In a one-sided squash match that had decent wrestling but little heat, The Nasty Boys defeated jobbers Damon Stryker and Sean Morley in 1:44 when Jerry Sags defeated Sean Morley by pinfall with a Powerslam.

Gene Okerlund had an epic interview with Dustin Rhodes, Dusty Rhodes and Cactus Jack hyping their feud with The Stud Stable. Dusty says that at Halloween Havoc, this thing with Colonel and his men ends one way or the other. The Rhodes will finally get revenge on the The Stud Stable and he refers to Colonel Parker and his men as a couple of dirty rotten scoundrels and dirty old egg sucking dogs. Dusty promise to make Colonel Parker “squeal like a pig” and also says that his son Dustin will settle the score with "that two timing, double crossing, no good overstuffed warthog Arn Anderson".

The feud between Cactus Jack and Meng isn't over until only one is left standing. It's going to be a war and Cactus Jack can't be stopped...

In a bout that had superb wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Steve Austin and Lord Steven Regal defeated Jim Duggan and Johnny B. Badd in 15:49 when Jim Duggan got disqualified after going into a rage and refusing to stop assaulting Steve Austin and Steven Regal.

<div style="text-align:left;">WCW wrestler Craig "Pittbull" Pittman will reportedly be fighting at the UFC 4 PPV in December, because Meng turned down the offer. Pittman is a former marine and is known to be pretty tough. Word is WCW offered Pittman $60,000 to enter the tournament, plus he can keep whatever prize money he earns at the event. WCW wants a pro wrestler in the event and UFC reportedly does also, since Ken Shamrock will likely not be participating this time because he's expected to be working the Pancrase show in Japan the same night.

Bruno Sammartino was invited to the White House and will be honored by President Clinton at an event next month.

Vince McMahon was interviewed on a local Chicago sports show last week and came off very bitter against Hulk Hogan. McMahon said Hogan had promised he would never work against him and couldn't understand why his friend would go compete against him in a "minor league promotion." Vince explained the Hogan/WWF split and claimed he had begun phasing Hogan out because of his age but that he wanted Hogan to be his Babe Ruth type character and he would bring him back every now and then for big events. But Hogan wanted to keep doing things the way they always had, with Vince bringing in monster heels for him to beat. Vince claimed WCW wasn't competition but called them a "minor annoyance." Vince also talked about the steroid trial, saying that the government had no right to put him on trial like they did and said they ruined a lot of things for WWF because nobody wants to do business with a company that is surrounded in controversy.

AJPW saw a title change last night, as Mitsuharu Misawa lost the AJPW Triple Crown Championship to The Warrior. This victory marks his first reign with the title. Mitsuharu Misawa managed sixteen successful title defences prior to this defeat.

The AJPW All Asia Tag Team Championship title changed hands last night, as Kobashi and Mighy Inoue became the new champions, ending the reigng of Doug Furnas and Dan Kroffat after eleven title defences. This is the first time they have won the AJPW All Asia Tag Team Championship.

New Japan Pro Wrestling is rumoured to eventually branch out and start running PPVs in America, possibly starting with the Jan. 4th show which is expected to be headlined by Hulk Hogan vs. Antonio Inoki

Hulk Hogan is trying to pitch the idea of doing a couple of made-for-TV movies for Thunder In Paradise to air on TBS but so far, no one seems interested.

We have a new King Of Pancrase, as Masashi Honda lost the championship to Minoru Suzuki at Pancrase 12. This victory mark his first reign with the title, and he'll be hoping he can avoid the poor showing of Masashi Honda and have more than one successful title defense before losing it.

Brutus Beefcake (Ed Leslie) got married last week in Las Vegas.

UWFI announced that they were bringing in Royce Gracie, and they expected their upcoming show to sell out in one day. Gracie was scheduled to face UWFI's top star Nobuhiko Takada. But at the last minute, Gracie pulled out. At the show, they announced to fans that Gracie vs. Takada was going to take place in a Cage Match, but then they did a big angle saying Gracie had chickened out and that it proves UWFI is superior to UFC.

John Tenta is rumoured as the first of an expected long line of monster heels for Hogan to vanquish. Wrestlers such as Kamala, Giant Haystacks, El Gigante and The Colossal Kongs have been mentioned as potential monster heels. This story is still developing and we will bring you more news as we get it.

PWInsider gives a Kenta Kobashi & Mitsuharu Misawa vs The Holy Demon Army match from AJPW Firecracker Tour the grand 5-star treatment. Kenta Kobashi & Mitsuharu Misawa defeated The Holy Demon Army by count out.

Katsumi Useda, 24, has puclicly revealed that he has accepted an offer for an MMA fight in a few month's time. It is expected that he will start his camp in eight weeks, and will be away from wrestling for several months in total. Useda currently works for Pancrase and PWFG.

Latest on the Jim Cornette vandalism charges, the damage is estimated at $1,200 so it would be a felony. The case has been postponed until February and Cornette is wanting to settle the case out of court, but O'Connor refuses to drop the charges.

Rick Rude has filed a $630,000 lawsuit against WCW stemming from his departure from the company and his injury. Rude is currently collecting on a Lloyd's of London insurance policy, so he won't be heading back to WWF any time soon.

Gene Okerlund and Mark Madden have gotten into a feud on the WCW hotline. Okerlund is in charge of the hotline and attempted to get Madden thrown off due to comments Madden made about him, but Madden is close friends with Eric Bischoff so he's still on there. Madden had made comments about Okerlund teasing fans with big news on the hotline and then not delivering and accused Okerlund of having Alzheimer's. Madden was asked to lay off Okerlund, but apparently the memo didn't go both ways because Okerlund then went on the hotline and blasted Madden.

Charles Wright (Papa Shango) got married last week in Las Vegas.

The judge ruled that Jesse Ventura never actually moved out of his Brooklyn Park, MN home and therefore, he will remain mayor until the end of his term. He also ruled that the city council must reimburse Ventura's legal fees. Ventura did interviews later, making fun of everyone involved, saying that he had no legal training, yet he went in there and defended himself in court and won.

Randy Savage recently appeared on the Ricki Lake show.

Rumours indicate that a major promotion are considering to make Robert Maillet the focal point of the promotion. Their belief is that he is ideal wrestler to build the company around as he is on the verge of being a massive break-out star, and his popularity will mean big business.

Luna Vachon and David Heath will be getting married on Halloween.

ECW vs The World. ECW now have started hostile relationships with NWA New Jersey, SMW, CWA NE, ECWA, NWA Dallas, UWF, CWUSA NWA Sabu and DSW. Apparently ECW owner, Paul Heyman, have made it clear that the other promotions are "the enemy" and are to be treated as such. How this will affect the future of the promotions remains to be seen.

Rick Steiner has sustained a Strained Rotator Cuff and will be out for 30 days.

PWInsider gives 5 stars to a Steve Williams vs Stan Hansen match from AJPW Firecracker Tour. Steve Williams defeated Stan Hansen at AJPW Firecracker Tour.

In a move that will no doubt boost his reputation, Steve Corino was singled out by some industry insiders as "The One to Watch". One source, who wished to remain anonymous, said that he "is loaded with potential" and just needs more experience and some breaks.

Tom Howard takes MMA fight. In a story broken by our friends over at Sherdog.com, Tom Howard will be competing in MMA. The 24 year old WCW Power Plant trainee has accepted an offer to fight in a few months and is believed to be starting his camp in just eight weeks or so.

It looks like TBS is planning to green-light 4 made-for-TV Thunder In Paradise movies which will air after the four Clash of the Champions events in 1995.

Things don't look good for the upcoming AAA When Worlds Collide PPV. Advertising has been minimal. WCW was supposed to be promoting the show on their TV, but they haven't been because they don't want to shift focus away from the Halloween Havoc PPV coming up next week.

Johnny B. Badd was brought before the WCW Wrestler's Court, accused of failing to pick up his share of the tab at the bar. The judge, Vader, found him guilty and sentenced him to buy drinks for everyone after the show.

According to rumours WWF is trying to bring back Roddy Piper, Jake Roberts, El Gigante, Rick Rude and The Warlord. In an effort to add more star power.

More info from the Vince McMahon/Chicago sports show interview last week. McMahon said they want to sue the government for what they did, but doesn't know if they have the resources to do it. He also admitted that the legal costs of the trial was in the millions of dollars and still mounting. He also admitted that WWF did have a steroid problem in the past, but not anymore, and criticized all other sports for not taking the same steps WWF did to clean it up.

Tito Santana is planning to start a new promotion in Chicago and is expected to run the first show next month, which will be filmed for a possible TV deal.

Apparently there's some heat on Larry Zbyszko, because he refused to put over The WCW Loudmouth Fan at an upcoming show. The Loudmouth Fan is a wrestling fan who got involved in some ringside tussles and eventually became a wrestler. Zbyszko refused to put him over, saying he couldn't believe they wanted a wrestling legend to put over a fan.
