Maumlkinen_zpswvm8melp.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Makinen is striding backwards and forwards, like a caged animal, pent up frustration in every step. He stops, turns to face the camera and delivers his address,</p><p> </p><p>

<em>“A lot of people were pleased to see me lose against Riddick Jordan at Fighting Irish. People who will never have even one half of my talent. People who want to see me fail because it’s softens their own failures. I lost to Riddick Jordan. I can live with that. Adversity is a part of life and, on that moment, on that day, I came up short. It happens. I will learn, I will improve, I will be back and I will be champion. I am still the most talented man here, I am still ‘The Prodigy’ and there is nothing that will stop me from fulfilling my destiny. Setbacks may knock lesser men but not me. I am too good to fail, you can bet on that. My recovery starts tonight. Cobra is a talented man, plenty of ability, a good head, plenty of intuition. Tonight, he is merely a step on my ladder.”</em></p><p> </p><p>

He strides out of shot and towards the ring.</p><p>

<strong>Angle Rating: 41</strong></p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Cobra_zpskrzxuezi.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Konrad%20Maumlkinen_zpswvm8melp.jpg</span> w/<span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Mark%20Carnie_zpst3cqf4as.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Cobra Vs. Konrad Makinen w/Mark Carnie</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">Makinen starts at full tilt, clearly intending to put his defeat at Fighting Irish behind him as quickly as possible. The rangy, cagey Cobra defends well however, rolling out of the ring and taking solace with his pet snake Avarice to buy himself some time. Mark Carnie, as we know by now, wants nothing to do with the reptile and Makinen keeps his distance too. Eventually Cobra does enter the ring again and the pair lock up and return to battle. Both men scrap gamely and attempt to take control but this is a splendid contest of counters and defensive excellence. Cobra lands a hard slap, knees Makinen in the stomach and drops him with a DDT. The Finn kicks out on 2 though. Cobra circles, looking for another opportunity to strike only to be blindsided by Kalvin Addams. Jimmi Addams, still on crutches, encourages his brother from the floor. Lucy Avatar DQs Makinen for the attack.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 40 (Winner, via DQ, Cobra)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Cobra_zpskrzxuezi.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Konrad%20Maumlkinen_zpswvm8melp.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Jimmi%20Addams_zpsnk8qnwtp.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Kalvin%20Addams_zpsyibjyrww.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

Kalvin Addams pummels Cobra to the canvas, hitting him with stiff blows to the body while brother Jimmi looks on approvingly. Konrad Makinen staggers back to his feet, shaking his head to clear the cobwebs. His face darkens as he realises that he’s lost the match. With a scowl, he shapes up for his Stockholm Syndrome Superkick and takes Kalvin Addams right on the chin. Addams is spread-eagled on the mat. Jimmi Addams brandishes one club as a weapon and makes shapes towards getting into the ring but when Cobra slides towards him with Avarice the injured Addams frantically hops back towards the dressing rooms. Makinen offers Cobra a hand and pulls him back to his feet as the Snake-man’s music plays.</p><p>

<strong>Angle Rating: 9??? (Yes, 9! I can’t explain it)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Pandemonium in the ring. The Addams twins, a frustrated Finn, one man and his snake! I’m not even sure what to take from that.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Well here’s the Cliff notes. The Addams boys are still gunning for Cobra, Makinen could now justifiably be accused of being on a losing streak and that snake is still extremely creepy.</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> Some of those people could probably do with some representation. I might have a word…</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Yes, desperation can make a man do strange things I suppose.</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Jackie, will you please leave the girl alone? Just focus on the ring and the next match and all will be well. 3/4s of Circle of Fire going head to head. I’m looking forward to this one guys, I think it could be a classic.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Lenny%20Mochin_zpsdym6hscd.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Padraig%20OHearne_zpsj1a9kjrs.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Versus_zpsola8jkdj.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Rohan%20Kirchner_zpswdtdpytg.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Lenny Mochin Vs. Padraig O’Hearne Vs. Rohan Kirchner</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">The three members of Circle of Fire make their way to the ring together. They bring their hands together and then apart in their patented Circle of Fire gesture. Lucy Avatar calls for the bell and we’re underway! Allies or not, there’s no doubting that all three of these guys want to win and, accordingly, give their all. The pace is frantic from the outset with Kirchner and Mochin, the Tag Team champions, working together against O’Hearne. This teamwork lasts until O’Hearne is suitably softened up for a cover attempt, at which point Mochin tosses Kirchner over the top rope to the floor and goes for the pin. O’Hearne kicks out and we continue. Lenny Mochin attempts a powerbomb only for O’Hearne to slide free and rock his team-mate with a stiff forearm to the jaw. Kirchner makes his way back in and battle is joined once more. The bout continues to be an even contest with all three contributing. O’Hearne is comfortably the star though. He hammers Kirchner with a beautiful vertical suplex and almost knocks Mochin out completely with a Pele kick. The Inferno regroup though and take control again. With O’Hearne grounded, Kirchner goes up top with the most vicious of intentions clearly on his mind. Mochin, ever somewhat mercenary, attempts to shove him backwards to the floor. Kirchner holds on for dear life and is rescued from the most unlikely source when O’Hearne enters the fray again, hitting Mochin with a splendid belly-to-back suplex. Kirchner is still dazed though and O’Hearne is back to his feet quickly, scrambling to the middle turnbuckle and leaping up to catch Rohan Kirchner with a Frankensteiner. At 11’51, Padraig O’Hearne picks up the win after covering Kirchner. The three men end the match as it began, bumping fists and giving the audience the COF hand signals.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 48 (Winner, via pinfall, Padraig O’Hearne)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Padraig O’Hearne’s star just keep on shining brighter. The Circle of Fire are clearly all on the same page and nobody is going to be able to write them off. Ahead of our main event tonight, it’s a timely reminder of the potential in Circle of Fire.</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> They haven’t gone away you know! Really talented guys, really driven, really focused. The Circle of Fire are a match for absolutely anybody. The King’s Court, Carnie’s Angels, The Black Lions… the war for SNP is still ongoing.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> I presume that you won’t be handing your managerial CV to COF Laurel? All jokes aside… I’m not sure that you meet the criteria.</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> Yeah, I’ve identified some targets. I think it’s fair to say that COF are not really in the market for a manager right now.</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy: </strong>Well before you put your scouting notebook away we’ve got a main event to get through.</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> Far be it for me to put words (or anything else!) into the lady’s mouth but I’m pretty sure that Meathead McAullie and, by extension, the entire King’s Court, are not on Laurel’s Christmas Card or Potential Client Lists!</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> Like a stopped clock, even Jackie Boy is right twice a day!</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Riddick%20Jordan_zps0ttcjipk.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Alton%20Vicious_zpshhz1lbr8.jpg</span><span>http://i1383.photobucket.com/albums/ah283/DarEatWorld/Curtis%20Jenkins_zpssudjylu4.jpg</span><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>The Black Lions (Riddick Jordan & Vicious Circle) Vs. The King’s Court</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;">Hugh Echoes and his colleagues start this one quickly, isolating Alton Vicious and making a lot of quick tags and inflicting a lot of punishment. Vicious is endurable though and eventually fights his way back to his corner. We get a tantalising, all too brief skirmish between Hugh Echoes and the SNP King of Scotland Riddick Jordan (or, as Echoes loudly denounces him, “the usurper”. Our enjoyment of this pair coming together is short-lived though as Lucy Avatar struggles to retain control and we wind up with all six men in the ring going at it. By the time normalcy is restored we have Jenkins and Heartbreak in the ring with the newest member of The Black Lions bossing. Heartbreak blocks, and then reverses, a suplex attempt before crawling to the corner and tagging in Meathead McAullie. The big Scot cleans house, taking all three of his opponents down one at a time and bellowing his triumph. There’s another mass brawl but as this one ends McAullie tosses Curtis Jenkins into the ropes and almost beheads him with a huge boot to the face. He doesn’t even bother to hook the leg, he doesn’t have to. This one is over at 11’42.</span></p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: 51 (Winner, via pinfall, The King’s Court)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> A HUGE win for The King’s Court. Hugh Echoes has returned and he has some very, very capable people in his stable.</p><p>

<strong>Karma Kollopy:</strong> Men like Meathead McAullie. The first King of Scotland setting out a real statement of intent in this one. The guy can go and he is not by nature the kind of individual who is happy to sit in the background. He’s got pedigree, he’s got momentum, he’s got it all!</p><p>

<strong>Laurel Wreath:</strong> He doesn’t have the manager he could have had…</p><p>

<strong>Jackie Goldstein:</strong> He has all that he needs Laurel, he has all that he needs. We’re about out of time here people. Thank you as always for your support, we look forward to seeing you all back home in The Chaos Arena for our next show. After tonight… I’m excited to see where we go from here. It’s SNP, it’s unpredictable, it’s gonna be one hell of a ride. I’m Jackie Goldstein and it’s been another special night for us.</p><p>

Problems with my internet connection at home delaying my next edition of Thistle Talk though it is already written (this short message is coming to you from my work computer).

I will share this much with you all... a roster member has just signed a Written contract elsewhere... who could it be?

<strong>Riddick Jordan © Vs. Meathead McAullie (</strong><strong><em>SNP King of Scotland title match</em></strong><strong>)</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

The expectation is that there will be a stipulation added to this one closer to the time (given the ground and pound nature of both combatants). ‘The Dude’ Riddick Jordan has looked good since becoming champion for the second time but he may be facing his biggest challenge yet against Meathead McAullie. ‘The MVP of SNP’ is always a difficult proposition and has been having an interesting time of it of late. McAullie has been building momentum but amidst the swirling rumours about the disappearance of McAullie’s ally Hugh Echoes it remains to be seen what sort of state of mind McAullie will turn up for this one in 3 weeks from today. Against Jordan, noted for his ability to stay cool under pressure, McAullie will have to keep his eyes on the prize.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>The Inferno © Vs. Red Threat (</strong><strong><em>SNP Tag Team title match</em></strong><strong>)</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

Red Threat earned this match after coming through a gruelling Triple Threat match at Invasion 4. The Tag Team division has been growing ever more prestigious here in SNP, to the extent that the titles are now held in as much regard as the King of Scotland strap. The Inferno, the Circle of Fire duo of Lenny Mochin and Rohan Kirchner, will be in no rush to surrender their position at the top of the pile. Preparing for opponents as erratic and unpredictable as Maximum Destruction and Notorious F.R.E.A.K. however… this promises to be a fascinating clash.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Bali Daljit © Vs. Matthew Macks w/Kitty Katz (</strong><strong><em>SNP Dragon Lightweight title match</em></strong><strong>)</strong></p></div><p></p><p>

It has taken some time but Bali Daljit has finally proven that he can back up his audacious summations of his own ability. The aspiring Circle of Fire member is aiming for a long run with the Dragon Lightweight title. Matthew Macks, for his part, has been putting on inspiring performances of late and is hungry to prove that he can thrive on his own in SNP, away from the partnership of Padraig O’Hearne.</p><p> </p><p>
