According to Wikipedia, only the UK and European versions of TNT aired Nitro. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/confused.png.d4a8e6b6eab0c67698b911fb041c0ed1.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

http://rspw.org/tidbits/ its a archived site with dirt sheets dating back to 1990. Its awesome for getting a feel for playing historical mods (and just to read in general) has all the intended cards, ppvs and ofcourse the backstage news and rumours at the time. Currently reading all of 1995 to get a good feel for the year in anticipation for the release of mod.

Once again thanks for sharing this. The author's biased opinions put aside, it's a pretty interesting read. :)

I have been modding TEW for ~8 years, beginning with TEW 2010. I love wrestling, I have loved the games and I have loved - in spite of much hardwork and frustration now and then - modding.

But less than a week ago, Adam Ryland created a public poll asking whether people were in favor of removing the following modding rule (pinned to this subforum):

If you want to use someone else's work, ask first. Most people are perfectly happy to let others use their work as long as they get credit, but please ask permission first rather than just assuming. If you use someone else's work without asking first, they are perfectly entitled to request that it be removed.

Unsurprisingly, the majority were in favor of a change (just as I'm sure the majority of Netflix users would be in favor in a poll asking whether they should get their súbscriptions for free). Some opposition arose, however, and Ryland shelved the proposition for now. His final words, before closing the thread, did make me believe that he still plans on imposing the rules, but will simply wait untill after people actually release their mods.

Back when TEW 2016 was first released, on one of the very first days, some guy converted my TEW 2013 1995 and released it as his own, even using the exact same name and exact same flavor text describing the mod. Under the current rules, this was fortunately shut down very fast. But with Ryland's proposed/planned change, a similar scenario would be acceptable. Which, to me, would be unacceptable.

Therefore, unless Ryland gives assurance to us modders that the rule change will not be implemented, I will not be releasing (or re-uploading) any more versions of my mods for neither 2016 nor 2020. This includes, but is not limited to, my July 1994 mod, my January 1995 mod and my September 1995 mod.

I know there are those who does not understand or agree with my viewpoint, and that's fine. We're all entitled to our opinions. But I kindly ask that people will refrain from turning this thread into another flame war, like what happened to the Mod Squad thread. I merely wanted to offer an explanation, I do not intend to re-start an argument.

Thank you for reading - and my apologies to those enjoying my mods.

I'll add direct links to the first posts of my mod threads later.

But I certainly don't expect to be done with modding anytime soon.
