D16NJD16
I remember this was one of my most anticipated features when it was announced. How is everyone finding it is implemented in the game? Do you use static or organic bios? Any details or screenshots of it in game is appreciated.
Peria
For regens I use organic bios. For already established characters I just manually update the main events/major players.

It's not hard to add one or two line of text every 2-3 years.
Sigilistic
Once I get familiar with a dataset, I turn them on for everyone. It gives me all the info I need at a glance and saves me the time of modifying bios when a worker comes into a company (or leaving it unchanged and occasionally generating cognitive dissonance). iruleall15
I like the concept. But i hate the fact it totally rewrites the bios to the generic format. I was hoping it wouldnt change any exist stuff for a bio like the FBI bios for Eve Runcord, Tex Tegan, and Davie Renluenn.
D16NJD16
So its never "too late" to turn on Organic bios? For example, if Im a year into a game, and THEN I switch to organic bios---does it only start adding in stuff from that point on?

So how did you manage to make it happen? Cause i'd like to give it a try. It's one of the things I haven't experimented with yet.

Mass edit, select all workers, one of the options is to turn organic bios on. This will increase the load time when you start the game up though, as it then has to go through and write all those bios.
jordanmason17
I was going to use them but decided against it as I prefer going through the bios myself and adding details:)

I think I was told at the point the only way to get organic bios for workers was to change them in the database menu outside of a save
