As the name suggests, we have a plethora of matches which justifies the name. Akira vs ICHIBEI for the Heavyweight Championship, match 2 of the Triangle Challenge Series between USAMI and Apolinario and it will be a tables match and of course the Kings of Wrestling Tournament matches. I would like to make an important announcement which is both the Kings of Wrestling tournament final and Fight to Survive match will be held on our next PPV, Eternal Battle which will be the culmination of this tournament. Post Eternal Battle, Power List rankings will again come into play. So, ladies and gentleman, enjoy the show.</span></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Grade: 57</strong></p><p> </p><p> <em><strong>Notes</strong></em><em>: Again a stock opening segment allowing Katsura to establish his role and explaining the general proceedings of IWJ.</em></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="42843" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;"><p>Block S2: Tag Team Match Single Fall</p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i64.tinypic.com/2mgmqsg.jpg</span><span>http://i65.tinypic.com/27ywpoy.jpg</span>w/<span>http://i65.tinypic.com/atkoyv.jpg</span><span>http://i68.tinypic.com/30c80gp.jpg</span><span>http://i68.tinypic.com/13yggme.jpg</span><span>http://i63.tinypic.com/f5a882.jpg</span></p><p> Monsters of Myth (Becelbus/Nosferatu) Vs 4S (Scott Seal/Silver Saber)</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> - For once, MOM got served with their own medicine when Seal and Saber became extra violent and took the fight to the Monsters, Seal in particular when he aeroplane slammed Becelbus before stomping on him.</p><p> </p><p> - He tagged in Saber and he started with the same, stomping Becelbus but Fenix who was now heading the unit started distracting Seal and forced Seal to go after him and with ref trying to separate the two, Nosferatu came in without a proper tag and choked Saber out with a Blood Sucker.</p><p> </p><p> - With ref turning around, he saw the switch and he asked questions but MOM claimed the switch was legitimate and despite protests from Seal, ref allowed it and Saber tapped out. I was happy. Fire Fist has proven to be a successful event but it was the other things that had happened which put a smile on my face.

Finally, we had a broadcasting deal in place. After days of continuous negotiation, we signed two deals. All Across Japan TV agreed to show the tour highlights across Japan and we had a PPV deal in place with Rising Sun Sports 3. Though both were small networks, it was atleast a start.

There was also a working agreement in place with AAW in Canada and GCW which will allow us to loan workers for our shows. So, overall things were looking good going into the last quarter of the year.

Show Thoughts

WaraGawa kept the pressure up on Immortals using their fast tags and tandem moves which ended with a SugaGrind from Sugawara on Iwahara.

Ishihara comes up again proclaiming how stars are not in their favor but they will come back and to prove that, he holds an open challenge.

A debut video plays hyping the superstar “Schism” who has arrived at IWJ from Canada’s AAW to test the roster.

Schism shows why he is so highly regarded in Japan and takes Ishihara on a high-flying clinic effortlessly blending lucha libre and super junior wrestling. He finished GOLD off with a Torn Apart (top rope facebuster).

Ares and Jesus Rio hypes their match against The World’s Most Wanted underlining the fact that Outside Interference is the unit to look out for.

Soga and Zhi fought valiantly but they failed to cope up with the aggression of Ares and Rio and even though Soga managed to put in couple of armbar variations, both Ares and Rio escaped quickly and finally Ares-plex by Ares pinned Soga to hand the match to Outside Interference. With Y2 out of the tourney due to Juki’s injury, OI is now sure to qualify as the A2 topper.

MATCH OF THE NIGHT

Yukio Kisanuki vs PINK Shotaro

PINK got his performance rewarded once again when he faced Yukio Kisanuki for the first time.

PINK put in a good effort executing belly-to-belly suplex multiple times but Yukio kept hanging in and looked for an opening.

He finally got one when a Rude Awakening was overturned into a snap DDT and then couple of running elbow drops before a Driving Elbow finally got Yukio the win but also PINK earned respect and they shook hands with each other after the match.

Tainted keeps quiet which is scaring as he just looks at the three wrestlers with menace dripping in his eyes. Nosferatu tries to get in his face which prompts Tainted to stand up and stare daggers at him. All the three members scurry back not wanting to face the masked giant.</p><p> </p><p> Immortals finally win the all-important match against Tainted Love which steers them clear of the bottom. Iwahara taunted Tainted so much that he went berserk over the Brazilian, hitting powerbomb after powerbomb but he did not go for a pin as he was not commanded to do so by Victor who was getting hammered by Asahara and not in a position to utter anything. Finally with Iwahara being taken out by Tainted, Asahara hit Imminent Danger on Victor to grab the match.</p><p> </p><p> After the hype video, Schism made his way into the ring to loud pops as it was evident everyone liked him. PINK put in a much better performance than his partner and it was getting clear who was the better man in the team. Going toe to toe, he countered the aerial attacks of Schism with his own hybrid style, with lot of suplexes as well as ranas but in the end, Schism managed to hit Torn Apart for the win and a perfect start to his IWJ journey.</p><p> </p><p> Having failed to win the title against Akira, it was back to square one for ICHIBEI and he faced a stiff hurdle as he had to fight the unbeaten Dmitri. Again poor chemistry hit this match and Dmitri ended this slow match with a Cyborg Takedown. 3. Schism tells Kisanuki that he was the best and still the best. 64

5. In a good match, Yukio Kisanuki defeated Ryo Kikugawa in 18:18 by pinfall with a Driving Elbow. 70

6. In a good match, Dark Wolf II defeated Jesus Rio in 18:05 by pinfall debuting a new move.71

Show Thoughts

Tainted destroyed GOLD throughout the match even botching a move which left GOLD with a broken hand and he finished it off with a Rack Bomb (elevated chokeslam).

Schism tells Kisanuki that during his Japan days, he was the best and now that he had returned he is still the best and so he will put his career on line, if he loses, he is out of IWJ which shocks the audience.

After that shocking announcement, Schism went to work on Nosferatu blocking his offenses and even overcoming distractions from Fenix and Becelbus to hit Great Divide for the win.

Kisanuki bettered Schism’s match when he took on the crazy Kikugawa and they turned up the heat with both having good chemistry. Kikugawa’s two attempts at I’m Not KRZ!!! were both foiled by Kisanuki and a blinding kick to the face of his own stunned Kikugawa enough to hit the Driving Elbow.

Dark Wolf II vs Jesus Rio

The matches between these two teams keep giving us the MOTN and Dark Wolf and Rio continued the tradition.

Rio with his hyper MMA strikes and vicious ground and pound took Wolf to the limit and had almost locked in his Triangle Choke but Dark Wolf showed amazing resilience dragging himself to the corner and grabbed the ropes.

Rio tried dragging him back to the center and again applying the Triangle Choke but this time Wolf broke out of the hold and then dished out his own offense including a vast array of ranas before he debuted a new signature move, corner to corner missile dropkick, which left Rio staggered and Wolf rolled him up for a win.

Confirmed card for Eternal Battle (so far):

1. Heavyweight Championship: Akira Taguchi vs Amado Ocampo II

2. Triangle Challenge Series Final Steel Cage Match: Apolinario vs USAMI 3000

3. Kings of Wrestling Final and Intl. Tag Championship: SpaceWolf vs Outside Interference

4. Fight to Survive: Kolorz of Life vs Tainted Love

5. Schism vs Yukio Kisanuki

An Imminent Danger on Saber by Asahara almost won them the pinfall but Seal threw himself on Asahara before kicking him out where he was caught by Becelbus who hit the Becelbus Inferno to end Immortals match time. <strong>(Elimination 2: Immortals)</strong></p><p> </p><p> - While Seal was on fire hitting belly to belly to both Nosferatu and Becelbus, Fenix, who was watching from the sidelines so far jumped on the apron trying to distract Seal. They kept brawling on the ground and Rio came back with a vicious clothesline which turned Ryder upside down. Rio locked in his Triangle Choke and Ryder tapped immediately but as submissions don’t count, he was left helpless before Ryder managed to hit with a metal lid lying nearby.</p><p> </p><p> - Ares took Wolf to task carrying forward his momentum from the last show and breaking up multiple suplexes on the hapless lightweight. <p></p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i66.tinypic.com/rwkuww.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

With the debut PPV perceived a success for the company, there is lot of excitement for the next leg of Stomp Down Tour which resumes in December and culminates our end of year PPV, Warfare. There were lot of big moments which will be in focus during the December leg.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i68.tinypic.com/de5u20.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

After weeks of Fenix courting Tainted to ditch his teammate, it finally happened when Tainted destroyed Victor Love and joined the Creatures of The Myth shocking everyone and proclaiming themselves as the new monsters.</p><p> </p><p>

But, officially with Tainted losing the Fight to Survive, he cannot be seen anywhere near IWJ but Fenix has managed to coax the board to give him a chance and after much deliberation, board has agreed to three tryout matches. Win all 3, win a contract, lose one, you get fired. What will be on Tainted's mind when he take on his first opponent on the first show of the December leg??</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i63.tinypic.com/t5tapc.jpg</span><span>http://i68.tinypic.com/2zfkb4w.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

One noticeable absence from Eternal Battle was Dmitri Vorobyrov who didn't have any opponent to face which disappointed the fans but he made it up when he attacked Ares after he had lost his match severely injuring him. With Dmitri sitting at 21-0 and company wanting the Ares-Dmitri match to be the silver jubilee of Dmitri's win streak, Ares has put together a line-up of beasts who Dmitri will take on during the tour whose aim will be to soften him up. Who will the wrestlers be?? Tune into the shows to find out.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i64.tinypic.com/2weyvpz.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Apolinario had the last laugh in his battle with USAMI when he overcame the lightweight, albeit in a lucky way to walk away with a win in this bloody battle. That win has put him straight to contendership status and with Ocampo losing later on, Apolinario has his shot to shine with the Heavyweight belt. But, before he can take Akira, he has to rest his body and endure the after-effects of that gruesome match with USAMI. </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i65.tinypic.com/2rgz6go.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Kisanuki backed up his claim and defeated Schism to get a shot at the Openweight title. Finally, he can face Magnus one-on-one but that is, if he can overcome the bursting list of contenders who are waiting on the heels.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i65.tinypic.com/t0spjs.jpg</span><span>http://i68.tinypic.com/2pz0eja.jpg</span><span>http://i66.tinypic.com/2ug2j5e.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

With the Power List coming into play again from December, Kisanuki's position is far from secure and he will have battle just to reach Warfare with his title shot intact.</p>

Show Thoughts

ICHIBEI welcomes the crowd to a start of a new tour and proclaims that this tour will see a new ICHIBEI as he is tired of getting beat up by all the meatheads in the Heavyweight Division and so, he will be focusing on Openweight Division where he plans to be the ace for years to come.

This match was meant to showcase the three debutants, Adrian Storm, Aiden Quinn, and Bray Fulner and though they would lose as expected, they put in a decent performance. Everybody had their eyes on Adrian Storm, the brother of HONOR superstar, Fergus Storm but Bray Fulner took home the performance of the match being leap and bounds above the other two.

Fenix went up the ring with a mic next saying to crowd that there is no way Tainted can be kept out of IWJ and the series of Tryout matches decided by the board is a joke. He will tear apart anybody who comes in his way and then signals to bring on his first opponent.

Scott Seal came out to decent pops and he tried his suplexes on Tainted but most of the attempts would fail due to the height and size of Tainted who was towering over Seal. Tainted soon finished this match with a Rack Bomb.

In a night where there were lot of promos, how can the champ be left behind. So, Akira came out showering his praise over the crowd for supporting him so much throughout his reign and then rips apart S.E.A.T saying that he is superior to Ocampo who he has defeated twice and now that jerk Apolinario wants to challenge, he is welcome to get basked in the glow of the “Prodigal Son” Akira.

A fantastic six man tag which had a different combination as Apolinario and Akira went face to face with World’s Most Wanted and WaraGawa on either side. After lot of high flying as well as brawling action, it was Apolinario who garnered brownie points for himself when he hit the unsuspecting Sugawara (who was busy enjoying SugaGrinding Zhi) with a Volcano Driver to steal the pin.

MATCH OF THE NIGHT

Intl. Tag Championship: SpaceWolf© vs Outside Interference

Just like their last encounter, this rematch also took home the match of the night honors.

With this one being a normal tag match rather than a ladder one, Outside Interference were at much more ease than they were during Eternal Battle. Ares kept up the early pressure by Ares-plexing Ryder outside and then following him trying to inflict further damage.

This left Rio and Wolf as the legal men and these two fought like two wild bears with Rio trying to ground and pound Wolf to obscurity and the masked one trying to fight his way out of that barrage.

Rio finally locked down his Triangle Choke but Dark Wolf showing almost superhuman abilities managed to break free before he hit an overhead kick and repeated it dazing out Rio. With Rio in the corner trying to catch his breath, Wolf went for his new finisher, Wolf Dash (Coast to Coast) and hit it successfully therefore, getting the win and retaining the title.

Bray Fulner shined again and Akira won the match after submitting Quinn to Forget Me Knot.</p><p> </p><p> Ahilya Ramaprasad walks out to good pops as many recognize the former mainstay of AJJ and also little surprised as to what she is doing here. Ahilya greets everyone, telling them, it’s such an honour to be remembered even after leaving wrestling and it is this adulation that forced her to come back to business. Although she does not have it in her to wrestle again, she has got her manager’s license and she is here to introduce her first ever client, Dmitri Vorobyrov who walks with an eye patch. Ahilya continues telling the crowd how dangerous a competitor Dmitri is, similar to what she was back in her day and then belittle Ares who she claims purposefully instructed Mongolian Giant to injure Dmitri knowing all well The Giant’s prospensity for seriously injuring his opponent. She keeps on her tirade before laying a dangerous challenge for Ares. Since he is 3rd in the PowerList sitting between Filipino Fire Power, he gets himself a gauntlet match, if he can beat both, he earns a title shot and if he loses both, he gets dumped out of the Power List.</p><p> </p><p> After defeating USAMI, ICHIBEI challenged Dark Wolf to a match and if he win, then he will make his way in the PowerList and he starts aggressively taking out Dark Wolf’s aerial game by keeping the action on the mat but one chance was all it needed for the Wolf Man to capitalize and he dodged a clothesline attempt, coming back with a back elbow smash on rebound and then hurriedly hit the Wolf’s Call for the win and to quash the dreams of ICHIBEI.</p><p> </p><p> The first of the gauntlet featured Apolinario against Ares and with Apolinario in good form lately, he took the fight to his opponent matching Ares move to move. Finally rolling out of a German Suplex, he hit the Volcano Driver for the win.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="42843" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;"><p><span style="color:#FF0000;"><strong>MATCH OF THE NIGHT</strong></span></p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i68.tinypic.com/2zfkb4w.jpg</span><span>http://i68.tinypic.com/30c80gp.jpg</span><span>http://i65.tinypic.com/51zmt3.jpg</span></p><p> <strong>Ares</strong> vs <strong>Amado Ocampo</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> Just as the match ended, Amado ran in trying to capitalize and tried hitting Greetings From The Islands but Ares managed to block the attempt.</p><p> </p><p> Tired from his previous bout, Ares found it hard to tackle Amado but he managed to dodge his attacks somehow or the other. This went on for sometime before Ares channeled his inner spirit to kick out of a Greetings to Islands and then on hit a reverse elbow knocking Amado out.</p><p> </p><p> He carried him to top rope and with great difficulty, finally hit Super Ares-Plex for the win. With Ares standing up after that hard hitting match, Dmitri walks down with Ahilya in tow, a look of disdain in his face and he was also seen mouthing the words, “ I will come after you”.</p></div></blockquote>
