Hardcore focus on brands ( does it work?)

Recommended Posts

Brand spilt

Hardcore focus

parts of the crowd were upset that there weren't more dangerous spots included in the match

Mayhem and car crash aims. Only problem was some people were held back and some people were better in the chaos nature.

regular focus

mayhem aim

crowd clearly didn't like the overbooked nature of the match

regular aim

I just get the same rating as if they were 1vs 1 instead of hardcore match.

car crash aim

Better ratings than regular aim. It is not really the hardcore style I want actually. Just thought I would try it.

The focus is on 4 people

2 have 90s hardcore and 2 have 100 hardcore. 2 are midcarders 2 are main eventers. 1 guy in both matches took both types of bumps. The other guy only taking one type. Match types are averge risk and very high risk.

Any ideas how to get rid of parts of the crowd were upset that there weren't more dangerous spots included in the match?

The idea was to have brand 1 my pure wrestling side. Brand 2 the sickest hardcore matches ever. If I get that off the ground. Brand 3 will just be sex and glamour. Since I have real women wrestling on brand 1. Brand 2 and 3 have never got off the ground in any tew ground. Brand 3 is hard with the cap on matches and angles.

One thing you may want to keep an eye out for would be when selecting the matches, to make sure the match's style is Hardcore Based for that brand. Unless this is what you meant when you said Hardcore Focus. Then I dunno, maybe try a High Spot based match? Or alter the match intensity/danger?

I put hardcore focus on the brand spilt

When you make brands. Where it says normal focus there is different ones

I tried barbwire usa match with has very high and very high. Only 4 people would even do that high. I don't really care about the ratings. The ratings will go up with the pop on the people. I mainly trying to get rid of that penalty. It is a nice change of pace to basically throw everything in a match. My other brand is 80's. the angles are interviews, walking, entrances, etc. The matches are 30 mins with victor, open and finish on notes. I get 80's and 90's. You see the difference anyway.

So you can have a risky match that's still based on actual wrestling skills, and the hardcore crowd seems to like those too.

Ok I just put hate vs wifebeater in about 10 combinations of the same match.

I just keep reloading the show over and over again. They both have 95 hardcore. They both did both bumps. I made a match of every setup but steel cage, chamber and cell. Every finish but the cage ones.

Hardcore focus on brand

parts of the crowd were upset that there weren't more dangerous spots included in the match?

So I'm starting to think the focus does not mean hardcore at all. Since my actually product has low hardcore. If I have to up my product then what is the point of the focus in the first place. I will test my product with higher hardcore next

http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=525696&highlight=storyline&page=51

source of why I say I need to mess with my product. Which I can't raise my danger if it means my other brand will get hurt too. So final conclusion hardcore focus does not work for brand focus

At least I can have both products now. Thanks for everybody help. I hope one day you may remember that penalty means you danger is too low.
