Hi There,

 

I don't want to sound rude, but I contacted Greydog last saturday via e-mail. Even when I sent another e-mail to the webmaster e-mailadress, I still didn't get a response..It's been 4 days (not counting the weekend).

 

Is it possible to get help here on the forums, as I don't get a response via e-mail?

Sorry to hear you're having problems.

 

The webmaster e-mail address isn't checked very often as far as I know as it's more for issues with the website itself. If you have a problem, you're better off using the Technical Support forums that are provided below or contacting the relevant developer directly.

I e-mailed Arlie Rahn personally as well, but didn't get a response. The issues was that my old PC broke down. When I tried to install WMMA4 on my new computer, it said that the license was already in use (as is with my old PC). As my old pc is broken, I don't have acces to the data anymore. As I would love to play WMMA 4 on my new pc as well, I e-mailed you guys on what to do?
