The undefeated streak stayed intact as Chuck Taylor pulled off a miraculous win via a roll-up in 13:58 and advanced to the semifinals. After the match, Super Dragon continually beat down Chuckie T, leaving him beaten and battered prior to the semifinals. As he went for the curb stomp, Rick Knox tackled him and sent him to the back. He was hungry from the get go, but so was Roddy. Once again, a Roderick Strong match turned into a brawl. All over the hall, these two bounced off of everything but Cody reversed a Sick Kick into a Calf Killer and made Roddy tap! The match lasted 16:43. Strong was absolutely furious and didn’t know what to do! Unfortunately, this affected Sabre more, he just didn’t have the stamina to keep Ricochet in the positions that Sabre usually controls a match with. Ricochet couldn’t get up to the top rope quick enough without Zack pulling him down hard, so Ricochet had to resort to the Benadryller and won the match in 15:42. Afterwards, Ricochet stood over Zack and signaled the belt around his waist, then said if he doesn’t win the finals he’s still gonna win that belt.</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Winner: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Ricochet</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Rating: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Finish: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Benadryller</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p> </div></p><p> </p><p> <div style=" border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><span>http://i.imgur.com/lzA7bdI.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/IHUA2cP.png?1</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/LBwI4dK.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Adam Cole</strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> [vs] </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Chuck Taylor</strong></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> While Chuckie T is undefeated for a very long stretch, he clearly wasn’t in his right mind after the Super Dragon beat down. Omega won in 2009, Adam Cole in 2012, and Ricochet in 2014. All three of these men were tired so it wasn’t anybody’s best performance, but they all left it 100% out there. Omega was determined to have the greatest year in wrestling history so he went all out, but it backfired once his legs gave out on a Croyt’s Wrath attempt to Ricochet. He dropped Ricochet and Adam Cole came in with a superkick to Omega, then pinned him in 19:36. Something changed. Nick and Matt have been with me the whole time and they've seen I'm the best in the world. And for a period of time, all of you thought that too. But then I had to leave PWG for a year and people started referring to me as the future of wrestling again. Because apparently, you can't be the present of wrestling when you work for PWG and Ring of Honor! You need to go to Monday Nights to be THE GUY in wrestling. Well everyone who says that, you can suck my dick! I am the first two time winner of this tournament, I am the present of wrestling, nobody else has ever done what I have. I am putting independent wrestling on the map and proving that you don't need a machine to make you something. When people ask you who the best wrestler in the world is, who the present of wrestling is, I want everyone in the crowd to yell ADAM COLE BAYBAY and not think twice. I took out Jay Lethal, I beat 23 men this weekend... So you could say these two are a natural fit. They both got a nice win in the Battle of Los Angeles so they have a little momentum, and they’re both in the same spot of the card but got there differently. Trent? has gotten here after a lot of build, a lot of matches and a lot of sweat. Cobb has gotten here after impressing immediately upon his debut. It will be interesting to see if Everett is rendered useless again and if the match is left up to Dalton Castle and Trevor Lee but hopefully we have an even bout here. These two had a great, fast-paced match and Sydal pulled it out in the end with a Shooting Star Press after 12 minutes. Kamaitachi is starting to get really over with the crowd and it’s noticeable. After tensions came to a head at BOLA, these two duked it out in a somewhat long, but great match. Marty outsmarted Hero at every turn, making the seasoned veteran clueless as to what to do. Scurll finally won the match with a chicken wing at the 18-minute mark. The self-proclaimed Indie King is on a bit of a skid and visibly frustrated. After the match, Marty reached out to shake Hero’s hand. When Hero reached out, Scurll spit in his face and Hero retaliated quickly with a spinning elbow. These two aren’t done yet.</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Winner: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Marty Scurll</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Rating: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> 65</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Finish: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Chicken Wing</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p> </div></p><p> </p><p> <div style=" border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><span>http://i.imgur.com/L0MuPmR.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/IHUA2cP.png?1</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/UeDE1cW.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Cody Rhodes</strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> [vs] </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Will Ospreay</strong></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> The future of wrestling had perhaps his toughest test yet against Cody Rhodes, who came in strong at BOLA with a great first performance. Unfortunately, these two didn’t seem to click very well and while they each got their stuff in, the crowd struggled to get into it. The ending was something out of a comic book though, Ospreay went for his super spinny kick on the ground move, but Rhodes caught it into a Cross Rhodes. If Ospreay is looking to keep up with Scurll and Sabre in PWG, he needs to do better than this. On the other hand, Cody continues to build momentum towards the top.</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Winner: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Cody Rhodes</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Rating: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> 60</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Finish: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Cross Rhodes</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p> </div></p><p> </p><p> <div style=" border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><span>http://i.imgur.com/oTWnVr5.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/IHUA2cP.png?1</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/7nDZLPm.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Trent?</strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> [vs] </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Jeff Cobb</strong></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> The bump machine Trent? faced up against the bump giver Jeff Cobb. Trent? won by roll-up when Cobb went for a powerbomb on the top rope just past the 16 minute mark.</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Winner: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Trent?</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Rating: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> 57</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Finish: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Roll-Up</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p> </div></p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i.imgur.com/2jLXpVY.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/AbCVvkJ.jpg</span><p> <strong>Excalibur:</strong> And for the last stretch of the night, my always heroic guest, Chris Hero.</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> <div style=" border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><span>http://i.imgur.com/ugMBgCB.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/hp9OUvc.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/lzA7bdI.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/IHUA2cP.png?1</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/pjw79Fr.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/8RLBnbC.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/NUKEt72.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Mount Rushmore 2.0</strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> [vs] </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Dalton Castle, Trevor Lee and Andrew Everett</strong></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> These 6 had a bigtime run in during Night 1 of BOLA, and the bad blood carried over. Everett seemed scared of Dragon, but Trevor Lee took it directly to him. Castle and Strong spent a lot of time fighting around the outside. Trevor Lee’s determination to give payback to Super Dragon over the repeated curb stomps to his tag partner were his undoing though. Lee didn’t see Cole tag in and got blindsided by a Superkick around the 14 minute mark. After the match, Adam Cole made the belt motion while Dragon stared down the other team and Roderick Strong sat in the corner.</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Winner: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Adam Cole</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Rating: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> 61</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Finish: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Superkick</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p> </div></p><p> </p><p> <div style=" border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><span>http://i.imgur.com/vsIxNBv.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/MP1Kidf.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/bLkdlZB.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/IQumcQB.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/ujNNmLU.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>The Young Bucks</strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> [vs] </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Los Gueros del Cielo</strong></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Angelico made his big return to PWG to get a rematch against the Young Bucks, and it was as hectic as one might imagine. Ricochet stepped up to the plate and brought out a performance that we hadn’t seen in a while but Zack Sabre showed he’s still the best in the company by controlling the pace and not letting Ricochet get going. About half-way through, Ricochet broke free and started getting going. The crowd started dueling “Ric-o-chet” “ZACK” chants and it got going really loud until Sabre caught a 630 attempt into a guillotine choke at 21 minutes. The triumphant return of the Super Smash Bros is here! Also Kyle O’Reilly’s first appearance since July because of injuries and Fish’s first appearance since March plus the rare Bobby Fish appearance. There’s no doubt the crowd will be 100% excited to see this, and as an opener, there’s no better way to get the crowd going.</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

JT Dunn is making his first appearance in a few months, once again teaming with Chris Hero! And Kenny Omega will be teaming with Kota Ibushi here in Kota’s PWG debut. Omega heard about the Buck’s challenge and decided to stop by to join the competition with his friends. This is very likely the last we see of Kenny in PWG for a very long time, and what better way to go out than winning with his best partner, Kota Ibushi. Who knows… maybe with a title win they’ll stick around? But don’t discredit Death By Elbow. They have proven to be extremely dangerous each time in PWG, and Chris Hero is an all time great so he can not be taken lately.</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

</div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>~DDT4 Round 1~</strong></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Last time these two faced off in PWG, the Meltzer Driver was born. This time, the tag titles are on the line and a spot in the DDT4 semifinals. The Addiction doesn’t stop into PWG very much, but with their heated ROH rivalry going on, they had to come and try to put a stop to the Young Bucks long title reign. They have a chance to do it in the first round, so the question is… Can they?</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

</div></div><p></p><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

</div><p>

</div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Mount Rushmore 2.0</strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> [vs] </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Eurotrash V2</strong></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Mount Rushmore 2.0 gained some momentum at Super High Stakes Confrontation, but you could argue their opponents for this match are much better. Scurll and Ospreay have torn the world up this year, and Tommy End is one of the best there is in the world. Cole and Roddy have had dissension while Dragon is his usual ass-kicking self. Can they hold it together while the Bucks try to hold down the tag division?</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

</div></div><p></p><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

</div><p>

</div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>PWG World Heavyweight Championship Match</strong></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

Michael Elgin had a title shot at Prince lined up, but Sabre got hurt and the match got called off. Since then, Elgin has been IWGP Intercontinental Champion and tearing it up all over. He comes back to face the champ. Can Elgin end the party early or will take down the big guy?</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

</div></div><p></p><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;">

</span></strong></p></div><p></p><p> </p><p>

The semifinals will be the winner of Match 1 vs. the winner of Match 2, as well as the winner of Match 3 vs. the winner of Match 4. Finals will obviously be the winner of those matchups facing off in the main event.</p><p> </p><p>

<p>This is awesome! I was really into PWG 10 years ago (when I was only 16 lol) but I fell off the bandwagon and kinda stopped watching wrestling until last year. I loved reading this as it gives me more of an idea of what the product is like nowadays, and I am itching to get those BOLA DVDs as soon as I can. Absolutely great match, both of these teams deserved the standing ovation they got after the match.</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div></div><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Winner: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> Sydal and Ricochet</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Rating: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> 74</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong> Finish: </strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> 630 Senton</div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p> </div></p><p> </p><p> <div style=" border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><span>http://i.imgur.com/aMYBZ1Y.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/sv4irdw.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/IHUA2cP.png?1</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/AbCVvkJ.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/q9Sdht0.jpg</span><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Golden Showers</strong></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"> [vs] </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>Death by Elbow</strong></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><strong>~DDT4 Round 1~</strong></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> </div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"> JT Dunn made his return to once again team with Hero and Omega made his last return before he heads back to Japan for a long time so this crowd was hot for Omega. Roderick Strong won after catching one of Tommy End’s high kick attempts and turning it into an End of Heartache.
