Their attendance was down 63 percent from the year before, Starrcade 99 did the lowest buyrate in company history, Souled Out BARELY did better than that and the next three out of four months continuously set record low buyrates for the company. TV ratings fell on average 25% from 99 to 00. I have an Observer subscription, I have every Observer from 84 until current day. I have every A, B and C show from WCW, WWF, and ECW from about 84 on. So if you need help or have a question I would gladly help out. I hope you take your time with this, research it and in the case with Kenny don't be afraid to reach out and get someone else to HELP you research. I know your threads have created a lot of....interest shall we say and if you recall I was one of the first guys to say "hey this guy should be encouraged" and I stand by that. Anything I can do help and I know that if you ask other modders about their prep, or modding philosophies or research they would gladly have a conversation with you about it. Unless you made their guys have unrealistic low popularity,their shows could easily hit B- to B+ ratings,at least.They would gain popularity,even if you set Vince Russo's Booking Skill to 0.In the game,if I put Hogan vs Sting in a match it'd get at least a B rating.In the real world,however,it'd probably suck(I think we all know how bad WCW was at the time),and if this was the ME of a show,WCW'd lose popularity. That's the single thing wich I think should be adressed in the game for mods at this point in time to be more realistic - I just don't know how. Altough I do like the fact that historical mods don't always folow history,as I already mentioned in the Mod squad thread,I don't believe there was a way for WCW to turn the ship around back then - other than firing probably all of their booking team or something like that.But it would have no effect in TEW. Might I suggest waiting to release a beta until you feel as if you're 100 percent completed so that any errors that are brought to your attention aren't things you already were aware needed fixing?
