Silent_Thunder
So, I could've sworn there was a version of one of the various letter grade cosmetic mods where the letters only had the range of numbers the letter represented above them, so if you know a worker had B- skills, the icon would say B- with 72-76 above it. I know there are plenty where if you know the exact number the letter it represented would also be shown, but I'm looking for something that also had the opposite. Anyone remember if this was a thing that existed? I've searched all over here, the 2013 forum, and the 2010/earlier forum and can't find anything, so maybe I'm just crazy? And if so, I probably will go and make it myself and post it.

Silent_Thunder
No, what I mean is on the fog of war letters, it had what the range of grades was listed. I went and did it myself anyway, currently at B+, so I'll just post mine in an hour or so lol.
Silent_Thunder
<p>Ok here it is. As with most letter grade mods, we've technically gone down 1 point for each letter since .1 is considered to be at the next level. The idea is just to give a mental idea of where letter grades fall for those slightly less familiar with them like myself. This was more meant for personal use, so it's not exactly a looker.</p><p> </p><p> Only includes letter and number grades. The deeper fog of war ones, aren't done up, although if someone knows what the exact ranges of those are I'll try to make them. Either way place in skins/skinname/graphics.</p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i.imgur.com/T75F9ud.png</span></p><p> <span>http://i.imgur.com/09e1W3D.png</span></p><p> </p><p> But still, if anyone knows of something like the above that's less, well crap, I'd really appreciate it.</p><p><a href="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=3174" data-fileid="3174" data-fileext="zip" rel="">Graphics.zip</a></p>Graphics.zip

It was my personal mod since 2005 (although it used the regular boring letters from the base game at first), since I always pasted the grade ranges in the in-game notepad to remember what they were, but you couldn't always access the notepad from every screen.</p><p> </p><p> So I made this. Don't know why I kept it to myself, in retrospect. If I had released it back then, it would've been a groundbreaking mod, but I only released it publicly in early 2014 I believe, so by then numbered ratings were already a thing, most people just shrugged and my mod quickly faded away into obscurity.</p>

This is awesome, am I right in remembering another poster had made a grading system with a bar? i.e it was coloured from red, orange and up to green showing a rating out of ten? Its hard to explain, kinda like a health bar but grades.

Or something like it anyways.</p><p> </p><p> Also as to the ingame notepad, I don't use it. Far too clunky IMHO. I just have a scratchpad folder in Documents with .txts for each save and I use Notepad++ for my notes.</p>
