I love how the backstage has changed and the game is much much better, however there are a couple of things that I think could possibly be improved (maybe in an update)

1. Once someone falls out with the user character there is no way to change this relationship. For example me and shawn Michael have a strong dislike relationship (in 2000) on the MA mod. He has a couple of years on his contract, but I know he won't re-sign now, even if/when WCW goes out of business, he will not stay on because he doesn't like me? But I want him to stay and there's no way to change this.

2. Rifts. I think is good and quite realistic that people cause rifts, however it seems like Shawn Michaels and triple H in my game have the ability to get the whole locker room against a certain person, should people with good personalities (as many as happen in my game) actually start to dislike other people because of these rifts? I have almost the whole locker room (in 3 years worth of play against

(On of these were caused by warrior when I stupidly signed him for a few month)

These are the ones I hate most, since I have no idea what I should do with them short of getting rid of them.

Normally, if a worker is unhappy because I'm not booking them well, or under-pushing them, or got injured, I'm quite willing to do things to please them, like giving bonuses and time off.

But workers who get upset because they injure someone else.....I don't know what to do with them. I don't think they should be rewarded for doing something wrong. They sure as hell ain't getting a bonus from me for screwing up!

I can understand having to deal with upset workers because they get injured, but not the other way round. What makes it worse is that I've experienced this twice, and on both occasion the guy who screwed up is more angry than the guy who actually got injured.

I used positive meddling to get rid of the tension between them, and I made the injured guy happy by giving him paid time off. The other guy is still being a pain though. What's more, his bad morale seem to have turned him into a troublemaker, and he went and picked a fight with my Figurehead. And got his ass handed to him.

I fined him for it, which only upset him more. On the bright side my Figurehead and the guy who was injured by him got morale boosts from what I did. :p

THIS.

The struggle is real! I hate the injury ones.

In my game Zach Ryder hurt Dolph Ziggler, and 2 months later, after Dolph has received damn near 20k in bonus money, he is still "minor upset" while zach is major. Same with Heath Slater and Kalisto (btw, both Dolph and Kalisto were out less than 2 days) haha. and the Mr. McMahon THE OWNER, is pissed because I haven't used his character on Raw and Smackdown enough. lol. So i made him Shemus' manager who he's making me push for a year just to shut him up.

I have a hard time getting rid of morale issues when they work with drugged people. I've made the mistake of putting people with drug problems in multi-person matches after months of them not having any issues, which causes every one else in the match to get angry. It has taken me months sometimes to recover my backstage.

In my 1987 game I also decided to put fresh out of rehab Buzz Sawyer up against Randy Savage. Somehow, I got 3 incidents in the same match (2 with painkillers, one with hard drugs... a lot of good rehab did). This made Randy Savage infuriated, and I've been trying to restore his morale since then, with little success.

I'm gonna be honest and say that while the backstage stuff that was added was good as it adds some more layers to the game, it's still not really the backstage experienced I hoped for. It's a game and sure, we need things to overcome, but most of the things introduced are either negative in majority or simply extremely hard to counter, if at all possible. I don't think all locker rooms are so WCWesque to manage. :D As I said, the changes are welcomed, but they probably won't fulfill all their potential until we can do more than just having to deal with punishments. I hope to see us one day having to deal with more choices, more dilemmas, the possibility of forming our own cliques and groups backstage, having workers trust or not trust us, thus affecting what they will be willing to do, or how far they will go for us, or not go at all, etc.
